The article determination apparatus 120 is an apparatus that acquires an identification information pattern given to an article and acquires individual identification information to determine the authenticity of the article in order to determine the authenticity of the article. The article determination device 120 is used by, for example, a purchaser of an article or a person who intends to purchase an article.
The reading device 130 is a device that reads information from an article to which information generated by the individual identification information generation device 110 is added. In one aspect, the reading device 10 reads image data of a region to which an identification information pattern given to an article is given, and is, for example, an image sensor, a digital camera, a scanner, or the like. The data to be read is not limited to image data, but may be information other than image data, for example, a magnetic pattern of a magnetic material read by a magnetic sensor.
The individual identification information generation apparatus 110 includes an acquisition unit 111, a distortion correction unit 112, an individual identification information generation unit 113, a registration unit 114, and an identification information generation unit 115.
In one aspect, the individual identification information generation device 110 is realized by cooperation of hardware resources and software, and is, for example, a computer. Specifically, the various functions of the individual identification information generation device 110 are executed by a control device (for example, a processor such as a CPU) by reading an individual identification information generation program recorded on a recording medium into a main memory. It is realized with. However, the individual identification information generation device 110 may be realized only by hardware. Further, the individual identification information generation device 110 may be physically realized by one device or may be realized by a plurality of devices.
The acquisition unit 111 acquires data extracted from the article. For example, the image data of the area to which the identification information pattern read by the reading device 130 is added is acquired. Note that the acquisition unit 111 may acquire the data read by the reading device 120 as it is, or may cut out and acquire only a certain area including the identification information pattern from the read data. For example, the identification information pattern includes a two-dimensional code, a one-dimensional bar code, and the like.
In one aspect, the acquisition unit 111 acquires data of an area including an identification information pattern and an article unique pattern that is a characteristic of an individual article. The article-specific pattern is a physical characteristic of the article that is difficult to counterfeit, and is a characteristic that is different for each article, such as the texture or wrinkle of the article. In one aspect, the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern are obtained by superimposing the identification information pattern on the article unique pattern by printing or the like, and obtain an area in which the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern are superimposed.
The distortion correction unit 112 corrects the distortion of the data acquired by the acquisition unit 111. For example, in the case of image data, the region including the identification information pattern may be distorted depending on the state of the article, the direction of shooting at the time of image acquisition, and the like. The distortion correction unit 112 corrects distortion and distortion of image data. In one aspect, the distortion of the entire image data is corrected by calculating the distortion of the identification information included in the image data based on the identification information data generated by the identification information generation unit 115. The correction method may correct the distortion of the image data itself, or may calculate the correct position of the feature point based on the calculation result by calculating the distortion of the image data.
In one aspect, the distortion correction unit 112 corrects distortion by calculating the center position, size, rotation angle, and the like in the identification information pattern. In another aspect, the distortion correction unit 112 reads the identification information pattern stored in the storage unit 125 based on the identification information extracted by the identification information extraction unit 122, and determines the identification information pattern of the image data. Calculate the distortion.
The individual identification information generation unit 113 extracts a pattern in which the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern are superimposed from the data acquired by the acquisition unit 111 or the data after the distortion correction unit 112 performs distortion correction. Generate identification information. In one aspect, the individual identification information generation unit 113 generates image data itself including an identification information pattern and an article specific pattern as individual identification information.
Further, in another aspect, the individual identification information generation unit 113 is one of the positional relationship and relative relationship between the identification information pattern and the article specific pattern, coordinate data, shape data, feature amount data, or a combination thereof. Is generated as individual identification information.
The registration unit 114 registers the individual identification information generated by the individual identification information generation unit 113 in the storage device in association with the identification information pattern included in the image data from which the individual identification information is extracted. The storage device may be a memory in the individual identification information generation device or an external storage device. In one aspect, the registration unit 114 transmits and registers individual identification information and an identification information pattern to the storage unit of the article determination device 120 via a network.
The identification information generation unit 115 generates an identification information pattern to be given to the article. The identification information pattern to be generated is, for example, a two-dimensional code or a one-dimensional bar code, and in one aspect, includes different number information for each article, for example, a manufacturing number of the article. The generated identification information pattern is given by printing or the like on the article.
