Abstract

La présente invention concerne un poinçon destiné à une intervention chirurgicale vertébrale qui permet le retrait aisé d'un os plat et d'un ligament de la colonne vertébrale qui sont parallèles ou dans la même direction que la direction d'approche du poinçon pour intervention chirurgicale vertébrale. Le poinçon de la présente invention est constitué sensiblement de : une poignée de fixation (102) installée en diagonale ; une partie horizontale de fixation (104) formée pour s'étendre d'une certaine longueur sur une extrémité de la poignée de fixation (102) ; une partie d'arc de fixation (106) formée pour s'étendre d'une certaine longueur sur une extrémité de la partie horizontale de fixation (104), et ayant un orifice traversant (105) dans une extrémité d'un corps de celle-ci ; une partie faisant saillie (108) formée pour s'étendre d'une certaine longueur vers le haut sur l'autre extrémité de la partie d'arc de fixation (106) ; une articulation (110) installée de façon pivotante sur l'autre extrémité de la partie horizontale de fixation (104) ; une poignée pivotante (112) installée de façon pivotante sur l'articulation (110), et pivotée vers l'avant et vers l'arrière par une pression ; une partie horizontale mobile (114) installée pour pouvoir coulisser d'une certaine distance le long d'une surface supérieure de la partie horizontale de fixation (104), pourvue d'un filetage de vis (113) sur la surface frontale à une extrémité d'un corps de celle-ci, et reliée à la poignée pivotante (112) pour un coulissement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière sur la surface supérieure de la partie horizontale de fixation (104) selon le pivotement de la poignée pivotante (112) ; et un engrenage (116) monté rotatif sur l'intérieur d'une extrémité de la partie horizontale de fixation (104), en prise avec le filetage de vis (113) de la partie horizontale mobile (114), et pouvant tourner selon le coulissement de la partie horizontale mobile (114).
