상기 제1캡지지부(121)는 원형상으로 돌출되고, 원주둘레를 따라 원점을 기준으로 45°간격으로 음각홈이 형성되어 탈부착 회전캡의 제1캡삽입부의 후크도트(Hook Dot)가 걸리도록 유도시켜 딸각소리와 함께 캐릭터 케이스가 20°~40°간격으로 회전되도록 안내하는 역할을 한다.
이는 도 4 및 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 원형상으로 돌출되어 형성된 캡지지본체와, 캡지지본체의 원주둘레를 따라 점을 기준으로 45°간격으로 음각홈이 형성된다.
여기서, 음각홈은 8개로 형성되고, 이에 따라 캡지지본체가 8개로 분할되어 구성된다.
상기 제1캡지지부(121)가 45°간격으로 음각홈이 형성됨으로서, 제1캡삽입부의 후크도트(Hook Dot)가 회전되면서 음각홈에 걸려서 딸각 소리를 내도록 유도할 수 있고, 이와 동시에 캐릭터 케이스가 20°~40°(θ)간격으로 회전되도록 안내할 수가 있다.
여기서, 캐릭터 케이스를 20°~40°간격으로 형성하는 이유는 20°이하에서는 음각홈의 개수를 많이 형성해야 하므로 제조단가가 올라가는 문제점이 있고, 40°이상에서는 캐릭터 케이스가 가로 또는 세로방향으로 사용자의 원하는 회전각도에 따라 정위치 시킬 수가 없기 때문에 거치대 역할을 할 수가 없어서, 캐릭터 케이스를 20°~40°간격으로 형성하는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
상기 제2캡지지부(122)는 제1캡지지부 안쪽에 위치되면서, "ㄱ"자 형상의 돌기(122a)가 선단부에 형성되어 탈부착 회전캡의 제2 캡삽입부가 걸리도록 제2 캡삽입부 상단부를 지지한 상태에서 제1캡지지부로부터 전달된 회전력과 회전각도에 따라 캐릭터 케이스를 회전시키는 역할을 한다.
다음으로, 본 발명에 따른 캐릭터 케이스(200)에 관해 설명한다.
상기 캐릭터 케이스(200)는 스마트폰 케이스의 외부 표면 중앙 일측과 탈부착 결합되어 사용자의 설정에 따라 캐릭터를 스마트폰 케이스를 기준으로 회전시키는 역할을 한다.
이는 캐릭터 본체(210), 탈부착 회전캡(220)로 구성된다.
상기 캐릭터 본체(210)는 동물, 식물, 사람 형상으로 사출성형으로 제조된 플라스틱성형 캐릭터로 이루어져 스마트폰 케이스 후면에 탈부착식으로 설치된다.
이는 캐릭터 안쪽 내부 표면 일측에 탈부착 회전캡(220)이 형성된다.
본 발명에 따른 캐릭터 본체(210)는 내구성 및 촉감이 뛰어나고 무독성 재료를 압출성형하여 제조하는 것으로서,
열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) 20 ~ 70wt%와,
열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastics Elastomer) 10 ~ 50wt%와,
열가소성 폴리스티렌(Thermoplastics Polystyrene) 10 ~ 45wt%와,
열가소성 폴리올레핀(Thermoplastics Polyolefin) 10 ~ 45wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 혼합물을 압출성형하여 제조한다.
보다 구체적으로는 열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) 30wt%, 열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastics Elastomer) 20wt%, 열가소성 폴리스티렌(Thermoplastics Polystyrene) 15wt%, 열가소성 폴리프로필렌 35wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 수지혼합물을 압출성형기의 스크류의 L/D(길이/직경비)는 28~32:1, 압축비는 2.5~3.0의 범위로 하여 압출 성형한다.
