随着现代建筑业的日益发展, 以钢结构作为主体的建筑物越来越多, 连接在钢结构主体 上的建筑幕墙应用也逐渐增多。 幕墙固定的基础是通过特殊的转接件将单元板块安装在支撑 构件上, 由于幕墙造型是建筑的外衣, 是建筑效果最直接的表达, 幕墙造型也随着建筑的发 展变得越来越复杂。 相对于传统的钢筋混凝土结构, 幕墙的钢结构支撑构件体型更加纤细, 安装的单元板块使得建筑幕墙本身更加通透明亮, 因此用于安装、 支撑单元板块的连接构 件, 作为传递幕墙荷载的幕墙用转接件则显得尤为重要。 安装在混凝土结构上的常规幕墙转 接件本体是铝制平板结构, 与建筑混凝土结构楼板平行, 该种常规幕墙转接件无法满足传递 幕墙荷载的受力要求; 另外, 常规幕墙转接件是直接将平板结构的转接件本体连接在混凝土 上, 并通过转接件本体自身的竖向长条孔及孔内的调整螺栓组件, 实现安装在幕墙支撑构件 上的单元板块三个方向的移动调整, 但由于常规幕墙转接件为铝材质并且转接件结构无法实 现钢结构为主体的建筑物的侧向连接。
发明内容
针对现有以钢结构作为主体的建筑幕墙单元板块侧向连接转接件的缺陷与不足, 本实用 新型提供一种建筑幕墙用三维调整侧向连接钢转接件, 实现钢结构为主体的建筑幕墙的三向 调整及侧向连接问题。
为实现上述的目的, 本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 一种建筑幕墙用三维调整侧向连接 钢转接件, 包括转接件本体、 调整螺栓组件和单元铝挂件, 转接件本体由一次转接件本体和 二次转接件本体构成, 一次转接件本体设置有螺栓圆孔, 二次转接件本体与一次转接件本体 对应位置设有横向长条孔且竖向加工有 U 型槽口, 两转接件本体结合面设置刨齿并通过调 整螺栓组件组装在一起, 一次转接件本体固定在幕墙支撑构件上, 单元铝挂件通过调整顶 丝安装在二次转接件本体的 u型槽口内, 并通过内六角螺栓组件固定安装在单元板块上。
所述单元铝挂件在单元板块上的安装形式采用一侧限位、 一侧自由的形式, 限位一侧单 元铝挂件与二次转接件本体配合的部分设有限位挡翼。
制造、 安装时, 通过一次转接件本体、 二次转接件本体的配合, 调整单元板块前、 后进 出方向位置; 再通过单元铝挂件与二次转接件本体一侧限位、 一侧自由的安装形式, 调整单 元板块左、 右水平方向位置; 最后通过二次转接件本体的 u 型槽口与调整顶丝的配合, 调 整单元板块上、 下位置。
本实用新型提供的转接件本体, 采用组装式结构, 将分别带有刨齿、 横向长条孔、 竖向 u型槽口的二次转接件本体和带有刨齿、 螺栓圆孔的一次转接件本体通过调整螺栓组件组装 在一起, 实现安装在幕墙支撑构件上的单元板块前、 后, 上、 下和左、 右三向的调节, 其结 构设计合理, 制造、 安装、 调整操作方便, 同时可保证幕墙安装精度的要求, 对促进具有特 色的建筑幕墙的快速发展具有一定影响。

建筑幕墙用三维调整侧向连接钢转接件, 包括转接件本体、 调整螺栓组件 2和单元铝挂 件, 转接件本体由一次转接件本体 1和二次转接件本体 4构成, 一次转接件本体 1设置有螺 栓圆孔, 二次转接件本体 4与一次转接件本体 1 对应位置设有横向长条孔且竖向加工有 U 型槽口, 两转接件本体结合面设置刨齿并通过调整螺栓组件 2组装在一起, 一次转接件本体 1固定在幕墙支撑构件 5上, 单元铝挂件通过调整顶丝 7安装在二次转接件本体 4的 U型槽 口内, 并通过内六角螺栓组件 9固定安装在单元板块上。
左单元铝挂件 6、 右单元铝挂件 8在左单元板块 3、 右单元板块 10上的安装采用一侧限 位、 一侧自由的形式, 限位一侧左单元铝挂件 6与二次转接件本体 4配合的部分设有限位挡 翼 11, 右单元铝挂件 8对应部分去除限位挡翼, 用于单元板块水平方向的位置调整。
制造、 安装时, 通过一次转接件本体 1、 二次转接件本体 4 的配合, 调整单元板块前、 后进出方向位置; 再通过单元铝挂件与二次转接件本体 4一侧限位、 一侧自由的安装形式, 调整单元板块左、 右水平方向位置; 最后通过二次转接件本体 4 的 U型槽口与调整顶丝 7 的配合, 调整单元板块上、 下位置。

1. 一种建筑幕墙用三维调整侧向连接钢转接件, 其特征在于: 包括转接件本体、 调整螺栓 组件和单元铝挂件, 转接件本体由一次转接件本体和二次转接件本体构成, 一次转接件本体 设置有螺栓圆孔, 二次转接件本体与一次转接件本体对应位置设有横向长条孔且竖向加工有 u 型槽口, 两转接件本体结合面设置刨齿并通过调整螺栓组件组装在一起, 一次转接件本 体固定在幕墙支撑构件上, 单元铝挂件通过调整顶丝安装在二次转接件本体的 u 型槽口 内, 并通过内六角螺栓组件固定安装在单元板块上。
