Abstract
본 발명은 닭이나 오리 등과 같은 가금류를 사육하는 가금류 사육시설에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 배설물 처리를 용이하게 하여 사육장을 청결하게 유지할 수 있게 함과 아울러 가금류의 운동량을 대폭 늘려 육질을 개선할 수 있도록 한 가금류 사육시설을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 파이프 위에 설치되는 그물망을 경사지게 설치한 사육부를 이용하여 사육되는 가금류의 운동량을 늘릴 수 있게 하였으며, 그물망의 하측으로 배설물을 처리하는 배설물 처리부를 설치하여 낙하되는 배설물을 주기적으로 청소하여 사육장 환경을 청결하게 유지할 수 있게 한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 닭이나 오리 등과 같은 가금류를 사육하는 가금류 사육시설에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 배설물 처리를 용이하게 하여 사육장을 청결하게 유지할 수 있게 함과 아울러 가금류의 운동량을 대폭 늘려 육질을 개선할 수 있도록 한 가금류 사육시설을 제공코자 하는 것이다.
닭이나 오리, 거위 등의 가금류를 사육하는 전통적인 방법으로는 콘크리트 바닥의 가장자리에 울타리를 설치하여 사육하는데, 이런 사육장에서는 배설물이 바닥에 달라붙게 되므로 청소에 많은 어려움이 있었고, 배설물을 제때 치우지 못할 경우 가금류가 배설물 위에서 휴식을 취하게 되므로 깃털에 배설물이 묻어 지저분해지는 것은 물론이고, 그로 인해 각종 질병의 원인이 되기도 하였다.
상기한 문제점을 해결하는 방법으로 톱밥이나 왕겨 등을 사육장 내에 깔거나, 콘크리트 바닥 상측으로 철망을 깔아서 사육하고 있다.
그러나 상기한 해결방법은 톱밥이나 왕겨 등을 별도로 구매해야 하므로 사육비용이 증가하는 문제점이 있었다.
철망을 사용하는 방법의 경우 물청소 등으로 배설물을 쉽게 청소할 수는 있으나, 습한 배설물의 2차 처리가 어렵고, 철망이 쉽게 부식되는 문제점이 있었고, 가금류에 외상 발생시 병균에 노출되어 감염될 유려가 높고 폐사에 이르는 경우도 빈번하였다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 수단으로 대한민국 공개특허공보(A) 10-2004-0105049호(2004.12.14)의 가금류 사육장이 출원된바 있다.
상기한 선행 발명은 가금류 사육장에 있어서, 그 내측에 사육공간을 형성할 수 있도록 소정거리 이격된 채 사각형상으로 빙 둘러 설치되는 다수개의 기둥들과, 상기 기둥들 사이에 결속되되 바닥으로부터 소정높이 이격되고 가로 세로 방향으로 교차하여 설치되는 와이어와, 상기 와이어에 의해 지지되며 그 내측에 가금류를 가두어 사육할 수 있도록 상기 기둥들 상단까지 연장 형성된 합성수지재의 그물망과, 상기 그물망에 의해 벽과 바닥면을 형성할 수 있도록 상기 그물망을 잡아당겨 상기 기둥들 하단부에 결속시키기 위한 결속부재가 구비되도록 한 구성 등을 제공하고 있다.
이러한 구성은 사육장의 바닥면과 측벽이 모두 그물망으로 형성됨으로써 통풍이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 배설물의 처리 또한 용이하여 항상 청결한 상태로 사육할 수 있으며, 그에 따라 질병발생을 효과적으로 억제시킬 수 있으며, 사육장의 바닥면이 합성수지재의 그물망으로 형성됨으로써 그물망의 완충작용에 의해 적정운동량을 제공하고, 그에 따라 육질이 좋고 사육기간을 보다 단축시킬 수 있고, 사육장의 설치구조가 간편하고 그물망을 지지하는 와이어의 당김 정도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있어 유지보수의 편리성을 제공하고 있다.
그러나 상기한 사육장 구성에 의하면 단순히 그물망에 가금류가 올라선 생태에서 운동량을 높이는 데에는 한계가 있었으며, 그물망 하측으로 낙하된 배설물을 처리함에 있어서도 많은 량의 세척수를 사용하야 하며, 세척수에 젖은 배설물을 건조 처리하는 2차적인 문제점이 발생하였다.

이에 본 발명자는 상기한 종래 문제점을 일소코자 본 발명을 연구 개발한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 배설물 처리를 용이하게 하여 사육장을 청결하게 유지할 수 있게 함과 아울러 가금류의 운동량을 대폭 늘려 육질을 개선할 수 있도록 한 가금류 사육시설을 제공코자 하는 것이다.
