Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de cryoconservation (100) aménagé pour cryoconserver un échantillon biologique (1) et comprenant un récipient sous pression (10) qui possède une paroi de récipient (11) et un espace intérieur (12) aménagé pour recevoir l'échantillon biologique (1). Le récipient sous pression (10) est configuré pour refroidir en abaissant la température et en élevant la pression dans le récipient sous pression (10) et pour cryoconserver l'échantillon biologique (1) et il est équipé d'un système de réglage (20) qui est relié à la paroi (11) du récipient et qui comprend au moins un élément de réglage de pression (21 - 23, 31) et au moins un élément parmi au moins un élément réfrigérant (34) et au moins un élément thermoconducteur (35 - 38). Le système de réglage (20) est configuré pour régler la température et la pression en fonction du temps et/ou du lieu dans le récipient sous pression (10). L'invention concerne également des procédés de cryoconservation d'un échantillon biologique (1) contenant des cellules biologiques (2) et un conservateur (3), ainsi que des procédés de réchauffement de l'échantillon biologique (1) qui préservent la vitalité.
