Description

一种带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯
技术领域
本发明涉及电子照明设备领域,具体涉及一种带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯。
背景技术
目前市面上已有的灯具种类较多,如照明灯、手电筒、荧光应急灯等等,但功能、用途单一,其使用和携带极其不便,同一个灯无法挪作它用,给使用者带来诸多麻烦;同时,传统灯具如白炽灯和普通的CFL荧光节能灯,白炽灯效率低、发热大、寿命短等缺点已经处于淘汰的边缘;普通CFL荧光灯相对白炽灯虽有改善,但由于采用高压击打荧光粉来发光,耗电大、光效低,同一点荧光粉在长期击打下会出现衰减甚至损坏,内含水银不环保,故大大缩减了荧光节能灯的使用寿命,工作时热量大、表面温度高,其光谱中含有紫外线和红外线,对人体有害,灯体为普通玻璃,易碎、且不耐用,外观比较粗糙,影响了照明效果。
公开号CN201434220Y公开了一种LED多功能充电节能灯、CN201335311Y公开了一种LED照明台灯。上述公开的技术都存在功能少,适用范围小等不足,难以满足用户要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种设计精美、使用简单、携带方便的带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯,集照明灯、手电筒、荧光应急灯等功能于一身,安全、环保、节能,使用寿命长,利于推广。
本发明由灯头、可伸缩连杆、灯壳、灯罩、LED灯珠及固定灯板、电路板和锂电池构成,灯头和灯壳之间设置有可伸缩连杆,灯壳顶部设置有LED灯珠及固定灯板,LED灯珠可以是数个,灯壳顶部的表面设置有灯罩,灯壳侧面设置有电源开关、指示灯、灯壳内设置有电路板,可伸缩连杆内部设置有和锂电池,电路板上包括有AC-DC恒压电源模块、锂电池充电管理模块、DC-DC恒流电源模块和智能模块。其中:灯壳(3)上还设有太阳能电池板、DC端口(10)、车载充电端口、市电端口;其内还设有可充电电池、GPS芯片、无线发射模块、无线接收模块。
由于采用LED为照明光源,可达到环保、节电、延长寿命的目的;采用可抽拉式PC外壳,配备锂电池,在停电的时候有锂电池给LED灯供电,保持LED灯继续点亮,起到应急灯的作用;壳体表面设置DC插孔,DC插孔可以是5V-24V插孔,可利用手机充电器、车载充电器等及时给壳体内锂电池充电,保持电力稳定;壳体上安装开关,可随时控制灯的亮和灭状态,也可当做LED手电筒使用,内部采用恒压加恒流的方式,保证LED灯珠工作稳定性;配有智能模块,可智能控制以上各种功能;灯壳上附有PC灯罩,解决了眩光的问题,使发光均匀、舒适、不刺眼,利于人体健康。
本发明的优点在于设计精美、使用简单、携带方便,集照明灯、手电筒、荧光应急灯等功能于一身,安全、环保、节能,使用寿命长,相当于一个可移动式多功能照明产品,能够一灯多用,使用极其方便,可广泛运用于商铺、酒店、陈列室、商场、办公室、仓库、公共场所、家庭等场所,也能直接替代白炽灯和CFL荧光节能灯,利于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以最佳实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
本发明由灯头(1)、可伸缩连杆(2)、灯壳(3)、灯罩(4)、LED灯珠及固定灯板(5)、DC插孔(10)、电路板(6)和锂电池(7)太阳能电池板、DC端口(10)、车载充电端口、市电端口、可充电电池、GPS芯片、无线发射模块、无线接收模块等构成,灯头(1)和灯壳(3)之间设置有可伸缩连杆(2),灯壳(3)顶部设置有LED灯珠及固定灯板(5),LED灯珠可以是数个,灯壳(3)顶部的表面设置有灯罩(4),灯壳(3)侧面设置有电源开关(8)和指示灯(9)、DC插孔(10),灯壳(3)内设置有电路板(6),可伸缩连杆(2)内部设置有和锂电池(7),电路板(6)上包括有AC-DC恒压电源模块、锂电池充电管理模块、DC-DC恒流电源模块和智能模块。
本设计有多种外接电源对本产品进行充电的DC端口,内设计有适合于多种外接电源输出电压的充电和LED驱动电路。与其它相比。功能更多,适用范围更广泛,郊外可接太阳能充电,室内可接AC电源和DC电源充电,车上可接车充充电。而其它相对应产品也最多是一个DC车充充电,且电压受控制,众所周知车充输出只有5V电压,他们的LED灯只能用5V来充电,我们的灯可适合郊外不同电压的太阳能板充电(5-24V),与其它相比,我们更有独创性和创造性。当在野外遇到危险和自然灾害时,可以通过GPS系统进行报警和定位,以便获得及时救助。
在有电时,依靠宽电压AC85-265V输入的AC-DC电子恒压模块电源将市电转换为稳定的直流电压,然后通过一个DC-DC电子恒流模块实现给LED灯珠提供恒定的电流,顺利完成电光的转换,从而使LED灯珠发出环保的柔和光线;在停电时,智能模块判断后,智能切换线路到由锂电池线路,锂电池(7)由于是低直流电压,所以直接通过一个DC-DC电子恒流模块给LED灯珠提供恒定的电流,使LED灯珠发出环保的柔和光线,实现了应急灯的功能;DC插孔(10)可以是5V-24V插孔,可利用手机充电器、车载充电器等及时给壳体内锂电池充电,保持电力稳定可利用手机充电器、车载充电器等及时给壳体内锂电池充电,保持电力稳定;通过拉伸可伸缩连杆(2)可实现充当手电筒使用的目的。
LED灯珠体积有插脚∮3(直径为3mm)和∮5(直径为5mm)两种,灯板上面可以排放48-288颗 LED灯珠。采用∮3MM和∮5MM插脚式灯珠,在使用时灯珠不发烫,根据不同产品可以多种排放。
LED灯的灯头包括E27,E26,E14,E11,GU10等,可以悬挂在交流AC85-265V的电源插座里面,虽然很多灯都适合这些,但他们是一般的普通照明而已,而本设计LED灯,既可照明,没交流电时,又可从插座里面取下来作为手电筒用,同时还可以作为应急灯使用,灯悬挂在交流AC85-265V的电源插座里面,当突然停电时,LED灯可以亮,起到了应急灯的作用。这些多功能融为一体的LED节能灯与其它相比,都具有独特的创造性。