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Polyurethane)은 기계적 강도, 내마모성이 탁월하고, 내굴곡성, 착색성, 감촉 등에 있어 우수한 성질을 갖는 것으로서, 20wt% 미만인 경우에는 내구성이 떨어져 제품의 파손의 우려가 있고, 70wt%를 초과하게 되면 성형성이 떨어질 수 있으므로, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Polyurethane)의 사용량은 전체 혼합물에 대해 20 ~ 70wt%의 범위 내에서 한정하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastics Elastomer)는 성형성을 높이기 위하여 사용하는 것으로서, 그 사용량이 10wt% 미만인 경우에는 성형성이 떨어지고, 45wt%를 초과하게 되는 경우에는 내구성이 떨어질 수 있으므로, 상기 열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastics Elastomer)의 사용량은 전체 혼합물에 대해 10 ~ 45wt%의 범위 내에서 한정하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 폴리스티렌(Thermoplastics Polystyrene)의 사용량이 10wt% 미만인 경우에는 상대적으로 다른 성분들의 사용량이 증가하게 되어 비용이 증가하게 되어 비경제적인 문제점이 있고, 45wt%를 초과하게 되는 경우에는 내구성 등 물품의 특성이 급격히 떨어지는 문제가 있으므로, 상기 폴리스티렌(Thermoplastics Polystyrene)의 사용량은 전체 혼합물에 대해 10 ~ 45wt%의 범위 내에서 한정하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀(Thermoplastics Polyolefin)은 낮은 마찰계수를 가진 가장 가벼운 플라스틱으로 내구성, 내열성, 내화학성이 뛰어나며 독이 없고 투명한 특성을 갖는 것으로서, 고밀도폴리에틸렌, 초고밀도폴리에틸렌, 저밀도폴리에틸렌, 초저밀도폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌초산비닐수지 중 선택되는 어느 1종 이상을 사용한다.
상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀의 용량이 10wt% 미만인 경우에는 제품의 내구성이 떨어지고, 45wt%를 초과하게 되는 경우에는 제품의 성형성이 떨어질 수 있으므로, 상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀(Thermoplastics Polyolefin)의 사용량은 전체 혼합물에 대해 10 ~ 45wt%의 범위 내에서 한정하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 캐릭터 본체(210)는 동물, 식물, 사람 형상으로 사출성형으로 제조된 플라스틱성형 캐릭터 이외에도 봉제인형 형상으로 제조된 인형 캐릭터로 이루어져 스마트폰 케이스 후면에 탈부착식으로 설치된다.
여기서, 봉제인형 형상으로 제조된 인형 캐릭터는 동물, 식물, 사람 형상을 봉제하여 인형으로 만든 것으로, 내부에 탈부착 회전캡이 형성된다.
상기 탈부착 회전캡(220)은 캐릭터 본체의 외부 표면 중앙에 일체형으로 형성되어 스마트폰 케이스와 탈부착식으로 결합되면서 스마트폰 케이스를 기준으로 딸각소리와 함께 1°~360°회전된다.
이는 제1캡삽입부(221), 제2캡삽입부(222)로 구성된다.
상기 제1캡삽입부(221)는 제1캡지지부의 지지공간에 삽입되도록 원형상으로 돌출되고, 원주둘레를 따라 원점을 기준으로 동서남북 방향인 90°간격으로 후크도트(Hook Dot)(221a)가 형성되어, 제1캡지지부의 음각홈에 걸려서 딸각소리와 함께 20°~40°로 회전된다.
여기서, 후크도트는 볼 타입으로 형성되어 음각홈에 걸리는 걸림턱 역할을 한다.
상기 제2캡삽입부(222)는 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 제1캡지지부 안쪽에 위치되면서, 제2캡지지부와 접촉되는 부위(222a)가 볼록하게 돌출되어 형성되어 제2캡지지부의 "ㄱ"자 형상의 돌기와 탄력성있게 결합되면서 제1캡삽입부로 전달된 회전력과 회전각도에 따라 회전된다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스의 구체적인 동작과정에 관해 설명한다.
먼저, 스마트폰 케이스(100)가 스마트폰 배면에 결합된다.
이어서, 스마트폰 케이스(100)의 외부표면 중앙일측에 형성된 딸각고정캡(120)으로 캐릭터 케이스의 탈부착 회전캡(220)이 탈부착되어 결합된다.
이어서, 스마트폰 케이스를 중심으로 캐릭터 케이스를 1°~360°회전시킨다.