The article determination apparatus 120 includes an acquisition unit 121, an identification information extraction unit 122, a distortion correction unit 123, an individual identification information generation unit 124, a storage unit 125, a determination unit 126, and a notification unit 127.
In one aspect, the article determination apparatus 120 is realized by the cooperation of hardware resources and software, and is, for example, a computer. Specifically, various functions of the article determination device 120 are realized by an individual identification information generation program recorded on a recording medium being read into a main memory and executed by a control device (for example, a processor such as a CPU). Is done. However, the article determination device 120 may be realized only by hardware. Further, the article determination device 120 may be physically realized by one device or may be realized by a plurality of devices.
The acquisition unit 121 acquires data included in the article. For example, data of an area having an identification information pattern read by the reading device 130 is acquired from the reading device 130.
The identification information extraction unit 122 extracts the identification information pattern given to the article from the data acquired by the acquisition unit 121. The identification information pattern to be extracted is, for example, a two-dimensional code or a one-dimensional barcode.
The distortion correction unit 123 corrects the distortion of the data acquired by the acquisition unit 121. For example, in the case of image data, the image of the region including the identification information pattern may be distorted depending on the state of the article, the shooting direction at the time of image acquisition, and the like. The distortion correction unit 123 corrects distortion and distortion of the image data. The correction method may correct the distortion of the image data itself, or may calculate the correct position of the feature point based on the calculation result by calculating the distortion of the image data. In one aspect, the distortion correction unit 123 corrects distortion by calculating the center position, size, rotation angle, and the like in the identification information pattern using the identification information pattern included in the image data.
The individual identification information generation unit 124 extracts a pattern in which the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern are superimposed from the data acquired by the acquisition unit 121 or the data after the distortion correction unit 123 performs distortion correction. Generate identification information. In one aspect, the individual identification information generation unit 124 generates image data itself including an area where the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern are superimposed as individual identification information. The generated individual identification information is used in the determination unit for authenticity determination of the article.
Further, in another aspect, the individual identification information generation unit 124 selects one or a combination of the positional relationship and relative relationship between the identification information pattern and the article specific pattern, coordinate data, shape information, feature amount data, and the like. Generated as individual identification information.
The storage unit 125 stores individual identification information and an identification information pattern in association with each other. In one embodiment, the storage unit 125 is a database that stores individual identification information and identification information patterns transmitted from the individual identification information generation device 110 via a network in association with each other. In another aspect, the information acquired from the identification information pattern and the individual identification information are stored in association with each other. The storage unit 125 is not limited to the inside of the article determination device 120, but may be a storage device externally connected to the article determination device. The connection method may be any connection such as a LAN or the Internet.
The determination unit 126 reads the individual identification information corresponding to the identification information pattern extracted by the identification information extraction unit 122 from the storage unit 125, compares it with the individual identification information generated by the individual identification information generation unit 124, and based on the comparison result. Judge authenticity. When the individual identification information generated by the individual identification information generation unit 124 matches the individual identification information stored in the storage unit 125, the determination unit 126 determines that the article is true (genuine) and matches. If not, it is determined to be fake.
The notification unit 126 notifies the result determined by the determination unit 125. For example, the authenticity determination result is notified to the reading device 130 via the network.
The reading device 130 is a device that reads an area to which an identification information pattern is assigned from an article to which an identification information pattern generated by the individual identification information generation device 110 is assigned. In one aspect, the reading device 130 reads image data of a one-dimensional code or two-dimensional code area printed on an article. For example, an image sensor, a digital camera, a scanner, or the like. The data to be read is not limited to image data, but may be information other than image data, for example, a magnetic pattern of a magnetic material read by a magnetic sensor. In another aspect, the reading device 130 not only reads image data but also decodes encoded one-dimensional code or two-dimensional code information. For example, the camera of a camera-equipped mobile phone. The data read by the reading device 130 is transmitted to the individual identification information generating device 110 when registering individual identification information. In the case of authenticity determination, it is transmitted to the article determination device 120.
