Definitions
- the invention relates to a therapy device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is based on a therapy device with a moving surface element.
- therapy devices for example in the form of therapy tables are known. These perform, for example, circular movements in the lying surface.
- the therapeutic success of these therapy devices is not optimal.
- the invention is based on the invention to provide a therapy device of the type specified, in which the movement of the surface element is improved with regard to an optimal therapeutic effect.
- a therapy device or a therapy module is created, which is characterized by an improved therapeutic effect.
- the basic idea of the therapy device or the therapy module according to the invention is that the surface element performs an oscillating movement, with respect to the plane of the surface element in a vertical or nearly vertical direction.
- the surface element can be flat, but also profiled. Should the surface element be profiled, the general expansion extent of the surface element defines the above-described plane.
- the movement of this oscillating surface element is concretely a reciprocating motion or a forward and backward movement.
- the basic concept according to the invention of this therapy device according to the invention is its use as a shockwave module as a result of the movement oscillating in the short-stroke manner, in particular.
- the therapy device or the therapy module according to the invention can be installed in therapy tables with a continuous surface.
- the therapy couch or generally the therapy apparatus can also be subdivided into several shockwave zones by using several modules.
- the therapy device is designed as a therapy module, these modules can be interconnected as a floor module individually or to a therapeutic surface in any size.
- These modules can be installed in standard equipment, beds, care beds, chairs, armchairs etc. All conceivable possibilities can be freely combined with each other. This also includes a combination with other therapy devices, including all types of therapy tables.
- the therapy device according to the invention can also be installed in conventional training devices or used in combination with them. A use in adjustable and movable systems is possible.
- the Therapeutic effect of the therapy device according to the invention or the therapy module according to the invention in all embodiments and designs is that shock waves are exerted on the body by the short-stroke oscillating movement, which bring about the therapeutic success.
- the movement stroke of the surface elements 1 to 10 mm.
- the movement frequency of the surface element 10 to 60 Hz. This optimal therapy success is achieved.
- the surface element of the therapy device or the therapy module can be aligned horizontally, vertically or obliquely.
- the person to be treated can be optimally positioned with respect to the surface element.
- the person to be treated With a horizontal orientation of the surface element, the person can lie on it, sit on it or stand on it.
- the vertical arrangement of the surface element With the vertical arrangement of the surface element, the person to be treated can lean against it, as well as in the oblique orientation of the surface element.
- the preferred development according to claim 5 proposes a special drive for shock wave generation.
- the basic idea is that the surface element is mounted freely swinging by means of springs. On the surface element then an eccentric is fixed.
- This eccentric device is preferably driven by means of an electric motor.
- the eccentric integrated and moving in this eccentric performs due to its eccentricity of an oscillating movement, which transmits to the spring-mounted surface element. This means that upon actuation of the eccentric the surface element merges into an oscillating movement.
- the oscillating movement of the eccentric is thereby deflected by arranged parallel to the springs linear guides in a linear thrust movement. This means that only those linear movement direction is allowed by these linear guides, which is referred to as a shock wave.
- a preferred development thereof proposes according to claim 6, that are provided as springs coil springs, said coil springs are guided on vertical guide rods for a linear movement in the vertical direction and wherein the surface element is mounted freely swinging on the coil springs.
- This simple structural realization ensures that the surface element performs an exactly linear reciprocating motion due to the leadership of the coil springs on the guide rods.
- a single surface element may be provided.
- This may be, for example, a continuous therapy couch, which performs a vertical up and down movement.
- the modular system is intended as a modular system and can be used, both horizontally and vertically.
- Fig. 1 is a front view of the therapy couch
- Fig. 2 is a side view of the therapy table.
- the therapy device in the form of a therapy couch has a surface element 1 with a continuous surface.
- This surface element 1 is mounted vertically swinging freely on springs 2 in the form of coil springs.
- the springs 2 are guided on vertical guides in the form of guide rods 4 for a linear movement in the vertical direction.
- an eccentric device 3 is fixedly arranged on the underside of the planar element 1.
- the person to be treated lies on the surface element 1 of the therapy couch.
- an imbalance is generated due to the eccentricity of the corresponding weight.
- This is transferred to the surface element 1 such that it performs an oscillating, vertical up and down movement.
- the movement stroke is 1 to 10 mm and the movement frequency 1 to 60 Hz.
- This shock waves are generated, which are transmitted to the person lying on the therapy table.
- the oscillating movement of the eccentric 3 is thereby deflected by the springs 2 associated guide rods 4 in a linear thrust movement. This means that only those linear movement direction is allowed by these linear guides, which is referred to as a shock wave.
- the surface element 1 is shown as a continuous surface. But it is also conceivable that a plurality of individual surface element modules are provided, which are assembled together. As a result, multiple shock wave zones are defined.
- appropriate therapy modules can be installed elsewhere, for example, in free-standing devices, beds, nursing beds, chairs, armchairs, etc.
- the person to be treated can lie on the appropriate facilities, sit, stand or lean against.
- the therapy device according to the invention can be combined with other therapeutic devices or installed in these.
