具体实施方式 图 1为本发明第一实施例的包皮环切缝合器立体结构示意图(张开时); 图 2为本发明第一实施例的包皮环切缝合器立体结构示意图 (闭合时); 图 3为本 发明第一实施例的包皮环切缝合器中第一切割环部结构示意图; 图 4为本发明 第一实施例的包皮环切缝合器第二切割环部结构示意图。 如图所示: 本发明第一实施例的包皮环切吻合器包括相互交叉并铰接的第一操作手柄
1和第二操作手柄 2, 所述第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄的前端分别设置圆弧 形的第一切割环 11和第二切割环 21, 本实施例中第一切割环和第二切割环 均为半圆形;第一切割环或第二切割环所在的平面与第一操作手柄和第二操 作手柄所在的平面相垂直,第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄的尾端分别设置相 互配合的阶梯扣 3; 第一切割环上沿圆弧方向均匀设置多个燕尾状凸起 12, 第二切割环上设置多对与燕尾状凸起相对应的八字形缝隙 22, 第一切割环 和第二切割环重叠时八字形缝隙位于燕尾状凸起的边缘。
本包皮环切缝合器的使用方法为: 1.于包皮 12点位纵行并列钳夹 2把 5寸直血管钳, 钳尖距包皮内板根部 lcm; 2.于 2血管钳之间剪开包皮内、 外板; 3.同法剪开 6点位包皮内、 外板, 将包皮分成为左右两叶; 4. 将第 一切割环和第二切割环相对环形钳夹 6点位一 12 点位包皮内、 外板 (右侧 包皮) , 扣紧第一阶梯扣, 调整剩余包皮长度, 使包皮内板根部与切割环内 侧缘平齐, 扣紧第二阶梯扣以达到止血效果; 5.沿着第二切割环外侧缘将远 端多余的包皮切除; 6.分别于八字形缝隙的远端进针, 将包皮内、 外板作 8 字缝合, 逐一打结; 取除包皮环切缝合器; 7.将包皮环切缝合器翻面钳夹 12点位一 6点位包皮内、外板(左侧包皮),用上述方法切除缝合左侧包皮, 取除包皮环切缝合器, 术毕。
作为对上述实施例的进一步改进,所述第一切割环和第二切割环的远端 宽度 H为 0. 8cm, 向近端逐渐变窄, lcm以后切割环的宽 h带变为均匀一致 的 0. 6cm, 相邻燕尾状凸起之间沿圆弧方向的距离 a为 0. 6cm, 八字形缝隙 的宽度为 0. 05cm, 第一切割环的狭窄部宽度 p为 0. 3cm。设定固定尺寸可以 使手术规范化, 避免因不同医生操作差别而导致手术结果不一, 治疗效果更 标准。
作为对上述实施例的进一步改进,所述第一切割环和第二切割环的相对 面均设置有防滑纹。手术过程中有利于对包皮的加紧, 避免相对滑动导致的 手术误差或手术失败。
作为对上述实施例的进一步改进,所述第一操作手柄和第一切割环设为 一体结构, 第二操作手柄和第二切割环设为一体结构。一体结构加工工艺简 单, 成本较低。
图 5为本发明第二实施例的包皮环切缝合器主视图; 图 6为本发明第二实 施例的包皮环切缝合器俯视图; 图 7为本发明第二实施例的包皮环切缝合器立 体结构示意图。
本发明第二实施例的包皮环切缝合器包括相互交叉并铰接的第一操作手柄 1和第二操作手柄 2,所述第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄的前端分别设置圆弧形 的第一切割环 11和第二切割环 21, 第一切割环或第二切割环所在的平面与第 一操作手柄和第二操作手柄所在的平面相垂直, 第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄 的尾端分别设置用于控制第一切割环 11和第二切割环 21之间距离的多级卡扣 3' ; 第一切割环上沿圆弧方向均匀设置多个凸起 12, 第二切割环上设置多对 与凸起相对应的缝隙 22,第一切割环和第二切割环重叠时缝隙与凸起的两侧对 齐, 还包括以可拆卸的方式设置在第一切割环外侧的尺子 4, 尺子 4的外沿为 圆弧形且与第一切割环 11上的凸起 12外沿相对齐; 还包括以可拆卸的方式设 置在第二切割环外侧的底座 5,第一切割环 11与第二切割环 21闭合时,尺子 4 与底座 5之间沿切割环的径向有用于供手术刀划入的间隙 6。 本实施例中, 所 述尺子 4和底座 5的一端以包裹或半包裹的方式分别固定套设在第一切割环 11 和第二切割环 21的自由端,另一端以开叉卡位的方式分别固定咔合在第一操作 手柄 1和第二操作手柄 2的前端。
本发明第二实施例的环切缝合器的使用方法为: 先将待切除的多余包皮用 第一切割环和第二切割环夹紧, 压迫止血, 将尺子和底座分别安装在第一切割 环和第二切割环上, 然后再用手术刀沿着尺子的外沿划入间隙, 将多余的包皮 划掉, 即可得到连贯、 整齐、 标准、 美观的包皮切口, 最后将尺子和底座拆除 后进行八字缝合, 拆下缝合器即可。 利用本发明所述切割器进行包皮切除和缝 合,手术效率提高了 2— 3倍,大大缩短了手术时间,而且包皮切口连贯、整齐、 美观, 易于缝合, 而且较好地实现了标准化切除, 不同的操作医生的切除结果 一致, 治愈后包皮形状美观, 不影响患者心理。
