Abstract

Pious object with at least a visual display of information is designed so that a monolith or a base plate (1 ) includes an assembling recess (2) with access from the top, front, side or back side and contains an information box (3) with an E-l nk display or an OLED display, while the monolith or the base plate (1 ) contains encoded security anchors (4) for anchoring the information box (3). The method of inclusion of pious objects into an information network of pious objects is based on the fact that a permanent or temporary placement of mobile devices with GPS or Galileo onto the pious object enables to obtain geographical coordinates of the pious object which are incorporated by means of a fixed or mobile communications device over a data network to at least one application server of pious objects. The application server of pious objects also contains information data about the given pious object. Incorporated geographical coordinates and information data about the pious object in the application server are accessible to data network users for searching and leaving messages in a message box of the pious object for visitors of the website message box and/or an information box on the pious object.

Description

PIOUS OBJECT WITH A VISUAL DISPLAY OF INFORMATION AND METHOD OF INCLUSION OF PIOUS OBJECTS INTO THE INFORMATION NETWORK OF PIOUS
OBJECTS
Technical solution
The invention concerns the construction of pious monuments itself with at least a visual display of information intended for pious objects, particularly for tomb monuments with rounded or square plates, but also for monolithic board monuments or obelisks. The aim of the present invention is the maximum combination of pious accessories, information texts, symbols, photographs and visual sequences in the pious object using especially a displaying device, audio sequences and combinations thereof. The aim of this invention is the vision to set up a global information network or local information networks of pious objects with a database of pious objects and to ensure access to such networks via data networks in a manner of inclusion of pious objects in the information network of pious objects according to the invention. The invention falls within the area of constructions for special purposes.
Current state of the art
In the area of constructions for special purposes, such as monuments for pious purposes, pious information, such as text, symbols and pictures, is mostly placed on the surface of monuments or memorial boards with standard methods in the technology known as sanding, cutting, etching, bonding with various surface finishes such as gilding and the like. In such realizations, the range of information and aesthetic figuration is limited by the size of the pious object or of the monument board. Any requirement for a change requires a mechanical intervention on the pious object or on the pious board , which is connected with significant financial costs for the customer if such changes are technically even possible. Some requests for changes are not technically feasible if we want to keep the original monument or the pious board.
A lighting object is a conventional pious complement of pious monuments or stele, which is incorporated into the body of the monument or to the vicinity of it. Lighting objects most commonly used for these purposes are different wax, paraffin or oil candles or burners. There are other generally known technical solutions in the present state of the technique, which comprise lighting objects represented by light- emitting diodes powered by a variety of battery supplies. For example, the U.S. Pat U.S. 5, 564, 816 describes pious cross-shaped complements in which LED diodes are placed , which emit the light through the visor also in the shape of a cross.
The German utility model DE 20 2005 004 725 U 1 describes a monument containing a dark glass plate with transparent characters. The monument plate is illuminated by LED diodes through a glass plate at the bottom edge, where the emitted light comes out through the transparent characters. A symbol of religious value can be seen on the top of the monument thanks to the light emitted by LEDs. Similarly, the published patent file WO 0229183 describes the lighting of a dark glass plate with transparent characters by a light source. In addition, the published patent file WO 0012844 describes the lighting of an urn wall in a similar way. The three above-mentioned technical solutions allow displaying only one static text and/or picture information about the deceased and that by outdated means in today's world of technical possibilities on the principle of translucence of stencils.
The technical solution described in the Swiss Pat 678, 098 CH is also based on the principle of lighting or illumination of the pious board. Power supply of the lighting sources in this case comes from a solar cell. The disadvantage of this technical solution remains in the visualization of a single static text and/or picture changeless information about the deceased without the possibility to change it.
In connection with pious objects the playback of sound records about the deceased by technical means described in the U .S. Pat U.S. 6, 088 , 973 is well known. In this case, a sound record player, which is integrated into the tomb, is described .
Another solution known in the state of the art is described in the U.S. Pat U.S. 6, 088, 973 and is applicable particularly for urn walls, where the face of the urn box provides only limited information about the deceased. In order to provide more information the information area of the urn box is expanded by the incorporation of a rotating information roller into the front side of the urn box. The information roller is rotated manually. In addition, this system provides only static information in the form of text/picture.