Note that the reading device 130 and the individual identification information generation device 110 are configured as separate devices via a network here, but may be configured as a single device. Similarly, the reading device 130 and the article determination device 120 may be configured as one device. As a specific configuration example, a camera-equipped mobile phone can be considered.
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a flow from adding a two-dimensional code to a cloth to register individual identification information and performing authenticity determination based on the individual identification information.
First, the identification information generation unit 115 of the individual identification information generation device 110 generates a two-dimensional code that is an identification information pattern having identification information (two-dimensional code generation). The identification information is, for example, an ID such as a production number uniquely assigned to each article. The generated two-dimensional code is printed on a cloth using a printing apparatus or the like (printing on the cloth).
The printed two-dimensional code is photographed by the reader 130 (photographing). When the image is taken, not only the two-dimensional code but also the cloth that is an article-specific pattern is taken as the background. That is, both patterns are superimposed by printing the two-dimensional code that is the identification information pattern on the fabric that is the article-specific pattern. The individual identification information is generated based on the feature information of the pattern generated by superimposing the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern. The image data acquired by the reading device 130 is transmitted to the individual identification information generating device 110.
The acquisition unit 111 of the individual identification information generation apparatus 110 acquires image data. Individual identification information is extracted from the acquired image data using unevenness caused by the texture of the cloth and a two-dimensional code, but the image is distorted due to shrinkage of the cloth at the time of printing and photographing conditions. Therefore, the distortion correction unit 112 corrects the distortion of the image so that the two-dimensional code becomes an original square (distortion correction). After the distortion is corrected, the individual identification information generation unit 113 extracts the two-dimensional code and the individual identification information caused by the unevenness of the cloth in the two-dimensional code (feature extraction), and the registration unit 114 together with the two-dimensional code, for example, Registration is performed in the storage unit 124 of the article determination device 120 (registration).
Next, when the article containing the cloth is placed in the store as a product, the purchaser uses a reader 130 such as a mobile phone camera to photograph the area on which the identification information pattern is printed. ,read. The reading device 130 sends the photographed image data to the article determination device 120 and inquires whether it is genuine. The article determination device 120 acquires image data by the acquisition unit 121. The identification information extraction unit 122 extracts and decodes the two-dimensional code as the identification information, the distortion correction unit 123 corrects the distortion of the image data, and the individual identification information generation unit 124 identifies the identification information pattern and the article unique pattern. Individual identification information composed of a pattern in which and are superimposed is extracted (distortion correction, feature extraction).
When the article is manufactured by copying the two-dimensional code to another cloth (two-dimensional code copy), the determination unit 125 uses the same identification information pattern read from the storage unit 124 because the article-specific pattern is different. Compared with the corresponding individual identification information, since it does not match, it is determined as a fake (comparison). The notification unit 126 notifies the reading device 130 of the result of the fake determination.
Since different identification information such as a two-dimensional code is assigned to each article, if a fake is made by copying this, many articles will have the same code. For this reason, an unnatural number of authenticity determination queries are generated in the article determination device 120 for the code. Therefore, the determination unit 125 may determine that the same identification information is a fake without making a comparison when performing the determination more than a predetermined number of times.
In addition, when the reading device 130 is configured by a camera-equipped mobile phone, and the mobile phone has a function such as GPS, and the location information of the mobile phone can be transmitted to the article determination device 120, An authenticity inquiry about the same code is made to the article determination device 120 from different places. Therefore, the determination unit 125 can clearly determine that one or both are fake by holding and comparing the received position information.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the individual identification information generation apparatus in product manufacture. Hereinafter, a case where a product including a cloth is manufactured and a two-dimensional code as identification information is given to the cloth will be described as an example with reference to FIG.
(S11)。 The individual identification information generation device 110 creates a two-dimensional code for each cloth so that the identification information generation unit 115 provides one identification information for one product (S11).
(S12)。 The two-dimensional code generated by the identification information generation unit 115 is printed on a cloth by a printing device or the like (S12).
The reading device 130 acquires image data by photographing an area having a two-dimensional code attached to the cloth (S13). The image data is transmitted to the individual identification information generation device 110.
