Description
BEFESTIGUNGSANORDNUNG FÜR SPIEGELGLÄSER GEEIGNET FÜR SOLARANLAGEN FASTENING ARRANGEMENT FOR MIRRORED GLASSES SUITABLE FOR SOLAR PLANTS
Technisches Gebiet Technical area
The invention relates to a mounting arrangement for mirror glasses in solar systems with a rear protective cover, z. B. a matched sheet metal part, for the mirror glass, which is supported on the protective cover with the interposition of a rubber mat.
Stand der Technik State of the art
Mirror glasses are used in various forms in solar systems of all kinds to improve the utilization of solar radiation. By itself, mirror glass is sensitive components that are affected by both weather conditions, eg. B. hail as well as by tension at different heat exposure are at risk. To take these risks into account, it is known (DE 27 26 530 C2) that thin mirror glass not stick directly to a rear sheet metal part, but with the interposition of a thin rubber mat, the mirror glass to the rubber mat and the rubber mat with the sheet metal part by a respective Adhesive layer is connected. Although mechanical, shock-like stresses can be damped by the rubber mat, due to the bonding, the different thermal insulations of the individual layers of this composite can not be adequately taken into account. In addition, it is for sealing a glued in a support frame flat glass relative to the support frame known (DE 1 02 16 625 A1) to include the support frame by a substantially U-shaped in cross-section support frame and between the support frame and the flat glass a seal with several provide edge-parallel sealing lips which are pressed against an edge portion of the flat glass. With such edge seals of flat glass, however, the difficulties can not be overcome, resulting in the use of held under a bending stress mirror glasses with a rear protective cover.
Darstellung der Erfindung Presentation of the invention
The object of the invention is therefore to design a fastening arrangement of the type described so that a broad protection of the mirror glasses can be guaranteed.
The invention solves this problem by the fact that the rubber mat is profiled on the side of the mirror glass and that the mirror glass rests against the profiled side of the rubber mat.
Due to the profiling of the rubber mat on the side of the mirror glass, a relative movement of the mirror glass relative to the protective cover is ensured in connection with the mere plant of the mirror glass on the raised parts of the profiling, because yes deforms the rubber mat in the contact area of the mirror glass by the profiling easier can be, so that at least for a limited relative movement no sliding between the mirror glass and the rubber mat is necessary, although such a slide is possible due to the mere plant. The relative movement of the mirror glass relative to the protective cover due to different heat effects can thus be absorbed or permitted by the profiled rubber mat, so that breaks caused by tension can be avoided. It is also possible, both in the protective cover and in the mirror glass at a suitable location expansion joints or small gap te provide. Incidentally, the profiling of the rubber mat also supports a shock absorption.
The profiling of the rubber mat on the side of the mirror glass is an essential prerequisite for the derivation of condensing between the mirror glass and the rubber moisture. Particularly advantageous conditions arise in this context, when the profiling of the rubber mat in the form of tilted mirror glass in the Inclined direction, in particular parallel, extending grooves is formed. In this case, a drainage of water through the grooves in rain, misting, etc. is facilitated. Preferably, the width of the grooves is chosen to be equal to or greater than those of the remaining between them remaining webs.
In order to avoid strains on the glass and to ensure a secure mounting, for the unit formed from mirror glass, rubber mat and protective cover straps may be provided which carry trough-shaped, rubber-lined supports for the unit, the brackets are the parts of Combine unit and can be tightened by acting on the associated tension belt screws. Due to the rubber lining of the holder, an elastic attachment of the mentioned unit is made possible, so that tolerable movements, in particular of mirror glass and cover, are permitted even in the event of heat or wind attack.
