본 발명은 회전 토출식 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 화장품이 저장되며, 하부에 피스톤(111)이 설치되어 있는 용기(110);와, 상기 용기(110)의 상측에 결합되며, 중앙에 밸브 설치부(122)가 형성되어 있고, 외주연을 따라 상하로 형성된 상하 가이드 홈(123)이 2개 이상 형성되어 있는 하우징(120);과, 상기 밸브 설치부(122)에 설치되는 체크 밸브(130);와, 상기 하우징(120)에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 내주면을 따라 회전함에 따라 상승과 하강이 가능한 회전 가이드홈(141)이 형성되어 있는 회전 콜라(collar)(140);와, 상면 중앙에는 상기 체크밸브(130)의 밸브 토출구(131)로부터 토출되는 화장품이 배출되는 토출구(161)가 형성되어 있으며, 외주면을 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에 각각 삽입되면서 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)에도 삽입되어 상기 회전 콜라(collar)(140)의 회전에 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에서 상하로 구동되는 가이드 돌기(162)가 2개 이상 형성되어 있는 버튼(160); 을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기(100)에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 화장품을 토출하는 기능을 가지는 화장품 용기의 경우 CV 밸브 등의 밸브를 눌러서 펌핑하는 방식의 구조를 사용한다.
그러나, 이러한 기존의 화장품 용기의 구성의 경우, 토출하고자 하는 화장품의 점도가 높은 경우에는 문제가 발생한다. 즉 점도가 높은 화장품을 눌러서 펌핑하여 토출하기 위해서는 비교적 큰 힘을 들여서 눌러야 하므로 사용이 불편하다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 펌핑한 후 밸브가 다시 원위치로 복귀하기 위해서는 일반적으로 펌프에 내장되거나 외부에 위치한 스프링의 복원력을 이용하는데, 화장품의 점도가 높은 경우 이러한 밸브의 복귀 과정이 원활하지 못하다는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 이러한 밸브의 복귀 과정의 문제점을 해결하고자 스프링의 탄성을 증가시키는 경우에는, 화장품을 토출하기 위하여 밸브를 펌핑하기 위해서 상기 스프링의 증가된 탄성만큼 더 힘을 주어야 하기에, 사용상의 불편이 더욱 커진다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 기존 발명의 문제점을 해결하여, 마사지 크림 등과 같이 높은 점도를 가지는 화장품을 토출하고자 하는 경우에도 큰 힘을 들이지 않으며 손쉽게 회전 콜라를 회전시키는 동작만으로도 간단히 높은 점도의 화장품을 토출하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 그 과제로 한다.
상기한 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 회전 토출식 화장품 용기는, 내부에 화장품이 저장되며 하부에 피스톤(111)이 설치되어 있는 용기(110);와, 상기 용기(110)의 상측에 결합되며, 중앙에 밸브 설치부(122)가 형성되어 있고, 외주연을 따라 상하로 형성된 상하 가이드 홈(123)이 2개 이상 형성되어 있는 하우징(120);과, 상기 밸브 설치부(122)에 설치되는 체크 밸브(130);와, 상기 하우징(120)에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 내주면을 따라 회전함에 따라 상승과 하강이 가능한 회전 가이드홈(141)이 형성되어 있는 회전 콜라(collar)(140);와, 상면 중앙에는 상기 체크밸브(130)의 밸브 토출구(131)로부터 토출되는 화장품이 배출되는 토출구(161)가 형성되어 있으며, 외주면을 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에 각각 삽입되면서 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)에도 삽입되어 상기 회전 콜라(collar)(140)의 회전에 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에서 상하로 구동되는 가이드 돌기(162)가 2개 이상 형성되어 있는 버튼(160);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 회전 콜라(collar)(140)에 탈착 가능하게 씌워져 결합되는 오버캡(170);을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 회전 콜라(140)는, 상부 회전 콜라(140a)와, 상기 상부 회전 콜라(140a)의 내주면 하측에 결합되며, 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)의 하면을 그 상면으로 하는 하부 회전 가이드(140b)를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)의 각각의 최고점의 안착구간(143) 양 측면에는 걸림 돌기(142)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에 의하는 경우, 마사지 크림 등과 같이 높은 점도를 가지는 화장품을 토출하고자 하는 경우에도 큰 힘을 들이지 않으며 손쉽게 회전 콜라를 회전시키는 동작만으로도 간단히 높은 점도의 화장품을 토출하여 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 회전 토출식 화장품 용기를 상세히 설명한다. 우선, 도면들 중, 동일한 구성요소 또는 부품들은 가능한 한 동일한 참조부호로 나타내고 있음에 유의하여야 한다. 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 기능 혹은 구성에 관한 구체적인 설명은 본 발명의 요지를 모호하지 않게 하기 위하여 생략한다.