(S14)。 The acquisition unit 111 acquires image data, and the distortion correction unit 112 corrects the distortion of the acquired image using the two-dimensional code pattern generated by the identification information generation unit (S14).
(S15)。 The individual identification information generation unit 113 extracts the feature information of the cloth in the region having the pattern in which the article unique pattern and the identification information pattern are superimposed from the corrected image subjected to distortion correction, and generates individual identification information (S15). .
(S16)。 The registration unit 114 stores the two-dimensional code that is the identification information pattern and the feature information that is the individual identification information, for example, in the database of the storage unit 125 of the article determination device 120 (S16).
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the article determination apparatus when determining the authenticity of an article. Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 4, the case where the authenticity determination of an article | item is performed using the two-dimensional code provided to cloth is demonstrated as an example.
(S21)。 The user captures the area of the two-dimensional code given to the cloth of the article with the reading device 130, and transmits the image data of the photographed two-dimensional code to the article determination device. The acquisition unit 121 of the article determination apparatus receives image data of a two-dimensional code via, for example, the Internet (S21).
(S22)。 The article determination apparatus corrects the distortion of the image using the two-dimensional code included in the image data in the distortion correction unit (S22).
(S23)。 The article determination apparatus obtains feature information configured by superimposing a two-dimensional code that is an identification information pattern and a cloth that is an article-specific pattern from image data after distortion is corrected by the individual identification information generation unit. Extraction is performed to generate individual identification information (S23).
(S24)。 The article determination device extracts a two-dimensional code from the image data in the identification information extraction unit, and reads individual identification information, which is characteristic information corresponding to the two-dimensional code extracted in the determination unit, from the database in the storage unit (S24). .
(S25)。 The determination unit compares the individual identification information read from the database in the storage unit with the individual identification information generated by extracting the features of the individual identification information generation unit (S25).
(S28)。 The determination unit determines whether the two pieces of individual identification information match (S26). When the determination unit determines that they match, the notification unit notifies the reading device of the user that the article is genuine (S27). When it is determined that the determination units do not match, the notification unit notifies the reading device of the user that the article is fake (S28).
Fig. 5 shows an example of printing a two-dimensional code on a cloth. In this example, the cloth is woven regularly in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the two-dimensional code is printed in black there. The individual identification information is generated based on a pattern in which the two-dimensional code that is the printed identification information and the fabric texture pattern that is the article-specific pattern are superimposed.
FIG. 6 shows an example in which the fabric texture of the portion where the two-dimensional code is not printed is extracted. Individual identification information for each product can be generated by extracting the relationship between the printed two-dimensional code pattern and the position and number of eyes unique to each product as feature information.
FIG. 7 shows an example in which image data obtained by photographing a two-dimensional code printed on a cloth is binarized by image processing. Since the cloth has a fine uneven shape, uneven printing occurs when a two-dimensional code is printed. A pattern that appears white in a black portion caused by uneven printing can be used as individual identification information, for example. Further, by using the two-dimensional code printed on the region to which the two-dimensional code as the identification information pattern is applied, the region where the individual identification information is to be extracted can be easily and accurately specified.
FIG. 8 is an example when a two-dimensional code printed on a cloth is photographed. One of the methods for obtaining the uneven pattern of the cloth, which is an article-specific pattern, is photographing with a camera. When a two-dimensional code printed on a cloth is photographed, the two-dimensional code obtained by photographing is distorted variously depending on the direction of photographing, how to place the cloth, and deformation during printing. It is also conceivable that the two-dimensional code itself printed on the cloth is deformed due to washing or aging. Therefore, in one aspect of the present invention, correct individual identification information can be extracted by correcting distortion of image data acquired by the distortion correction unit (112 or 123) using a two-dimensional code whose original form is known. I have to.
A method for correcting distortion of image data will be specifically described taking a two-dimensional code as an example. FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of a positioning pattern of a two-dimensional code. In the case of a two-dimensional code, square blocks called Finder patterns are placed at three corners. The distortion correction unit 112 or 123 scans the acquired image, and coordinates of the center points of the three Finder patterns from the place where the ratio of black: white: black: white: black is 1: 1: 3: 1: 1 Determine the size, rotation angle, etc. of the two-dimensional code.