Claims (4)

1、一种带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯,包括灯头(1)、可伸缩连杆(2)、灯壳(3)、灯罩(4)、LED灯珠及固定灯板(5)、DC插孔(10)、电路板(6)和锂电池(7)构成,灯头(1)和灯壳(3)之间设置有可伸缩连杆(2),灯壳(3)顶部设置有LED灯珠及固定灯板(5),灯壳(3)顶部的表面设置有灯罩(4),灯壳(3)侧面设置有电源开关(8)、指示灯(9),灯壳(3)内设置有电路板(6),可伸缩连杆(2)内部设置有和锂电池(7),电路板(6)上包括有AC-DC恒压电源模块、锂电池充电管理模块、DC-DC恒流电源模块和智能模块,其特征在于所述灯壳(3)上还设有太阳能电池板、DC端口(10)、车载充电端口、市电端口;其内还设有可充电电池、GPS芯片、无线发射模块、无线接收模块。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯,其特征在于所述的LED灯珠为∮3mm和∮5mm插脚式灯珠,排置数量为48-288颗 。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯,其特征在于所述的灯头包括E27,E26,E14,E11,GU10五种,可旋挂在电源为AC85-265V的交流电插座里。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种带有多种充电方式的LED多功能节能灯,其特征在于所述的DC插孔(10)为5V-24V。