본 발명은 도 2에 도시한 것과 같이 크게, 용기(110), 하우징(120), 회전 콜라(140) 및 버튼(160)을 포함하여 구성된다.
먼저, 용기(110)에 관하여 설명한다. 상기 용기(110)는 도 2에 도시한 것과 같이 토출하여 사용하고자 하는 화장품이 저장되며, 본 발명의 회전 토출식 화장품 용기(100)의 하부 외형을 구성한다.
상기 용기(110)의 하부에는 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이, 피스톤(111)이 설치되어, 화장품이 토출되어 나감에 따라 상승하여 언제나 후술할 체크 밸브(130)의 하부에 화장품이 접촉될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.

한편, 상기 회전 콜라(140)는, 제조시의 편의를 위하여 도 2 및 도 4에 도시한 것과 같이, 상부 회전 콜라(140a)와, 상기 상부 회전 콜라(140a)의 내주면 하측에 결합되며, 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)의 하면을 그 상면으로 하는 하부 회전 가이드(140b)를 포함하여 구성되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우, 상기 상부 회전 콜라(140a)의 하측 내주연에는 도 2 및 도 4에 도시한 것과 같이 결합 홈(144)가 형성되도록 하고, 상기 하부 회전 가이드(140b)의 하부 외주연에는 결합 돌기(145)가 형성되도록 하여, 상기 결합 돌기(145)가 상기 결합 홈(144)에 끼워지면 상기 상부 회전 콜라(140a)와 상기 하부 회전 가이드(140b)가 간단하게 결합되는 것이 가능하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우, 도 4에서는 각 구성요소간의 결합 관계를 더욱 상세히 나타내기 위하여, 상기 버튼(160), 상기 하부 회전 가이드(140b) 및 상기 하우징(120)은 상측에서 바라본 사시도로 표현되었으나, 상기 상부 회전 콜라(140a)는 그 내부의 구성을 더욱 상세히 나타내기 위하여 하측에서 바라본 사시도로 표현되었음에 유의하여야 한다.
또한, 상기 회전 콜라(140)가 상기 하우징(120)에 회전 가능하도록 결합되는 구성의 일 실시예로는, 도 2 및 도 4에 도시한 것과 같이 상기 하부 회전 가이드(140b)의 하부 내주연을 따라 회전 걸림턱(146)이 형성되도록 하고, 상기 하우징(120)의 외주연을 따라 회전 걸림 돌기(124)가 형성되도록 하여, 상기 회전 걸림턱(146)의 상측이 상기 회전 걸림 돌기(124)의 하측에 걸리며 결합되어 상기 회전 콜라(140)가 상기 하우징(120)에 회전 가능하도록 결합되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 내용물을 토출하는 한 과정이 끝난 후 후술할 버튼(160)이 안착되어 있을 수 있도록, 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)의 각각의 최고점에는 평탄한 안착구간(143)이 형성되도록 하며, 상기 안착구간(143) 양 측면에는 걸림 돌기(142)가 더 형성되도록 하여, 상기 회전 콜라(140)가 실수로 쉽게 회전하는 것을 방지하는 것과 동시에, 사용자가 사용을 위하여 상기 회전 콜라(140)를 회전시키는 경우 상기 회전 콜라(140)의 회전을 시작하는 구간과 끝나는 구간을 손에 전달되는 감각에 의해 인지할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
다음으로, 버튼(160)에 관하여 설명한다. 상기 버튼(160)은 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이, 상면 중앙에는 상기 체크밸브(130)의 밸브 토출구(131)로부터 토출되는 화장품이 배출되는 토출구(161)가 형성되어 있다. 상기 버튼(160)은 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이, 그 외주연을 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에 각각 삽입되면서 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)에도 삽입되어 상기 회전 콜라(collar)(140)의 회전에 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에서 상하로 구동되는 가이드 돌기(162)가 2개 이상 형성되어 있다. 이 경우, 상기 가이드 돌기(162)는 안정적인 작동을 위하여 도 2 및 도 4에 도시한 것과 같이, 약 120°의 간격으로 3개가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 한편, 상기 토출구(161)에는 배출된 화장품이 여러 방향으로 고르게 배출될 수 있도록 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이 분배노즐(163)이 더 형성되며, 상기 분배 노즐(163)에는 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이 노즐 팁(164)이 더 삽입되어 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이, 상기 회전 콜라(collar)(140)에 탈착 가능하게 씌워져 결합되는 오버캡(170)을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 하우징(120)과 상기 버튼(160) 사이에는, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이 스프링(150)이 더 설치되도록 하여, 화장품을 토출한 후 상기 체크 밸브(130)가 더욱 용이하게 원위치로 복원되는 것이 가능하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에서는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 회전 토출식 화장품 용기(100)의 작동에 관하여 설명한다.