Based on information such as the coordinates of the center point of the three Finder patterns, the size of the two-dimensional code, and the rotation angle, the distortion correction unit (112, 123) further increases the ratio of black: white: black: white: black to 1: The coordinates of the center point of the 1: 1: 1: 1 square block Alignment pattern are calculated. Based on these pieces of information, a grid is generated so as to pass through the center of a 1 × 1 square black-and-white pattern, which is the basic unit of the original QR code (registered trademark) pattern. Since the image is distorted, a distorted grid is generated based on the positional relationship between the Finder pattern and the Alignment pattern. And the color of each intersection of this grid is read.
FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an example of grid generation in the case of a large two-dimensional code. A two-dimensional code has a plurality of sizes, and a large object has a large distortion. Therefore, in the case of a large two-dimensional code, a plurality of alignment patterns may be prepared, the two-dimensional code may be divided, and a grid may be generated in each area. In the example of FIG. 10, it is divided into four.
This 2D code reading method calculates the reading position according to the distortion instead of correcting the distortion of the captured image. However, since a grid corresponding to the original 1 × 1 square can be generated, it is possible to correct the distortion by deforming the grid so as to be a square and transforming the corresponding image block into a square. Also, when a two-dimensional code is read from an image and a grid is created by the distortion correction unit, the color of the intersection of each grid is unknown. However, in the image distortion correction of the present invention, since the exact pattern of 1 × 1 all unit blocks of the two-dimensional code is stored in the database of the storage unit, using this, the finer block distortion correction can be performed. Can be done.
FIG. 11 is a diagram showing an example of an image of uneven printing of a two-dimensional code printed on a cloth. FIG. 11 a is an image obtained by binarizing the printing unevenness in the Finder pattern of the two-dimensional code caused by the unevenness of the cloth. Note that the distortion has already been corrected, and the grid lines are displayed in an overlapping manner. The image of FIG. 11b is an enlarged view of the 3 × 3 portion of the Finder pattern in the image, and the number of white spots caused by the unevenness in each 1 × 1 basic block is indicated by a number. The image of FIG. 11c is a vector display of the center position of each white point by the feature of distance and direction from the center of the basic block.
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing an example of an image obtained by shooting the Finder pattern of the same article cloth as in FIG. 11 on a different day from FIG. 11. FIG. 12a shows a binarized image and FIG. An image showing the number of white dots generated by the unevenness in each 1 × 1 basic block as a number, FIG. 12c is an image in which the center position of each white point is displayed as a vector from the center of the basic block.
FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of an image taken on the same day as FIG. 11 of the Finder pattern of the cloth of the article different from FIG. FIG. 13a is a binarized image of the cloth of another article, FIG. 13b is an image showing the number of white dots caused by irregularities in each 1 × 1 basic block in the image of FIG. 13a, and FIG. 13B is an image in which the center position of each white point in FIG. 13A is displayed as a vector from the center of the basic block.
In the images of FIGS. 11b, 12b, and 13b, the number of white dots in each 1 × 1 basic block is indicated by a number. This number is an example of the feature information of the individual identification information defined by the positional relationship between the basic block of the printed two-dimensional code and the article unique pattern. It is clear from the number of points that FIG. 11b and FIG. 12b coincide and FIG. 13b is different.
In the images of FIG. 11c, FIG. 12c, and FIG. 13c, the center position of each white point is displayed as a vector by the feature of distance and direction from the center of the basic block. The vector information is an example of feature information of individual identification information defined by the positional relationship between the basic block of the printed two-dimensional code and the article unique pattern. In this case, by calculating the degree of coincidence of the vectors between the two images in the determination unit, it is possible to determine the authenticity with higher accuracy than in the case of the number of white spots. *
Therefore, when the image or feature information of FIG. 11 is registered in the database of the storage unit, the image of FIG. 12 is received, and when the identification information matches that of FIG. It is determined that there is. Further, when the image of FIG. 13 is received and the identification information matches that of FIG. 11 and compared by the determination unit, it is determined that the image is fake.
Note that the two-dimensional code has been described as an example here, but other codes such as a bar code can be used in the present invention.