So far described methods of provision of information about the deceased on a pious object offering only static text or picture information by technical means are nowadays overcome by the Slovak utility model UV 5523. The principle of this solution consists of the placement of a pious box on the pious object of the obelisk type so that the base plate and the front plate are placed on the body of the pious object containing a set of visors and spaces for placement of pious accessories, displaying device and other technical electronic circuits appropriately interconnected into functional units. The displaying device allows the presentation of both text and image files about the deceased and his life. But even such a unique solution of pious objects is subject to certain technical limitations, which means that electronic circuits of the displaying device are directly applied in the base plate of the pious object and consequently it is necessary to perform the entire installation of the pious object at the site/at the cemetery. The required maintenance particularly of the electronic equipment must also be carried out only at the site of the headstone. The initial installation of the whole pious box is demanding both from the point of view of its assembly and the time needed for it. The displaying device of the pious object itself, which is constructed on the base of an LCD display - photo frame, has its limitations, which means that during the daylight the readability of displayed information is significantly limited . Energy consumption of the LCD screen is very high. A serious deficiency is also the fact that the LCD screen does not display any information in the sleeping mode, i.e. the screen is permanently dark.
In the present state of the art, no worldwide or statewide system of on-line electronic database on the placement of pious objects even with basic bibliography is known. There are only internal local databases on the so-called burial places at local cemeteries and only for the purpose of verifying the payments for burial places.
The above-mentioned disadvantages of the construction of pious objects gave space for the development of such complex construction of a pious object that would eliminate the disadvantages of the state of the art designs of pious objects.
The result of this effort is the further described pious object with at least a visual display of information and the method of inclusion of pious objects into an information network on pious objects of the present invention.
Subject of the invention
The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by a construction of the pious object with at least a visual display of information according to this invention consisting of such solution where the pious object is basically a headstone with at least one stele or it is an obelisk or it is a monolithic planked headstone or another used shape constructed so that the monolithic headstone body or its round or square base plate contains an assembling recess which is accessible from above or from the front or from the side or from the back side. The assembling recess has the shape of vertically or horizontally oriented blocks or cubes of monolithic tomb housing or base plate situated so that it extends to the front surface of the monolith or base plate. The assembling recess on the other side extends to the back surface of the monolith or the base plate, or the back surface of the monolith or base plate is equipped with an overhead bridge. Into the assembling recess is placed the information box with an E-ink display or an OLED display that is flush with the front side of the monolith or of the base plate or is slightly recessed into it. The invention allows a realization where the assembling recess is covered with a sculpted front plate with a visor for the E-lnk display or OLED display of the information box. The Information box contains circuitry of the displaying device for an E-lnk display or an OLED display, control circuits, memory circuits, power circuits or even batteries. Since the information box is placed in the assembling recess of the monolith or base plate the monolith or the base plate at the assembling recess includes anchors for anchoring the information box. The anchors, for example, can be drilled holes in the base plate to which specially coded security bolts are screwed in through clip anchors on the body of the information box or through external clip anchors. Alternatively, bolts are anchored into the drilled holes and the information box is secured by special security-coded matrices. If the monolith or the base plate contains only the assembling recess with the shape of a vertically oriented rectangle with access from the upper side and if on the other side of the back surface of the monolith or the base plate there is an overhead bridge, then the formed base plate assembling recess is fully covered with wide contoured front plate with a visor for the E-lnk display or OLED display of the information box. The E-lnk display or OLED display of the information box displays dynamic information such as text, symbols, photographs that are periodically rotated and can be varied. Permanent and unchangeable text information is provided on the front page of the monolith or of the base plate. Usually this information is carved or milled or made by the sanding technology or by some other conventional technology into natural or synthetic stone and then highlighted in gold or silver paint. The monolith or the front plate contains usually carved or milled pious symbols, e.g. of religious character. In the simplest realization, the source of electricity for the information box with an E-lnk display or OLED displays is batteries or rechargeable battery packs.
