FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention in general relates to entertainment industry. In particular this invention relates to computer based gaming industry. Further this invention relates to architecture based systems, methodology of execution of games resulting in benefits to the end user and innovator.
BACKGROUND ART
There are many computer based games offering different type of games targeting different kind of audience.
Currently, computer entertainment ("games") provides the capability of head-to-head play over a direct connection, or a multi-player embodiment using a network configuration. Typically in these systems, a user is required to establish his or her own connection with an opponent, and the gaming experience is largely left up to the players involved. An application manufacturer or other online gaming system host who provides these features may host a service for allowing the players to connect with each other to play an online game; however, these services are usually free and provide no economic benefit to the application manufacturer or online gaming system host. If an application manufacturer or host charges a fee for playing a game online, many users possess sufficient technical understanding to conduct the game on their own through a direct dial-up connection and will thus avoid the fees. Thus, as online gaming becomes more prevalent as the preferred method of playing electronic games, application manufacturers will be unable to derive economic value from this aspect of their games and online gaming system hosts will be unable
to derive economic value for this service. Therefore, what is needed is a business model for conducting online gaming that provides a method of deriving economic revenue for the online gaming system host or application manufacturer and remains attractive to players of the online game.
A Market survey of these games has shown that the kind of entertainment is still a negative character in the kind of end user in the form of violence, criminal activities defeating the very purpose of entertainment which should give mental satisfaction at the end of the game.
The violence is put into a real moral context. Much of the research focused on violent games has used games in which the sole purpose of the game is to walk through levels killing as many targets as possible. If there is a consensus emerging around this research, it is that violent games may be one risk factor - when coupled with other more immediate, real-world influences which can contribute to anti-social behaviour.
As we reach this understanding the inventors like to create games which will help our youth, expand their minds, and shy away from the current trend of violence in games. This will allow youth to improve their IQ level and get more updates about the current trend and affairs.
It is one of the objective of our invention to create a value based entertainment where in the knowledge and skill of the end user is deployed in playing the game.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION It is an object of the invention to invent a novel and unique knowledge based game
It is another object of invention to develop a novel knowledge based game which is unique as it is both fun oriented and skill and knowledge based

The web server (105) is an integrated web server which consists of database server (108), media server (109) and virtual chat room (110). The purpose of the virtual chat room (110) is to invite other participants (100) to play a particular game with another end user (100). Once an agreement to play is made, each participant (100) to the game is allowed through a library or media server (109) to frame "n" number of restricted questions available from the library or media server (109) of current topics. The questions are set in a way to challenge the competing end user (100) to apply his knowledge and skill to discover the right answer. The data sheet generated by each end user (100) is swapped with other competing end user (100) in a logical manner set according to
the rules of the game. The game starts instantly at the end of swapping and each end user (100) is allowed a presented time to find answers to the questions swapped by another end user (100). At the end of prescribed time the game comes to an end and the system evaluates the question of every end user (100) and declare winner according to the reward system. The system allows every participant to verify the answer to the questions. User connectivity is made from any end-user (100) to web page either through social network page (102) and social media apps (104) or Game portal (103) designed in accordance with the invention through an internet cloud (101). Further web server (105) is connected to a payment gateway (107) through another internet cloud (106). using facebook or other social networking sites, invite friends to join the game using chat room and launch into the game through social media apps. The start and finish of the game follows a logic which is indicated as under.
Figure-4 illustrates the logic of the scoring system which determines the winner of the game. Once the game is complete a trigger will activate the score logic. The score logic works for all types of games and results in storing game score, time score and library score. It also calculates average performance rate, average strike rate and RNA: DNA status. The game is open to free players also to get the feel of the game. Separate scoring system with only free points is applicable for free players.
Figure-5 illustrates the logic of the scoring system which determines the reward of the championship game (this game is not the usual game but a special game announced periodically to motivate end-user (100) for special rewards and bringing in new end-users (100)).
Figure-6 illustrates the various levels of games leading to championship. At the end of each game every end-user (100) is assigned with values constituting various levels. The levels are indicated by different colors and are qualified by a terminology called DNA. For example the winner of first level is said to have yellow DNA loaded. The system will indicate to the end user as to which level he is associated with in the diagram; the first level is indicated by colour yellow, second level is indicated by colour blue, third level is indicated by colour green and the fourth level is indicated by colour red. At the completion of all levels, the end user is ready for the championship.
In order to qualify from one level to another level the end user should obtain minimum level of DNA. That rewarding of DNA will be based on the logic set by the system. One of the important features of invention is the ability of the end user to reclaim the earned virtual RNA as real money which is credited to his bank account after detecting appropriate action. The amount of money reclaimed by the end user will be based on the business strategy of the game.
