Abstract
L'invention concerne une machine de soudage à la molette avec fil (210) utilisée dans le secteur manufacturier pour combiner une tôle mince galvanisée et des tôles métalliques inoxydables (190) par soudage à la molette avec fil (190) ; ladite machine comprend un bâti (220) supportant la machine et ses pièces, des barres bus (30) supportant le produit (230) et contribuant au processus de soudage grâce à leur conductivité, des rouleaux supérieur et inférieur (50, 60) assurant le processus de soudage par contact du fil avec les surfaces intérieure et extérieure du produit (230) et permettant à la tension de traverser ce dernier, un élément de traction et blocage (70) se déplaçant sur le rail (80), immobilisant le produit (230) et le poussant à l'extérieur de la machine lorsque le processus de soudage est terminé, un circuit de refroidissement (140) permettant le refroidissement des barres bus (30) chauffées pendant le processus de soudage, un moteur d'entraînement (90) permettant le mouvement de la machine. La machine de l'invention comprend également un transformateur haute fréquence (10) permettant la réduction de la puissance et de l'énergie utilisées par la mise en oeuvre du processus de soudage à une tension faible et par l'augmentation de la fréquence de l'énergie utilisée et une réduction de l'énergie consommée.