과제 해결수단으로 본 발명에서 파이프 위에 설치되는 그물망을 경사지게 설치한 사육부를 이용하여 사육되는 가금류의 운동량을 늘릴 수 있게 하였으며, 그물망의 하측으로 배설물을 처리하는 배설물 처리부를 설치하여 낙하되는 배설물을 주기적으로 청소하여 사육장 환경을 청결하게 유지할 수 있게 하였다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 가금류 사육시설에 의하면 경사진 그물망에 의해 가금류의 운동량을 증대시킬 수 있어 육질 개선에 크게 기여할 수 있다.
그리고 그물망 하측으로 낙하되는 배설물이 스크레이퍼에 의한 수집과 컨베이어에 의한 배출에 의해 배설물 처리장으로 배출되게 구성되어 있으므로 사육장 내부의 청결성을 높일 수 있고, 그로 인해 각종 질병을 예방할 수 있는 것이다.

이하에서 본 발명에서 제공하는 가금류 사육시설의 실시예를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에서 제공하는 가금류 사육시설의 바람직한 일 실시예를 보인 정면도를 도시한 것이고, 도 2, 도 3은 본 발명에서 제공하는 가금류 사육시설의 일부분을 확대한 정면도 및 평면도이며, 도 4는 본 발명에 적용된 사육부 구성을 보이기 위한 요부 발췌 분해사시도를 도시한 것이다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 가금류 사육시설(1)은 가금류가 생활하는 상부의 사육부(2)와, 상기 사육부(2)에서 낙하되는 배설물을 처리하는 배설물 처리부(10)로 대부된다.
사육부(2)는 지주(3)를 이용하여 수평방향으로 여러 개의 파이프(4)들을 설치하며, 파이프(4)들의 상측으로는 표면에 수지코팅이 이루어진 철망(5;익스팬디드 메탈(Expanded Metal)이라고도 함)을 고정한 후 그 상측으로 그물망(6)을 긴장상태로 고정하여 사육공간(7)을 형성하고, 사육공간(7) 가장자리로 그물망을 이용하여 울타리(8)를 설치한 구성이다.
이때 상기 파이프(4)들은 수평상태로 설치하여도 무방하나 5~45°경사지게 설치하여 사육되는 가금류가 그물망(6)에서 균형을 유지하여 운동량을 증가시킬 수 있게 한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 적용된 배설물 처리부의 스크레이퍼 처리수단 구성을 보이기 위한 일부 확대 정면도 및 측단면도를 도시한 것이고, 도 6은 본 발명에 적용된 배설물 처리부의 평면도를 도시한 것이다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 배설물 처리부(10)는 바닥판(13)의 상부 양측에 평행하게 설치된 레일(12)을 따라서 일정 구간을 좌우 왕복 이동하면서 바닥판(13)에 있는 배설물을 배출하는 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)을 설치한다. 상기 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)은 레일(12)의 길이 즉, 가금류 사육시설(1)의 규모에 따라서 1개소 혹은 복수로 설치될 수 있음은 당연하며, 복수로 설치할 경우 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)은 서로 일정 간격을 유지하도록 설치한다.
상기 바닥판(13)은 일정 간격을 두고 공간(13a)이 형성되도록 서로 이격되게 구획 구성하며, 바닥판(13)의 사이에 형성된 공간(13a)의 하측으로는 레일(12)과 직각방향으로 바닥판(13)의 하부 양단부에 고정되는 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)를 설치한다. 그리고 상기 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)는 모터에 의해 스크루가 회전되도록 구성되어 있으며, 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)의 단부에는 배설물 처리장(미도시)과 연결되어 있는 배출용 벨트컨베이어(18)를 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)와 직각방향으로 설치한 구성으로 이루어진다.
상기 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)은 상기 바닥판(13)들의 양측 단부에는 평행하게 레일(12)을 설치하고, 각 바닥판(13) 상측으로는 레일(12)을 따라서 이동하는 대차(14)를 설치하고, 대차(14)에 결합되어 있는 바퀴(14a)가 결합된 축과 대차(14)에 설치되는 정역구동하는 모터(15)의 축에 각각 기어를 결합하여 바퀴(14a)를 구동함으로 해서 대차(14)가 레일을 따라서 바닥판(13) 상부를 왕복 이동할 수 있게 하고, 대차(14)에는 바닥판(13)의 상부와 면접된 상태로 바닥판(13)을 청소하도록 스크레이퍼(16)를 고정 설치한 구성으로 이루어진다.
상기 바닥판(13)은 철판 재질로 구성할 경우 부식의 우려가 있으므로, 스테인리스 또는 합성수지와 같은 내부식성이 강한 재질을 선택하여 구성한다.
