피도금체에 도금된 도금 물질에 에어(air)를 분사하는 에어 나이프는 상기 에어가 분사되는 통로를 형성하며 외부로 노출된 립, 상기 립에 코팅되어 있으며 상기 도금 물질에 대한 젖음성(wettability)이 상기 립 대비 작은 코팅층을 포함한다.