먼저, 사용하지 않는 경우에는, 도 5의 (A) 및 도 6에서 "a"로 도시한 것과 같이, 상기 가이드 돌기(162)가 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)의 상기 안착 구간(143)에 위치하여, 상기 버튼(160)이 상승위치에 있게 된다.
다음으로, 사용자가 내용물을 토출하여 사용하고자 하는 경우에는, 상기 회전 콜라(140)를 회전시키게 된다. 그러면, 상기 가이드 돌기(162)가 도 5의 (B) 및 도 6에서 "b"로 도시한 것과 같이, 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에 의해 측면 방향으로의 위치는 유지하는 상태에서 상/하로 유도되면서 상기 회전 가이드홈(141)을 따라 하강 작동하게 된다. 따라서, 상기 버튼(160)이 하강하면서 상기 체크 밸브(130)를 눌러서 내용물을 토출하게 된다.
그 이후, 계속하여 상기 회전 콜라(140)를 회전시키면, 상기 가이드 돌기(162)가 상기 상하 가이드 홈(123)에 의해 측면 방향으로의 위치는 유지하는 상태에서 상/하로 유도되면서 상기 회전 가이드홈(141)을 따라 상승 작동하여 상기 회전 가이드 홈(141)의 상기 안착 구간(143)으로 복귀하며, 작동의 한 주기를 완료하게 된다.
이 경우, 상기 회전 콜라(140)를 회전시키는 방향은 시계방향 도는 반시계 방향 중 어느 방향으로 회전을 시키더라도 작동이 가능하다.
이상에서는 도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미 한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 화장품이 저장되며, 하부에 피스톤이 설치되어 있는 용기;
    상기 용기의 상측에 결합되며, 중앙에 밸브 설치부가 형성되어 있고, 외주연을 따라 상하로 형성된 상하 가이드 홈이 2개 이상 형성되어 있는 하우징;
    상기 밸브 설치부에 설치되는 체크 밸브;
    상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 내주면을 따라 회전함에 따라 상승과 하강이 가능한 회전 가이드홈이 형성되어 있는 회전 콜라(collar);
    상면 중앙에는 상기 체크밸브의 밸브 토출구로부터 토출되는 화장품이 배출되는 토출구가 형성되어 있으며, 외주면을 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈에 각각 삽입되면서 상기 회전 가이드 홈에도 삽입되어 상기 회전 콜라(collar)의 회전에 따라 상기 상하 가이드 홈에서 상하로 구동되는 가이드 돌기가 2개 이상 형성되어 있는 버튼;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전 콜라(collar)에 탈착 가능하게 씌워져 결합되는 오버캡;을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전 콜라는, 상부 회전 콜라와, 상기 상부 회전 콜라의 내주면 하측에 결합되며, 상기 회전 가이드 홈의 하면을 그 상면으로 하는 하부 회전 가이드를 포함하여 구성되고,
    상기 회전 가이드 홈의 각각의 최고점의 평탄한 안착구간 양 측면에는 걸림 돌기가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 토출구에는 배출된 화장품이 여러 방향으로 고르게 배출될 수 있도록 분배노즐이 더 형성되며, 상기 분배 노즐에는 노즐 팁이 더 삽입되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전 콜라(collar)에 탈착 가능하게 씌워져 결합되는 오버캡을 더 포함하고,
    상기 회전 콜라는, 상부 회전 콜라와, 상기 상부 회전 콜라의 내주면 하측에 결합되며, 상기 회전 가이드 홈의 하면을 그 상면으로 하는 하부 회전 가이드를 포함하여 구성되고,
    상기 회전 가이드 홈의 각각의 최고점의 평탄한 안착구간 양 측면에는 걸림 돌기가 더 형성되며,
    상기 토출구에는 배출된 화장품이 여러 방향으로 고르게 배출될 수 있도록 분배노즐이 더 형성되고,
    상기 분배 노즐에는 노즐 팁이 더 삽입되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 상부 회전 콜라의 하측 내주연에 형성되는 결합 홈;
    상기 하부 회전 가이드의 하부 외주연에 형성되며, 상기 결합 홈에 끼워져 상기 상부 회전 콜라와 상기 하부 회전 가이드가 결합되도록 하는 결합 돌기;
    상기 하부 회전 가이드의 하부 내주연을 따라 형성되는 회전 걸림턱(146);
    상기 하우징(120)의 외주연을 따라 형성되며, 상기 회전 걸림턱의 상측이 걸리도록 형성되는 회전 걸림 돌기;
    상기 하우징과 상기 버튼 사이에 더 설치되는 스프링;을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 토출식 화장품 용기.
