Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil de perçage d'avant-trous qui présente, outre une tige tubulaire (2), également au moins un prolongement (3) dont l'épaisseur de paroi (D) et la courbure correspondent à celles de la tige (2). Chacun de ces prolongements (3) comporte une plaquette de coupe (5). Du fait que la largeur (B) de chaque plaquette de coupe (5) correspond à la largeur totale de la surface annulaire mais que cette largeur n'est que de quelques millimètres, l'outil de perçage d'avant-trous permet de réaliser sans problèmes des avant-trous dans des pièces dont le matériau présente une dureté supérieure à 60 HRC.