另外, 本实施例中, 所述尺子 4和底座 5也可以以销孔过盈配合的方式设 置在第一切割环 11和第二切割环 21上。 此连接方式简单, 拆卸方便, 有利于 节约手术时间。
最后说明的是, 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制, 尽 管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理 解, 可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术 方案的宗旨和范围, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1、 一种包皮环切缝合器, 其特征在于: 包括: 相互交叉并铰接的第一 操作手柄(1 )和第二操作手柄(2 ) , 所述第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄的 前端分别设置圆弧形的第一切割环 (11 )和第二切割环 (21 ) , 第一切割环 或第二切割环所在的平面与第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄所在的平面相垂 直, 第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄的尾端分别设置相互配合的阶梯扣(3 ) ; 第一切割环上沿圆弧方向均匀设置多个燕尾状凸起(12 ) , 第二切割环上设 置多对与燕尾状凸起相对应的八字形缝隙(22 ) , 第一切割环和第二切割环 重叠时八字形缝隙位于燕尾状凸起的边缘。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的包皮环切缝合器, 其特征在于: 所述第一切 割环和第二切割环的远端宽度 H为 0. 8cm,向近端逐渐变窄,自远端开始 1cm 以后切割环的宽带 h变为均匀一致的 0. 6cm, 相邻燕尾状凸起之间沿圆弧方 向的距离 a为 0. 6cm, 八字形缝隙的宽度为 0. 05cm, 第一切割环的狭窄部宽 度 p为 0. 3cm。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的包皮环切缝合器, 其特征在于: 所述第一切 割环和第二切割环的相对面均设置有防滑纹。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的包皮环切缝合器, 其特征在于: 所述第一切 割环和第二切割环均为半圆形。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的包皮环切缝合器, 其特征在于: 所述第一操 作手柄和第一切割环设为一体结构,第二操作手柄和第二切割环设为一体结 构。
6、 一种包皮环切缝合器, 其特征在于, 包括:
相互交叉并铰接的第一操作手柄(1)和第二操作手柄(2) , 所述第一 操作手柄和第二操作手柄的前端分别设置圆弧形的第一切割环(11)和第二 切割环(21) , 第一切割环或第二切割环所在的平面与第一操作手柄和第二 操作手柄所在的平面相垂直,第一操作手柄和第二操作手柄的尾端分别设置 用于控制第一切割环(11)和第二切割环(21)之间距离的多级卡扣(3' ); 第一切割环上沿圆弧方向均匀设置多个凸起(12) , 第二切割环上设置多对 与凸起相对应的缝隙(22) , 第一切割环和第二切割环重叠时缝隙与凸起的 两侧对齐;
以可拆卸的方式设置在第一切割环外侧的尺子(4) , 尺子(4) 的外沿 为圆弧形且与第一切割环 (11) 上的凸起 (12) 外沿相对齐;
以可拆卸的方式设置在第二切割环外侧的底座(5) , 第一切割环(11) 与第二切割环 (21) 闭合时, 尺子(4) 与底座 (5)之间沿切割环的径向有 用于供手术刀划入的间隙 (6) 。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的能够快速准确切除包皮的环切缝合器, 其特 征在于: 所述尺子 (4)
和底座(5) 的一端以包裹或半包裹的方式分别固定套设在第一切割环(11) 和第二切割环(21)的自由端, 另一端以开叉卡位的方式分别固定咔合在第 一操作手柄 (1) 和第二操作手柄 (2) 的前端。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的能够快速准确切除包皮的环切缝合器, 其特 征在于: 所述尺子(4)和底座(5)分别以销孔过盈配合的方式设置在第一 切割环 (11) 和第二切割环 (21) 上。
