技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全门栏,特别是一种安全门栏的限位结构。
背景技术
目前,为了防止婴儿、幼童或小动物随便进出特定的场所,人们通常在房门的门框上设置一个可封闭门框底部,并具有一定高度的安全门栏。
现在市场上的安全门栏,一般包括门框和门栏两部分,门栏是通过门轴固定在门框上,能绕着轴转动,并设锁定装置,从而实现开门和关门功能。但一般安全门在开门过程中,一旦门栏上的锁栓脱离门框的锁孔后,门栏容易离开门框并随意朝前或后方打开,使用起来不方便,针对上述缺点,有必要做出改进。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构合理、防护功能好且使用方便的安全门栏的限位结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种安全门栏的限位结构,包括左、右门框,有门栏将其右侧与右门框活动铰接,所述左门框上设有相对于门栏上下弹性活动的限位装置,所述限位装置包括与门栏左侧对应的锁孔和缺口,所述缺口底部与锁孔顶部之间形成一顶面,在锁孔内设有斜面,所述门栏左侧设有与限位装置相对应的弹性锁栓。
在本发明中,所述左门框内部设有连杆,该连杆下端通过弹簧与左门框底部连接,所述限位装置为设置在左门框上的限位件、它与连杆活动限位连接,所述限位件对应门栏左侧的侧面设有锁孔和缺口,所述缺口底部与锁孔顶部之间形成一顶面,所述锁孔内设有斜面,所述门栏左侧设有与限位件相对应的弹性锁栓。
其中,所述连杆上下端分别设有条形槽,所述上、下限位件通过销钉伸入条形槽与连杆活动限位连接。
另外,所述上、下限位件对应门栏左侧的侧面为弧面。
另外,所述的左门框的顶部设置有一固定标识凸块件,该凸固定标识块件露出在限位件的外侧。
另外,所述所述斜面的顶面为凹形弧面。
另外,述所述弹性锁栓下方设置有凸件。
本发明的有益效果是: 当需要将关闭的门栏打开时,按下限位装置,限位装置下降,门栏左侧的弹性锁栓的端头受到限位装置锁孔内斜面的挤压从锁孔内退出,退出后又由于弹性复位作用伸入到限位装置的缺口中,由于限位装置缺口底部与锁孔顶部之间形成的一顶面,限位装置在弹性的作用下将弹性锁栓顶住,使门栏此时不会受自重力随意朝前、后方自动打开,而需要使用者用手控制其门栏要打开的方向,使用起来十分方便;关门时,门栏在外力作用朝左门框合拢,门栏左侧的弹性锁栓受左门框限位件端面的挤压退回并伸入到锁孔内,实现关门;同时,在门框的顶部设置有标识凸块件露出在限位件的外侧,在开门往下按压时防止会夹伤手的安全性及增强了门栏开关状态下的可视性;另外在弹性锁栓下方设置有一凸件防止门框在安装的时候与门栏过于紧密接触,增强开门、关门时的灵活性;本发明由于需要从门栏上按压限位装置,从而增加了小孩、小动物开启门栏的难度,使安全门栏达到更好的安全防护效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3,一种安全门栏的限位结构,包括左、右门框1、2,有门栏3将其右侧与右门框2活动铰接,所述左门框1上设有相对于门栏3上下弹性活动的限位装置,所述限位装置包括与门栏3左侧对应的锁孔6和缺口7,所述缺口7底部与锁孔6顶部之间形成一顶面8,在锁孔6内设有斜面9,所述门栏3左侧设有与限位装置相对应的弹性锁栓11。
作为本发明的第一种实施方式,所述左门框1内部设有连杆4,该连杆4下端通过弹簧5与左门框1底部连接,所述限位装置为设置在左门框1上的限位件10,根据实际需求,该限位件10可以单独安装在左门框1下部或者上部,也可以是在左门栏1上下部均安装,还可以是安装在左门栏1中间,且限位件10可以是套装在左门框1外,还可以是设置在左门框1内与连杆4之间,而本参照图1中则是设置在左门框1外并在左门栏1上下部均安装的情况,它与连杆4活动限位连接,所述限位件10对应门栏3左侧的侧面设有锁孔6和缺口7,所述缺口7底部与锁孔6顶部之间形成一顶面8,所述锁孔6内设有斜面9,所述门栏3左侧设有与限位件10相对应的弹性锁栓11。