Improved realizations of the pious object with at least a visual display of information of the present invention solve the problem of power supply of the information box with an E-lnk display or an OLED display. For this purpose, the design of the pious object is adapted so that the backside of the monolith or base plate is equipped with photovoltaic cells, which are applied to it by either gluing or screwing onto the recessed or non-recessed backside of the monolith or base plate. If the backside of the base plate contains other technological elements or other adaptations, then it is advantageous if a back plate is attached to the backside of the base plate. In such case, it is advantageous if at least one photovoltaic cell is placed on the surface or into the body of this back plate. In such case, it is possible that the assembling recess on the other side reached to the back surface of the base plate, which is a simpler technological step from the point of view of manufacturing of the base plate. Thus, the back plate from the backside covers the assembling recess. From an aesthetic but also from a practical standpoint it is preferred that the back plate has a plane set down into which the photovoltaic cells are embedded and fixed. Then the back plate is equipped with a bridging hole through which wires are led from the photovoltaic cells to the assembling recess and in the end, they flow into the information box.
In further improved and enhanced alternative realizations, the pious object of the invention is designed so that a technological recess is placed over the assembling recess in the monolith or base plate for mounting a heat and/or light source. This technological recess is, for example, of a horizontal rectangular shape. This technological recess is located in the monolith or the base plate so that it extends to the front surface of the monolith or the base plate. In doing so, the technological recess on the other side extends to the back surface of the monolith or the back base plate, or from the back surface of the monolith or the base plate, an overhead bridge is left. In case the technological recess on the other side extends to the back surface of the back plate, then the back plate covers the technological recess. The technological recess is designed for the purpose of placing a light source, which can be, for example, a row of three candles with a wax, paraffin or oil filling. It may also be only one candle. For some realizations, the technological recess can be left uncovered from the front side of the front plate. For other realizations, the front plate overlaps the technological recess so that the visor is left for only one candle. Such an arrangement of candles serves an aesthetic purpose. However, the above-described location of the candle is also a source of heat, which can technically be used to produce electricity to power the information box with an E-lnk display or OLED display and the lighting of the monument by additional lighting sources. For this purpose, it is possible to place at least one thermo generator, such as a Peltier cell, over the technological recess where its heat withdrawing metal surface performs the function of the overlap of the technological recess and also has an aesthetic function. Then for the operation purposes it is appropriate if in the technological recess or on heat withdrawing metal surfaces of the Peltier cell or in another suitable place a motion sensor and/or a remote controlled lighter is located. Pious object with at least a visual display of information of the present invention can also be modified so that the information box is supplemented by an electro-acoustic circuit with an electro-acoustic transducer. In the simplest case mourning tunes, poems or other sound characteristics of the deceased are contained in the memory elements of the electro-acoustic circuit. In other realizations, the information box may contain circuits for the control of external lighting of the pious object. In realizations that are more sophisticated the information box may include circuits for WIFI connection so that communication of a mobile communication device of the pious object visitor with a public data network is easier. Alternatively, the information box may contain a circuit for Bluetooth for easy data transfer between a pious object visitor's mobile communication device and the information box. Alternatively, the information box may contain GPS or GALI LEO circuits for the purpose of locating the pious object and its inclusion in the national or multinational information network of pious objects. Alternatively, the information box may contain a message box.
Pious object with at least a visual display of information according to the invention allows the creation of national or multinational global or local hierarchical information networks of pious objects or of a single global information network of pious objects, notably by the inclusion of pious objects into an information network, which comprises the permanent or temporary placement of GPS or GALILEO mobile devices onto the pious object to obtain geographic coordinates of the pious object - longitude and latitude which are incorporated into at least one application server of pious objects by either a fixed or mobile communications device through a data network. Geographic coordinates of pious objects in the database of the application server of pious objects also include information data about the pious object itself. The data contains at least the name of the buried person and the dates of birth and death. Integrated geographical coordinates and information data of the pious object in the application server are available to any or selected members of the data network for searching and leaving a message in the pious object for visitors of the message box of the pious object websites and/or visitors of the information box on the pious object. In the above-described process of integration, it is advantageous if the transmitted data is protected with an identification code, which includes GPS or GALILEO reference coordinates of the pious object, which clearly identify the geographic location of the pious object. An integral part of a global information network of pious objects is formed also by a global information register of pious objects (GRPO) which is now being built.