이상과 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 가금류 사육시설(1)은 2층 이상 복층 구조로 설치하여 공간 활용도를 극대화 할 수 있는 것으로, 이하에서 본 발명의 사용에 따른 작용을 설명한다.
본 발명을 통해서 가금류를 사육코자 할 시에는 가금류를 사육공간(7)에 가둔 상태에서 사육공간(7) 내에 설치되어 있는 사료공급장치(도시되지 않음)를 통하여 급이를 행한다.
이때 사육공간(7)은 그물망(6)으로 구성되어 있으므로 가금류가 그물망(6)에 올라 탄 상태를 긴장 상태로 유지하므로 근육의 발달로 육질을 개선하게 된다.
그리고 상기와 같이 사육공간(7)에서 사육되는 가금류의 배설물은 그물망(6)의 공간을 통해서 배설물 처리부(10)로 낙하 처리된다.
즉, 배설물 처리부(10)로 낙하되는 배설물은 레일(12)을 따라서 일정구간을 왕복하는 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)가 좌우측으로 이동할 때 바닥판(13)에 있는 배설물이 스크레이퍼(16)에 의해 1차 모아진 상태에서 진행방향쪽에 위치하는 바닥판(13) 사이에 형성된 공간(13a)로 배출되고, 공간(13a)의 하측 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)로 낙하된 후, 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)의 단부에 설치되어 있는 배출용 벨트컨베이어(18)로 재차 낙하된 상태에서 배설물 처리장으로 배출 처리되는 것이다. 이때 본 발명에서 제공하는 바닥판(13)의 경우 일정구간 마다 공간(13a)이 형성되도록 구획 구성되어 있으므로 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)의 스크레이퍼(16)에 전달되는 부하를 최소화 하면서 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17) 및 배출용 벨트컨베이어(18)로 배설물을 외부로 신속하게 배출할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서 본 발명으로 가금류를 사육할 경우 상기에서 언급한 바와 같이 가금류의 육질개선과, 배설물 처리의 편리성을 제공하게 되는 것이다.
본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하고 있으나, 본 발명의 범주에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 변형이 가능함은 물론이다. 그러므로 본 발명의 보호 범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안 되며, 후술하는 청구범위 뿐만 아니라 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 가금류 사육시설은 경사진 그물망에 의해 가금류의 운동량을 증대시킬 수 있어 육질 개선에 크게 기여할 수 있다.
그리고 그물망 하측으로 낙하되는 배설물이 스크레이퍼에 의한 수집과 컨베이어에 의한 배출에 의해 배설물 처리장으로 배출되게 구성되어 있으므로 사육장 내부의 청결성을 높일 수 있고, 그로 인해 각종 질병을 예방할 수 있는 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.
Claims (1)
- 지주(3)를 이용하여 수평방향으로 여러 개의 파이프(4)들을 설치하고, 파이프(4)들의 상측으로는 표면에 수지코팅이 이루어진 철망(5)을 고정한 후 그 상측으로 그물망(6)을 긴장상태로 고정하여 사육공간(7)을 형성하며, 사육공간(7) 가장자리로 그물망을 이용하여 울타리(8)를 설치하여 구성한 가금류(A)가 생활하는 상부의 사육부(2)와, 상기 배설물 처리부(10)는 바닥판(13)의 양측으로 설치된 레일(12)을 따라서 좌우 이송하는 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)을 배설물 처리장(미도시)과 연결되어 있는 배출용 벨트컨베이어(18)로 배출하도록 사육부(2)에서 낙하되는 배설물(B)을 처리하는 배설물 처리부(10)를 설치한 가금류 사육시설(1)을 구성함에 있어서,상기 바닥판(10)을 일정간격으로 구획 구성하여 이격된 공간(13a)을 형성하고,상기 이격된 공간(13a) 사이의 하측으로 레일(12)과 직각방향으로 바닥판(13)에 고정된 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)를 더 설치하고,상기 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)의 하측에는 수집용 스크루컨베이어(17)와 직각방향으로 상기 배출용 벨트컨베이어(18)를 배치하며,상기 스크레이퍼 처리수단(11)은 바닥판(13)의 양측 단부에 평행하게 레일(12)을 설치하고, 각 바닥판(13) 상측으로는 레일(12)을 따라서 이동하는 바퀴(14a)가 구비된 대차(14)를 설치하여 대차(14)에 설치된 정역구동하는 모터(15)의 구동력이 바퀴(14a)에 전달되게 함으로 해서 레일(12)을 따라서 바닥판(13) 상부를 왕복 이동할 수 있게 하고, 대차(14)에는 바닥판(13)의 상부를 청소하도록 바닥판(13)과 면접하는 스크레이퍼(16)를 고정 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가금류 사육시설.
