Abstract
本发明公开了一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,所述多用灯包括灯体,所述灯体的两侧面板分别布置有LED灯板和太阳能板,所述LED灯板和太阳能板中间夹带有蓄电池板,所述多用灯内部还设有智能充电管理系统晶片与太阳能板、LED灯板和蓄电池板相连接,所述智能充电管理系统晶片管理蓄电池板无记忆效应模块、蓄电池板通电模块和外接充电管理系统,所述多用灯内置磁吸模块,所述多用灯设有亮度调节按钮。本发明的结构设计小巧便于携带,而且适用广泛,能调节LED灯板的强弱,节约能源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能照明装置,尤其涉及一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展与进步,能源问题逐步成为一个备受关注亟待解决的社会问题,“创建节约型社会”正在各行业中得到贯彻和落实。在照明领域,现在使用最为广泛的是220V市电供能的照明灯或用蓄电池供能的照明灯。但是对于楼宇、塑料大棚、特别需要注意安全的用电场所、供电距离较远或不易供电的地方,传统照明方式则存在安全用电隐患;发热量大,浪费能源,使用不方便;需要挖沟、布线、回填,安装不方便;特殊场合需要蓄电池供供电,电量不足;特别是在促进植物生长发育的照明领域,一般使用普通电光源补充光照和应用不同覆盖材料来改变光环境以调控栽培环境中植物的生长发育,这些措施缺乏对具体光谱成分的分析导致光质处理不纯,光强不一致,照射光源能效低等问题。
中国专利申请号:201510866704.1公开的便携式太阳能多功能照明装置中的LED照明装置体积过大,而且功能单一,无法适用于小场所的使用,特别是针对床上或者台灯的转换使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,所述多用灯包括灯体,所述灯体的两侧面板分别布置有LED灯板和太阳能板,所述LED灯板和太阳能板中间夹带有蓄电池板,其特征在于:所述多用灯内部还设有智能充电管理系统晶片与太阳能板、LED灯板和蓄电池板相连接,所述智能充电管理系统晶片5管理蓄电池板无记忆效应模块、蓄电池板通电模块和外接充电管理系统,所述多用灯内置磁吸模块,所述多用灯设有亮度调节按钮;
蓄电池板无记忆效应模块:蓄电池板采用锂材料聚合物制成的蓄电池,包括充电状态:停机状态判定、充电适宜性判定状态、预充电状态、充电终止状态和自动再充电状态;
蓄电池板通电模块:分为导线直接通过接口连通稳压器对LED灯板进行供电和导线连通蓄电池板再通过稳压器对LED灯板进行通电两种通电模式,稳压器调节电流控制LED灯板灯光柔和明亮;
外接充电管理系统:通过USB接口线、电脑连接线和通过适配器连通交流电进行充电;
亮度调节按钮控制LED灯板的关闭状态、弱光状态和强光状态。
进一步的,所述多用灯的电流为160mA,功率为900mA。
进一步的,所述蓄电池无记忆效应模块连通有充电指示灯,判定为充电终止状态时,断开电流开关。
进一步的,所述多用灯磁吸模块通过磁吸功能对金属物件对接悬挂作为壁灯、台灯使用。
最后,所述多用灯通过蓄电池板通电模块,将导线连通稳压器直接对LED灯板进行供电,将蓄电池板断开电路,直接通过适配器利用交流电使用。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明所使用的太阳能板和LED灯板为大功率,且体积较小。
2、本发明能手持,转换为台灯或悬挂灯,使用功能多样化。
3、本发明能适用于学生宿舍内的床上灯具。
4、本发明通过稳压器能使得LED灯板的灯光柔和明亮,无闪烁,起到一定的护眼效果,而且能通过亮度调节按钮对灯光的强弱进行调节。
5、本发明当台灯使用时,可通过蓄电池板通电模块,关掉蓄电池通电开关,可直接通过适配器和稳压器进行交流通电。
6、本发明使用的蓄电池板无记忆效应模块,能防止蓄电池在使用过程或充电时都不会出现过充、过放。

实施例
参考图1、图2,一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,多用灯包括灯体1,灯体的两侧面板分别布置有LED灯板2和太阳能板3,LED灯板2和太阳能板3中间夹带有蓄电池板4,其特征在于:多用灯内部还设有智能充电管理系统晶片与太阳能板3、LED灯板2和蓄电池板4相连接,智能充电管理系统晶片5管理蓄电池板无记忆效应模块、蓄电池板通电模块和外接充电管理系统,多用灯内置磁吸模块,多用灯设有亮度调节按钮;
蓄电池板无记忆效应模块:蓄电池板4采用锂材料聚合物制成的蓄电池,包括:停机状态判定、充电适宜性判定状态、预充电状态、充电终止状态和自动再充电状态;
蓄电池板通电模块:分为导线直接通过接口连通稳压器对LED灯板进行供电和导线连通蓄电池板4再通过稳压器对LED灯板进行通电两种通电模式,稳压器调节电流控制LED灯板2灯光柔和明亮;
外接充电管理系统:通过USB接口线、电脑连接线和通过适配器连通交流电进行充电;
亮度调节按钮控制LED灯板2的关闭状态、弱光状态和强光状态。
多用灯的电流为160mA,功率为900mA。
蓄电池无记忆效应模块连通有充电指示灯,判定为充电终止状态时,断开电流开关。
多用灯磁吸模块通过磁吸功能对金属物件对接悬挂作为壁灯、台灯使用。
多用灯通过蓄电池板4通电模块,将导线连通稳压器直接对LED灯板2进行供电,将蓄电池板4断开电路,直接通过适配器利用交流电使用。

1.一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,所述多用灯包括灯体(1),所述灯体的两侧面板分别布置有LED灯板(2)和太阳能板(3),所述LED灯板(2)和太阳能板(3)中间夹带有蓄电池板(4),其特征在于:所述多用灯内部还设有智能充电管理系统晶片(5)与太阳能板(3)、LED灯板(2)和蓄电池板(4)相连接,所述智能充电管理系统晶片(5)管理蓄电池板无记忆效应模块、蓄电池板通电模块和外接充电管理系统,所述多用灯内置磁吸模块,所述多用灯设有亮度调节按钮;
蓄电池板无记忆效应模块:蓄电池板(4)采用锂材料聚合物制成的蓄电池,包括充电状态:停机状态判定、充电适宜性判定状态、预充电状态、充电终止状态和自动再充电状态;
蓄电池板通电模块:分为导线直接通过接口连通稳压器对LED灯板进行供电和导线连通蓄电池板(4)再通过稳压器对LED灯板进行通电两种通电模式,稳压器调节电流控制LED灯板(2)灯光柔和明亮;
外接充电管理系统:通过USB接口线、电脑连接线和通过适配器连通交流电进行充电;
亮度调节按钮控制LED灯板(2)的关闭状态、弱光状态和强光状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,其特征在于:所述多用灯的电流为160mA,功率为900mA。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,其特征在于:所述蓄电池无记忆效应模块连通有充电指示灯,判定为充电终止状态时,断开电流开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,其特征在于:所述多用灯磁吸模块通过磁吸功能对金属物件对接悬挂作为壁灯、台灯使用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种太阳能超薄便携LED护眼多用灯,其特征在于:所述多用灯通过蓄电池板(4)通电模块,将导线连通稳压器直接对LED灯板(2)进行供电,将蓄电池板(4)断开电路,直接通过适配器利用交流电使用。