The application server of pious objects is essentially open not only for pious objects with information boxes, but it is also open to passive pious objects the geographic coordinates of which are incorporated by means of temporarily located mobile GPS or Galileo device. This may be performed , for example, by an authorized person with a special access code to enter the information network of pious objects in order to incorporate passive pious objects. Subsequently, the coordinates of passive pious object and its information data, such as the buried person's name, date of birth and death, are included in the information network of pious objects by a mobile or fixed communication device through the corresponding data network. A passive pious object for the purposes of this invention is perceived, every pious object bearing the classic text only bibliographic information about the deceased entered the tomb, an obelisk or a plate.
The method of inclusion of pious objects into the information network of pious objects is designed especially for active pious objects. An active pious object for the purposes of this invention means every pious object with the information box described in the text above. In this case, geographic coordinates of the active pious object are incorporated into the database of the application server of pious objects by a temporary placement of a mobile device with GPS or GALILEO. This can be carried out also by the manufacturer of the pious object with the information box that is secured by an access code for the integration of pious objects into the information network of pious objects. An improved version of the pious object with an information box already has circuits of GPS or GALILEO permanently installed in the information box. Integration of geographic coordinates and/or information data about the pious object into the application server of pious objects is supported by WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, separately or in their combinations.
The method of inclusion of pious objects into the information network of pious objects of the present invention allows extending further application possibilities, such as localization of the pious object by keywords through data networks and searching companies. Another option is leaving a message in the website voice message box of the pious object for visitors of the website voice message box and/or visitors of the pious object with the information box. There is also the opportunity to take collect voice messages from the website voice message box for visitors to website voice message box of the pious object and/or voice message box of the information box in the pious object, which may take place directly at the pious object through at least one of the technologies, such as WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, or can be carried out indirectly, remotely via some data network like the Internet. Advantages of pious object with at least a visual display of information according to the invention and the method of inclusion of pious objects into the information network of pious objects are apparent from its effects, which are manifested outwardly. The effects of this invention consist especially of the fact that the information box may be opened for servicing purposes. It is securely lockable, theft resistant thanks to a theft-proof security system with coded matrices and bolts and is resistant to weather conditions. The information box creates protected space for the electronic displaying device and other support circuits independently of the pious object body. This allows the delivery of information boxes, which have been tested during their production without the risk of malfunction at the place of assembly. This significantly speeds up the completion of the entire pious object at the cemetery. This also significantly speeds up the maintenance of the entire headstone thanks to the exchange of a non-functional information box by a functional one. The invention uses a displaying device based on an E-lnk display or OLED display used, for example, in e-book readers, thus reducing power consumption and extending the time of display of the information. It also improves readability even if the E-lnk or OLED display is exposed to direct sunlight. For purposes of this invention is to be understood that the term OLED includes all secondary technologies as PMOLED, AMOLED, PHOLED, WOLED, FOLED, TOLED. In the sleep mode, selected information or image is continuously displayed without power consumption. The complex solution of a heat resource, of the Peltier cell and the solution of the shape of the cooler significantly complements the aesthetic design of the pious object itself and protects the contents of the technological and assembling recesses from unauthorized intrusion and weather conditions and undisturbed burning of lamps or candles is ensured . The creation and operation of information networks of pious objects provides new types of services that enable upon approval of pious objects owners to register the presentation belonging to the pious object with its GPS or Galileo coordinates, thus creating a global register of pious objects (GRPO). GRPO allows an interested person virtually to visit any pious object in the world and to get information about it contained in its presentation. Further, family trees may be built by means of the information network of pious objects.

Experts knowledgeable about the state of the techniques should have no problems with the sizing of the pious object with at least a visual display of information according to the invention or with the method of integration of pious objects in an information network of pious objects or with the appropriate choice of materials and design layout, designs of system networks and their security, therefore these features were not addressed in detail.
