市面上现有的相框,特别是底板,大多造型比较单一,且比较笨重,对不同尺寸的图片或者照片适应性差,无法满足市场日益发展的要求 。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种多功能相框。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种多功能相框,包括边框和通过连接结构固定在所述边框底侧的底板,其中,所述边框包括通过凹凸配合结构组合在一起的多块边框单元;所述底板包括一块底板单元或至少两块通过拼接结构拼接在一起的底板单元。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述边框包括由夜光材料制成的边框,或由透明材料制成且设有LED灯的边框。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述拼接结构包括多个间隔设置在所述底板单元的周缘的拼接凹部和拼接凸部,每两所述底板单元的拼接凹部和拼接凸部相互拼接。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,每一所述底板单元背面均设有四个挂钩组件;每一所述挂钩组件包括两挂钩座、转动设置在两所述挂钩座之间的挂钩转轴、以及设置在挂钩转轴上的挂钩。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述底板还设有灯珠。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述边框单元包括长边框单元、用于衔接两所述长边框单元的短边框单元和用于将两所述长边框单元在转角处连接的拼角单元,所述凹凸配合结构包括分别设置在所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元两侧的凹陷部和凸起部。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述连接结构包括设置在所述底板周缘的多个定位孔,以及设于所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元底侧表面的且与所述定位孔配合的定位柱。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述边框单元包括长边框单元、用于衔接两所述长边框单元的短边框单元和用于将两所述长边框单元在转角处连接的拼角单元,所述凹凸配合结构包括分别设置在所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元两侧的凹陷部和凸起部。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述连接结构包括设置在所述底板单元周缘的多个定位孔,以及设于所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元底侧表面的且与所述定位孔配合的定位柱;其中,所述短边框单元的底侧设有两个所述定位柱,两所述底板单元在拼接处的一端通过所述定位孔与所述短边框单元的两个定位柱的配合与所述边框固定 。
本发明所述的多功能相框,其中,所述定位柱的端部设有卡榫。
实施本发明的多功能相框,具有以下有益效果:本发明的多功能相框通过边款的凹凸配合结构以及底板的拼接结构能够适应不同尺寸图片或照片的需要,能够使用户充分体验DIY的乐趣,不仅便于装载运输且可以满足市场日益发展的需要。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,该多功能相框包括边框200和通过连接结构300固定在边框200底侧的底板100,其中,边框200包括通过凹凸配合结构400组合在一起的多块边框单元。由于采用了组合边框200,因此可以与不同尺寸的底板100配合,从而适应不同尺寸的图片或照片。可以理解的,该多功能相框此时应该配备多块不同尺寸的底板100。边框200可以采用夜光材料制成,也可以采用透明材料制成,当采用透明材料制成时,可以在边框200上加装LED灯,使其具有多彩的视觉效果。
如图2所示,优选地,底板100也可以采用组合形式,因此它应当包括至少两块通过拼接结构拼接在一起的底板单元101,因此本发明的相框底板100可以自由拼装,以便用户根据需要组合成大小不同的相框,此外,由于改变了传统相框固定大小的模式,因此更加便于装载运输。在本发明的优选实施例中,该拼接结构包括多个间隔设置在底板单元101的周缘的拼接凹部103和拼接凸部102,每两块底板单元101的拼接凹部103和拼接凸部102相互拼接。且为了方便用户悬挂或摆放相框,在每一块底板单元101背面均设有挂钩组件104。值得注意的是,在本发明的优选实施例中,在每一块底板单元101的背面均设置了四个挂钩组件104,但是并不局限于此。设置在底板单元101周缘的拼接凸部102和拼接凹部103可以使得用户能够根据自己的需要将多块底板单元101拼接起来,从而使用户充分体验DIY的乐趣,此外,本发明的底板100上还可以加装灯珠,以便用户获得更加多样的体验。底板单元101可以沿横向拼接,也可以沿纵向拼接,结构十分多样化,规格可以无限延伸,具有灵活便利的特性。
