Abstract
이동통신 시스템에서 기지국의 에너지 효율을 기반으로 운영하는 중앙제어 장치 및 방법이 제공된다. 일 측면에 따른 중앙제어 장치는 에너지 효율이 가장 좋은 기지국을 확인하고 에너지 효율이 좋은 순으로 기지국을 활성화하고 단말기를 배정해서 단말기를 배정받지 못한 기지국들을 슬립모드로 전환한다.