本发明的工作原理是:当需要将关闭的门栏3打开时,按下限位装置,限位装置下降,门栏3左侧的弹性锁栓11的端头受到限位装置锁孔6内斜面9的挤压从锁孔6内退出,退出后又由于弹性复位作用伸入到限位装置的缺口7中,由于限位装置缺口7底部与锁孔6顶部之间形成一顶面8,限位装置在弹性的作用下将弹性锁栓11顶住,使门栏3此时不会受自重力随意朝前、后方自动打开,而需要使用者用手推门栏3控制其打开的方向,使用起来十分方便;关门时,门栏3在外力作用朝左门框1合拢,门栏3左侧的弹性锁栓11受左门框1限位件10端面的挤压退回并伸入到锁孔6内,实现关门;同时,本发明在开门时由于需要从门栏3上按压限位装置,从而增加了小孩、小动物开启门栏的难度,使安全门栏达到更好的安全防护效果。
在本实施方式中,所述连杆4上下端分别设有条形槽13,所述限位件10通过销钉14伸入条形槽13与连杆4活动限位连接。
在本实施方式中,所述限位件10对应门栏3左侧的侧面为弧面。通过弧面结构便于关门过程中门栏3的弹性锁栓11滑入限位件10的锁孔6内锁合。
在本实施方式中,所述的左门框1的顶部设置有一固定标识凸块件15;当限位件10受外力下降,弹性锁栓11弹出锁孔6顶压在一顶面8时,固定的标识凸块件15自然向外伸出,告知使用者门栏3在开启的待命状态中,让使用者控制其打开的方向;另外固定的标识凸块件15还起到了当限位件10受外力下降同时防止会被夹伤手及增强了门栏开关状态下的可视性;这样进一步提高了门栏的安全性。
在本实施方式中,所述斜面9顶部的一顶面为凹形弧面;该结构可使弹性琐栓11在斜面9顶部的凹形弧面内放正而不发生偏移。
在本实施方式中,在弹性锁栓11下方设置有一凸件17防止门框1在安装的时候与门栏3过于紧密接触,增强开门、关门时的灵活性。
另外,本发明第二种实施方式,如限位装置可以直接套装在左门框1上与左门框1弹性连接,而不需要像前一种方式通过连杆4加弹簧5的弹性连接方式,一样可以达到前一种的效果,也应属于本发明所保护的范围。
本发明还可在门框1顶部固定的标识凸块件15的基础上,可以把标识凸块件15勘入限位件10外侧的滑动槽来防止使用时会被夹伤手和观察门栏开关状态下的可视性;本结构合理、使用方便,具有很好防护功能,提高了门栏的安全性,是一种广泛应用安全门栏的限位结构。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种安全门栏的限位结构,包括左、右门框(1、2),有门栏(3)将其右侧与右门框(2)活动铰接,其特征在于:所述左门框(1)上设有相对于门栏(3)上下弹性活动的限位装置,所述限位装置包括与门栏(3)左侧对应的锁孔(6)和缺口(7),所述缺口(7)底部与锁孔(6)顶部之间形成一顶面(8),在锁孔(6)内设有斜面(9),所述门栏(3)左侧设有与限位装置相对应的弹性锁栓(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全门栏的限位结构,其特征在于所述左门框(1)内部设有连杆(4),该连杆(4)下端通过弹簧(5)与左门框(1)底部连接,所述限位装置为设置在左门框(1)上的限位件(10)、它与连杆(4)活动限位连接,所述限位件(10)对应门栏(3)左侧的侧面设有锁孔(6)和缺口(7),所述缺口(7)底部与锁孔(6)顶部之间形成一顶面(8),所述锁孔(6)内设有斜面(9),所述门栏(3)左侧设有与限位件(10)相对应的弹性锁栓(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安全门栏的限位结构,其特征在于所左门框(1)上下端分别设有条形槽(13),所述限位件(10)通过销钉(14)伸入条形槽(13)与连杆(4)活动限位连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安全门栏的限位结构,其特征在于所述限位件(10)对应门栏(3)左侧的侧面为弧面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安全门栏的限位结构,其特征在于所述的左门框(1)的顶部设置有一固定标识凸块件(15),该凸固定标识块件(15)露出在限位件(10)的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全门栏的限位结构,其特征在于所述斜面(9)顶部的顶面(8)为凹形弧面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全门栏的限位结构,其特征在于所述所述弹性锁栓(11)下方设置有凸件(17)。
