Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une émulsion aqueuse contenant de la cire pour la production d'une structure de type bois, comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) apport d'eau b) apport d'une cire sous forme liquide, et c) mélange de la cire avec l'eau dans un premier mélangeur statique, un émulsifiant étant ajouté avant l'entrée dans le mélangeur. La mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'invention permet de manière avantageuse de produire des émulsions de cires très finement dispersées dans de l'eau, de la colle en solution aqueuse étant en outre ajoutée aux fractions de cire. Il est ainsi possible d'hydrofuger des structures de type bois avec une quantité nettement réduite de cires et/ou d'obtenir un même pouvoir adhésif lors du collage avec une quantité de colle réduite, du fait que les surfaces spécifiques de la cire et de la colle sont nettement accrues par comparaison à celles obtenue avec les procédés à émulsionner soi-même connus dans l'état de la technique.