如图3所示,优选地,每一个挂钩组件104包括两挂钩座、转动设置在两挂钩座之间的挂钩转轴、以及设置在挂钩转轴上的挂钩。采用这种结构的挂钩组件104可以使得用户在不悬挂相框时,可方便地将挂钩收起来。如图2所示,上述边框单元包括长边框单元201、用于衔接两块长边框单元201的短边框单元202和用于将两长边框单元201在转角处连接的拼角单元203,此时的凹凸配合结构400包括分别设置在长边框单元201、短边框单元202和拼角单元203两侧的凹陷部402和凸起部401(以短边框单元202为例,参见图4)。
优选地,上述连接结构300包括设置在底板100周缘的多个定位孔301,以及设于长边框单元201、短边框单元202和拼角单元203底侧表面的且与定位孔301配合的定位柱302。在装配时,只需要将底板100的定位孔301对准边框单元背面的定位柱302,然后卡入即可,安装十分方便。值得注意的是,图片或者照片是从底板100的正面卡入的,因此,底板100周围应当存在与边框200重合的部分,且该部分应当留有适当的间隙,使得图片或者照片能够卡入同时又不能滑脱出来,此结构属于现有公知技术,在此不再叙述。
在本发明的另一具体实施例中,边框单元仍然包括长边框单元201、用于衔接两块长边框单元201的短边框单元202和用于将两块长边框单元201在转角处连接的拼角单元203,凹凸配合结构400仍然包括分别设置在长边框单元201、短边框单元202和拼角单元203两侧的凹陷部402和凸起部401。但此时的底板100由多块底板单元101拼接形成,多块底板单元101之间的固定可以引入新的连接结构,但也可以采用本发明的连接结构。在这个实施例中,连接结构包括设置在底板单元101周缘的多个定位孔301,以及设于长边框单元201、短边框单元202和拼角单元203底侧表面的且与定位孔301配合的定位柱302;其中,短边框单元202的底侧设有两个定位柱302,两底板单元101在拼接处的一端通过定位孔301与短边框单元202的两个定位柱302的配合与边框200固定。
进一步地,上述定位柱302的端部还设有卡榫303。卡榫303可以保证底板100与边框200牢固而方便地固定。

  1. 一种多功能相框,其特征在于,包括边框和通过连接结构固定在所述边框底侧的底板,其中,所述边框包括通过凹凸配合结构组合在一起的多块边框单元;所述底板包括一块底板单元或至少两块通过拼接结构拼接在一起的底板单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能相框,其特征在于,所述边框包括由夜光材料制成的边框,或由透明材料制成且设有LED灯的边框。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能相框,其特征在于,所述拼接结构包括多个间隔设置在所述底板单元的周缘的拼接凹部和拼接凸部,每两所述底板单元的拼接凹部和拼接凸部相互拼接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能相框,其特征在于, 每一所述底板单元背面均设有挂钩组件;每一所述挂钩组件包括两挂钩座、转动设置在两所述挂钩座之间的挂钩转轴、以及设置在挂钩转轴上的挂钩。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的多功能相框,其特征在于,所述底板还设有灯珠。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能相框,其特征在于,所述边框单元包括长边框单元、用于衔接两所述长边框单元的短边框单元和用于将两所述长边框单元在转角处连接的拼角单元,所述凹凸配合结构包括分别设置在所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元两侧的凹陷部和凸起部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能相框,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括设置在所述底板周缘的多个定位孔,以及设于所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元底侧表面的且与所述定位孔配合的定位柱。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能相框,其特征在于,所述边框单元包括长边框单元、用于衔接两所述长边框单元的短边框单元和用于将两所述长边框单元在转角处连接的拼角单元,所述凹凸配合结构包括分别设置在所述长边框单元、短边框单元和拼角单元两侧的凹陷部和凸起部。
