Abstract

Um ein kostengünstiges Erzeugnis aus einem mit elektrochemischem Aktivmaterial versehenen porösen Kohlenstoff bereitzustellen, das insbesondere für einen Einsatz als Kathoden- oder Anodenmaterial für eine Sekundärbatterie geeignet ist, wird ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, das folgende Verfahrensschritte umfasst: (a) Erzeugen eines Templats aus anorganischem Werkstoff durch Gasphasenabscheidung, das ein Gerüst miteinander verbundener Nanoteilchen und Poren enthält, (b) Beschichten des Templat-Gerüsts mit einem elektrochemischen Aktivmaterial oder einer Vorstufe desselben, (c) Infiltrieren der Poren des Templats mit einer Vorläufersubstanz für Kohlenstoff, (d) Carbonisieren der Vorläufersubstanz unter Bildung einer Kohlenstoffschicht, (f) Entfernen des Templats.
