技术领域
本发明涉及电子照明设备领域,具体涉及超薄防水方便携带的太阳能LED灯具。
背景技术
随着社会不断进步,太阳能技术不断完善,太阳能应用领域越来越广,越来越深入,尤其在照明领域。传统灯具如白炽灯和普通的CFL荧光节能灯,耗能大、光效低、寿命短,已经处于淘汰的边缘,绿色能源灯如太阳能灯却越来越被人们所接受。目前,市面上已有的太阳能灯具种类较多,尽管太阳能产品许许多多,但在实际运用中还存在着许多的不足之处,如:体积大,适用性不强,太阳能充电不方便等,并且使用和携带极其不便,同一个灯无法挪作它用,给使用者带来诸多麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有太阳能灯具的问题和不足,提供一种简洁美观、使用简单、携带方便的超溥型防水太阳能LED灯具,体积小、轻巧、安全、环保、节能,防水、使用寿命长,利于推广。
本发明由太阳能板、LED光源、透明灯罩、塑料板、防水膜、电路扳、电源开关、充电端口和锂电池构成,太阳能板一面为太阳能充电部分,另一面中部设置有LED光源,表面设置透明灯罩,侧部设置有电源开关、充电端口、电路板和锂电池,其表面设置有塑料板及防水膜;LED光源可根据照明亮度需要进行串、并联组合;电源开关可根据照明需要设置数个档位;电路板包括调压部分、充电管理部分、升压部分,调压部分可适用于6V一40V的太阳能板;充电管理部分设置充电端口,外接电源,可给太阳能板充电,适用于充电电流从50MA一1A以上的太阳能板;升压部分采用恒流升压DC/DC芯片来控制LED灯,使灯珠亮度保持一致。
太阳能板整体形状可以是圆形或方形,可以在太阳能板边沿设置固定装置,佩戴
在头顶既遮阳又充电;也可以固定在背包外、悬挂在窗户上,随时随地充电。
使用时,打开电源开关,太阳能通过电路板调压、电源充电、升压,转化为LED电能。可根据照明需要,控制LED亮度,有效节省电源,没电时候,锂电池给DC/DC升压芯片供电,同样实现平面照明。
本发明可用于野外旅游,露宿,也可以作为自然灾害后家庭或者公共场所应急灯,还可以设计成太阳能帽,太阳能衣服,在有太阳光地方可以进行充电,无太阳能光的情况下,可以通过充电端口对太阳能板进行充电,由于采用了防水设计,即使是遇雨天也可以使用,使用简甲、携带方便,安全、环保、节能,防水,相当于一个可移动式多功能照明产品,利于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以最佳实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
本发明由太阳能板(1)、LED光源(2)、透明灯罩(3)、塑料板(4)、防水膜(5)、电路板(6)、电源开关(7)、充电端口(8)和锂电池(9)构成,太阳能板(1)一面为太阳能充电部分,另一面中部设置有LED光源(2),表面设置透明灯罩(3),侧部设置有电源开关(7)、充电端口(8)、电路板(6)和锂电池(9),其表而设置有塑料板(4)及防水膜(5);LED光源(2)由每2个LED贴灯串联组成的并联组构成;电源开关(7)可控制LED亮度,根据照明需要,可调节LED亮度50%或100%;电路板(6)包括调压部分、充电管理部分、升压部分,调压部分可适用于6V-40V的太阳能板;充电管理部分设置充电端口,外接电源,可给太阳能板充电,适用于充电电流从50MA一1A的太阳能板;升压部分采用恒流升压DC/DC芯片来控制LED灯,使灯珠亮度保持一致。
太阳能板(1)整体形状可以是圆形或方形,可以在太阳能板(1)边沿设置固定装置,佩戴在头顶既遮阳又充电;也可以固定在背包外、悬挂在窗户上,随时随地充电。
使用时,打开电源开关(7),太阳能通过电路板(6)调压、电源充电、升压,转化为LED电能。可根据照明需要,控制LED亮度,有效节省电源,没电时候,锂电池(9)给DC/DC升压芯片供电,同样实现平面照明。

Claims (3)

1.超薄防水方便携带的太阳能LED灯具,其特征在于它由太阳能板(1)、LED光源(2)、透明灯罩(3)、塑料板(4)、防水膜(5)、电路板(6)、电源开关(7)、充电端口(8)和锂电池(9)构成,太阳能板(1)一面为太阳能充电部分,另一面中部设置有LED光源(2),表面设置透明灯罩(3),侧部设置有电源开关(7)、充电端口(8)、电路板(6)和锂电池(9),其表而设置有塑料板(4)及防水膜(5);LED光源可根据照明亮度需要进行串、并联组合;电源开关可根据照明需要设置数个档位;电路板(6)包括调压部分、充电管理部分、升压部分,调压部分可适用于6V一40V的太阳能板;充电管理部分设置充电端口,外接电源,可给太阳能板充电,适用于充电电流从50MA一1A的太阳能板;升压部分采用恒流升压DC/DC芯片来控制LED灯,使灯珠亮度保持一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的超薄防水方便携带的太阳能LED灯具,其特征在于所述的太阳能板(1)整体形状可以是圆形或方形,可以在太阳能板(1)边沿设置固定装置,佩戴在头顶、固定在背包外、悬挂在窗户上进行充电。
3.如权利要求1所述的超薄防水方便携带的太阳能LED灯具,其特征在于所述的LED光源(2)由每2个LED贴灯串联组成的并联组构成;电源开关(7)可调节LED亮度50%或1 00%。