이때, 딸각소리와 함께 사용자가 원하는 회전각도에서 정위치시켜서 거치대로 사용할 수가 있다.
또한, 도 7에서 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 성형캐릭터를 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 슬라이드방식으로 결합되고, 도 8에서 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 봉제인형캐릭터를 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 벨크로테잎으로 결합되며, 도 9에 도시한 바와 같이, 봉제인형캐릭터를 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 딸각고정캡(120)과 탈부착 회전캡(220)으로 결합된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 스마트폰을 보호하고 지지하면서 외부표면에 캐릭터 케이스가 탈부착 결합되도록 지지하는 스마트폰 케이스(100)와,
    스마트폰 케이스의 외부 표면 중앙 일측과 탈부착 결합되어 사용자의 설정에 따라 캐릭터를 스마트폰 케이스를 기준으로 회전시키는 캐릭터 케이스(200)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 스마트폰 케이스(100)는
    스마트폰 후면과 측면 테두리 전체를 포함하면서 결합되도록 사각 덮개형상으로 이루어진 케이스 본체(110)와,
    케이스 본체의 외부표면 중앙에 형성되어 캐릭터 케이스를 탈부착식으로 결합시키면서 결합된 캐릭터 케이스를 딸각소리와 함께 1°~360°회전로 회전시키도록 지지하는 딸각고정캡(120)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 딸각고정캡(120)은
    원형상으로 돌출되고, 원주둘레를 따라 원점을 기준으로 45°간격으로 음각홈이 형성되어 탈부착 회전캡의 제1캡삽입부의 후크도트(Hook Dot)가 걸리도록 유도시켜 딸각소리와 함께 캐릭터 케이스가 20°~40°간격으로 회전되도록 안내하는 제1캡지지부(121)와,
    제1캡지지부 안쪽에 위치되면서, "ㄱ"자 형상의 돌기가 선단부에 형성되어 탈부착 회전캡의 제2 캡삽입부가 걸리도록 제2 캡삽입부 상단부를 지지한 상태에서 제1캡지지부로부터 전달된 회전력과 회전각도에 따라 캐릭터 케이스를 회전시키는 제2캡지지부(122)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐릭터 케이스(200)는
    동물, 식물, 사람 형상의 플라스틱성형 캐릭터로 이루어져 스마트폰 케이스 후면에 탈부착식으로 설치되는 캐릭터 본체(210)와,
    캐릭터 본체의 외부 표면 중앙에 일체형으로 형성되어 스마트폰 케이스와 탈부착식으로 결합되면서 스마트폰 케이스를 기준으로 딸각소리와 함께 1°~360°회전되는 탈부착 회전캡(220)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탈부착 회전캡(220)은
    제1캡지지부의 지지공간에 삽입되도록 원형상으로 돌출되고, 원주둘레를 따라 원점을 기준으로 동서남북 방향인 90°간격으로 후크도트(Hook Dot)가 형성되어, 제1캡지지부의 음각홈에 걸려서 딸각소리와 함께 20°~40°로 회전되는 제1캡삽입부(221)와,
    제1캡지지부 안쪽에 위치되면서, 제2캡지지부와 접촉되는 부위가 볼록하게 돌출되어 형성되어 제2캡지지부의 "ㄱ"자 형상의 돌기와 탄력성있게 결합되면서 제1캡삽입부로 전달된 회전력과 회전각도에 따라 회전되는 제2캡삽입부(222)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 캐릭터 본체(210)는
    열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) 20 ~ 70wt%와,
    열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastics Elastomer) 10 ~ 50wt%와,
    열가소성 폴리스티렌(Thermoplastics Polystyrene) 10 ~ 45wt%와,
    열가소성 폴리올레핀(Thermoplastics Polyolefin) 10 ~ 45wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 혼합물을 압출성형기의 스크류의 L/D(길이/직경비)는 28~32:1, 압축비는 2.5~3.0의 조건에서 압출 성형하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 딸각회전기능을 갖는 캐릭터 케이스와 스마트폰 케이스가 결합된 더블형케이스