Example 1
In this example of a specific realization of the invention, the simplest realization of the pious object with a visual display of information according to the invention is described and shown in Fig. 3. The pious object itself is a monolith of a vertical headstones plate designed with rounded shapes. The whole pious object consists of natural stone monoliths - it has only one base plate 1 , which contains the assembling recess 2 accessible from the front side. The assembling recess 2 has a vertically oriented rectangular shape in the base plate 1 located so that it extends to the front surface of the base plate 1 . In doing so, the assembling recess 2 on the other side does not interfere with the back surface of the base plate 1 , but from the back surface of the base plate 1 there is an overhead bridge. In the assembling recess 2 there is an information box 3 with an E-lnk display, which is flush with the front side of the base plate 1 . The information box 3 contains circuits for the displaying device of the E-lnk display, control circuits, memory circuits, power circuits and rechargeable battery packs. Since the information box 3 is positioned in the assembling recess 2 of the base plate 1 , the base plate 1 at the assembling recess 2 includes anchors 4 for anchoring the information box 3. The anchors 4 are holes drilled into the base plate 1 with recessed matrices into which through clip anchors on the information box body 3, special safety coded screws are screwed in which are covered by a framed trunking . The E-lnk display of the information box 3 displays static and/or dynamic information, such as texts, symbols, images that are periodically rotated and, if necessary, they may be changed. Space for permanent and unchangeable text information is provided on the front side of the base plate 1 . Usually this information is set in the stone and highlighted in gold paint.
Example 2
In this example of a specific realization of the invention further realization of the pious object with a visual display of information shown in Fig. 1 a, b, c. is described. The pious object itself is again a type of a vertical headstone plate designed with rounded shapes. The difference with the previous example is that the pious object consists of two plates. The base plate includes an assembling recess 2 with access from the upper side. The assembling recess 2 has a vertically oriented rectangular shape in the base plate 1 located so that it extends to the front surface of the base plate 1 . In doing so the assembling recess 2 on the other side does not interfere with the back surface of the base plate 1 , but from the back surface of the base plate 1 there is an overhead bridge. The assembling recess 2 is covered with a sculpted front plate 5 with a visor 6 for an E-lnk display information box 3. Also in this case, a base plate 1 at the assembling recess 2 or at the technological recess 9 includes anchors 4 for anchoring the information box 3. The front plate 5 includes milled or sanded pious religious symbols. Furthermore, over the assembling recess 2 in the base plate 1 , there is the technological recess 9 for a source of heat and light 10, as it is shown in a similar case in Fig. 2. This technological recess 9 has a horizontal rectangular shape. The technological recess 9 is located in the base plate 1 so that it extends to the front surface of the base plate 1 . In doing so, the technological recess 9 on the other side does not interfere with the back surface of the base plate 1 , but from the back surface of the base plate 1 , there is an overhead bridge. The source of heat and light 10 are three lamps filled with oil. Also this technological recess 9 is partly covered by the edge of the front plate 5 and only the center area is exposed as aperture to emit light. The backside of the base plate 1 is equipped with photovoltaic cells 7, which are applied to it by sticking . The base plate 1 is equipped with a bridging hole 14 through which wires are led from the photovoltaic cells 7 into the assembling recess 2 and they eventually end in the information box 3. The information box 3 in this case contains Bluetooth circuits for easy data transfer and exchange between the mobile communication device of the visitor and the information box 3 of the pious object.
Example 3
In this example of a specific realization of the present invention further possible realization of the pious object with a visual display of information is described and shown in Fig. 2a, b, c even in the improved version. The pious object itself is again a type of a vertical headstone plate designed with rounded shapes. The difference with the previous example is that pious object consists of three plates. The base plate 1 includes an assembling recess 2 with access from the upper side. The assembling recess 2 has in the base plate 1 a vertically oriented rectangular shape, located so that it is continuous from the front of the base plate 1 to its backside. In this case the technological recess 2 is on the other side of the base plate 1 covered with a back plate 8. In this case it is advantageous to place the photovoltaic cells 7 in a flat flush of the assembling recess of the back plate 8. Then the back plate 8 is equipped with a bridging hole 14 through which wires are led from the photovoltaic cells 7 into the assembling recess 2 and eventually they end in the information box 3. The above-described placement of a candle/lamp 10 as a source of heat from the previous example will be used as a technology to generate electricity to power the information box 3 with an E-lnk display or OLED display and eventually to power the lighting of the pious object by additional light sources. For this purpose, a thermo generator 1 1 - Peltier cell will be placed over the technological recess 9 where its heat-withdrawing metal surface performs the function of the overlap and protection of the technological recess 9 and has an aesthetic function , too. Close to the Peltier cell 1 1 or in another suitable place there is a motion sensor 12 and/or a remote controlled lighter 13.
