도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 관절 구조 고정 장치에 관한 다른 개념도이다.

도 4는 본 발명에 따른 관절 구조 고정 장치의 원리에 관한 개념도이다.
도 4에서, a 내지 f의 점은 링크가 위치 가이드나 슬라이더에 연결되는 부위를 추상적으로 나타낸 것이고, R.E.는 회전 구성요소를 추상적으로 나타낸 것이며, S는 슬라이더를 추상적으로 나타낸 것이다. a 내지 c의 점의 위치가 고정되어 있고(즉, 위치 가이드가 고정되어 있고) d 내지 f의 점의 위치가 회전 구성요소에 대하여 고정되어 있으며(즉, 슬라이더가 회전 구성요소에 대하여 고정되어 있으며) 링크의 길이가 특정되어 있는 경우, 회전 구성요소는, 그것이 슬라이더가 잠겨 있지 않은 경우에는 슬라이더와 함께 위치 가이드에 대하여 피치 방향이나 요 방향으로 동작할 수 있음에도 불구하고, 위치 가이드에 대하여 고정될 수 있다. 즉, 회전 구성요소는 슬라이더가 잠겨 있는 경우에는 위치 가이드에 대한 그 피치 방향이나 요 방향으로의 동작이 구속될 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 구체적으로 실현된 수술 기구의 관절 구조 고정 장치의 내부의 모습을 부분적으로 도시하는 사시도이다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 관절 구조 고정 장치를 포함하는 전체 수술 기구는 위치 가이드(110), 슬라이더(120, 140), 잠금 부재(124, 144), 링크(126, 136, 146), 조임 링(150), 조임 링 누름 부재(160), 누름쇠(170) 및 회전 구성요소(위치 가이드(110)의 안쪽에 배치되므로 미도시됨)를 포함할 수 있다. 비록 도 5에 전부 도시되지는 않았지만, 전체 수술 기구는 총 세 개의 슬라이더를 포함할 수 있고, 각 슬라이더는 잠금 부재와 같은 해당 연관 구성요소와 연동할 수 있다.
우선, 조임 링(150)은, 조임 링 누름 부재(160)가 그것을 누르면 잠금 부재(124, 144) 등을 조여서, 이것들의 각각이 해당 슬라이더가 슬라이딩한 상태를 고정시키도록 할 수 있다.
그리고, 조임 링 누름 부재(160)는, 판 스프링(미도시됨)과 연결되어 애초의 위치에 있다가, 사용자가 누름쇠(170)를 누르는 조작을 하면 슬라이더(120, 140)의 방향으로 조임 링(150)을 누르도록 구성될 수 있다. 한편, 조임 링 누름 부재(160)와 누름쇠(170)는, 사용자가 누르던 힘을 해제하면, 판 스프링의 작용에 의하여 그 위치가 원상복귀될 수 있다.
또한, 회전 구성요소는, 수술 기구의 엔드 이펙터(미도시됨) 근방의 관절부(미도시됨)와 그것 사이에 연결될 수 있는 와이어에 의하여, 엔드 이펙터가 소정의 관절 운동을 하도록 하는 구성요소일 수 있다. 이러한 관절 운동을 위하여, 회전 구성요소는 환자의 신체에 대하여 고정되어 있을 수 있는 위치 가이드(110)에 대하여 피치 방향이나 요 방향으로 동작할 수 있다. 또한, 이에 의한 엔드 이펙터의 관절 운동의 상태가 사용자의 누름쇠(170) 누름 조작에 따라 고정될 수 있음은 전술한 바와 같다.
한편, 앞에서 자세하게 설명된 구성요소나 한국특허출원 제2011-3192호, 한국특허출원 제2011-26243호(이 출원의 명세서는 그 전체로서 본 명세서에 편입된 것으로 간주되어야 한다) 등을 통하여 자세하게 소개된 구성요소와 유사한 구성요소에 관하여는 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의하여 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위하여 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변경을 꾀할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 또는 이로부터 등가적으로 변경된 모든 범위는 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 관절 구조를 고정시키기 위한 장치로서,
    위치 가이드,
    적어도 세 개의 슬라이더,
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더의 각각을 잠그기 위한 잠금 부재, 및
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더의 각각을 상기 위치 가이드에 연결하기 위한 적어도 세 개의 링크
    를 포함하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더의 각각은 해당 레일을 따라 슬라이딩할 수 있는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 잠금 부재는 상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더의 각각의 상기 슬라이딩을 잠그기 위한 요철 구조를 포함하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 세 개의 링크의 각각의 양단은 상기 위치 가이드와 상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더 중 그에 대응되는 것에 수용되는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 양단의 각각은 그것을 중심으로 하여 해당 링크가 움직일 수 있는 형태를 갖는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 위치 가이드는 고정되어 있고,
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더는, 상기 위치 가이드와 연관되어 배치되는 회전 구성요소와 함께, 상기 위치 가이드에 대하여 피치 방향이나 요 방향으로 동작할 수 있는
    장치.
  7. 수술 기구로서,
    엔드 이펙터,
    상기 엔드 이펙터가 관절 운동을 할 수 있도록 하는 관절부, 및
    상기 관절부의 관절 운동 상태를 고정시키기 위한 장치
    를 포함하고,
    상기 고정 장치는,
    위치 가이드,
    적어도 세 개의 슬라이더,
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더의 각각을 잠그기 위한 잠금 부재, 및
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더의 각각을 상기 위치 가이드에 연결하기 위한 적어도 세 개의 링크
    를 포함하며,
    상기 적어도 세 개의 슬라이더는, 상기 위치 가이드와 연관되어 배치되는 회전 구성요소와 함께, 상기 위치 가이드에 대하여 피치 방향이나 요 방향으로 동작할 수 있고,
    상기 관절부와 상기 회전 구성요소는 적어도 하나의 와이어에 의하여 서로 연결되어 있는
    수술 기구.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 잠금 부재를 작동시키기 위한 조임 링, 및
    상기 조임 링을 눌러서 작동시키기 위한 조임 링 누름 부재
    를 더 포함하는 수술 기구.
