Abstract

The present invention relates to a punch for spinal surgery that enables the easy removal of a planar bone and a ligament of the spine which are parallel to or in the same direction as the direction of approach of the punch for spinal surgery. The punch of the present invention consists essentially of: a fixing handle (102) installed diagonally; a fixing horizontal portion (104) formed to extend a certain length on one end of the fixing handle (102); a fixing arc portion (106) formed to extend a certain length on one end of the fixing horizontal portion (104), and having a through-hole (105) in one end of a body thereof; a projecting portion (108) formed to extend a certain length upward on the other end of the fixing arc portion (106); a hinge (110) pivotably installed on the other end of the fixing horizontal portion (104); a pivoting handle (112) pivotably installed on the hinge (110), and pivoted forward and rearward by pressure; a moving horizontal portion (114) installed to be capable of sliding a certain distance along a top surface of the fixing horizontal portion (104), provided with a screw thread (113) on the front surface at one end of a body thereof, and connected to the pivoting handle (112) for sliding forward and rearward on the top surface of the fixing horizontal portion (104) according to the pivoting of the pivoting handle (112); and a gear (116) rotatably installed on the inside of one end of the fixing horizontal portion (104), engaged with the screw thread (113) of the moving horizontal portion (114), and rotatable according to the sliding of the moving horizontal portion (114).