The information box 3 is supplemented by an electro-acoustic circuit with an electro-acoustic transducer with memory elements, where mourning tunes, poems or other sound characteristics of the deceased are stored. The information box 3 also contains circuitry for WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth and circuits of GPS and GALI LEO positioning reference for the purpose of its inclusion into the national or multinational information network of pious objects. In the alternative realization the information box 3 contains a voice message box.
Example 4
In this example of a specific realization of the invention another possible realization of the pious object with a visual display of information is described . The pious object itself is of any type of the previous examples. The difference is that the whole pious object or its individual parts are molted from a synthetic stone, geopolymer.
Example 5
The pious object with at least a visual display of information according to the invention enables the creation of a system of one-level local information networks of pious objects at the level of towns, municipalities or regions using the method of inclusion of pious objects into an information network of pious objects as it is described in this example and shown in Fig. 4. The method is based on a temporary or fixed placement of a mobile GPS or GALI LEO device 15 or other similar system at the pious object enabling to obtain geographical coordinates, such as longitude and latitude, which will be incorporated into at least one application server 18 of the pious objects by means of fixed or mobile communication device 16 through a data network 17. In the database of the application server the geographical coordinates of pious objects are supplemented by information data about these pious objects. The data include at least the name of the deceased , dates of birth and death. Integrated geographical coordinates and information data about the pious object in the application server 18 of the' pious objects are accessible to any or selected visitors of the data network 17 for searching and leaving of messages in the message box of the pious object for visitors of the pious object website and/or of the information box 3 on the pious object.
The application server 18 of pious objects is open, in fact, not only to pious objects with the information box but it is also open to the so-called passive pious objects the geographical coordinates of which are incorporated by a temporary placement of a GPS or GALILEO mobile device 15 or other similar system onto the pious object. This can be performed, for this purpose, by an authorized person with a special access code to enter the information network of pious objects in order to incorporate passive pious objects. Subsequently, the coordinates of a passive pious object and information data about this pious object, such as the name of the buried person, dates of his birth and death, are included in the information network of pious objects by a fixed or mobile communication device 16 through the respective data network 17. A passive pious object for the purpose of this invention means every classic pious object bearing only textual bibliographic information about the deceased recorded on the gravestone, plate or obelisk.
The method of inclusion of pious objects into the information network of pious objects is designed especially for active pious objects. An active pious object for the purposes of this invention means every pious object with the information box 3 described in the text above. In this case, the database of the application server 18 of pious objects will include geographic coordinates of the active pious object incorporated by a placement of a temporary mobile device 15 with GPS or Galileo or other similar system. This can be carried out by the manufacturer of the information box 3 who has an access code for the integration of pious objects into the information network of pious objects. An improved version of the pious object with the information box 3 has circuits of a device such as GPS or Galileo or other similar system permanently installed in the information box 3. Integration of geographic coordinates and/or information data of the pious object into the application server 18 of pious objects is supported by technologies such as WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth , separately or in their combinations.
The method of inclusion of pious objects into the information network of pious objects of the present invention allows extending further application possibilities, such as localization of a pious object by keywords through data networks 17 and search companies. Another option is leaving messages in the pious object message box website for the visitors of the pious object message box websites and/or in the information box 3 on the pious object. There is also an opportunity to collect messages from the pious object message box websites and/or from the message box of the information box 3 on the pious object, which may take place directly at the pious object through at least one of the technologies such as WiFi, GPS or Galileo or other similar system, Bluetooth , or it may take place indirectly, remotely via some data network like the Internet.
Example 6
Pious object with at least a visual display of information accord ing to the invention allows the creation of a system of even multinational information networks of pious objects or of one global information network of pious objects by the inclusion of pious objects into an information network of pious objects as described in this example and shown schematically in Fig. 5. The difference with the solution described in Example 5 is that it is a multilevel system of information networks of pious objects, where the lowest level merges local information networks of pious objects ("Local") which are covered by a global multinational information network of the pious objects ("Global").
Industrial applicability
Pious object with at least a visual d isplay of information according to the invention and the method of integration of pious objects into an information network of pious objects may find application in the area of constructions for special purposes, notably in cemeteries.
