본 발명은 복근운동기구장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 손수레를 끌때 복근에 운동효과가 발생하는 것을 응용하여, 복근으로 무게물체를 들어올리는 동작을 가능하게 기계를 구성하거나 쇼바, 스프,링 저항휠을 이용하여 같은 효과를 발생 시키는 복근운동기이다.

[규칙 제26조에 의한 보정 18.09.2012] 복근운동기
본 발명은 복근운동 장치에 관한 것으로, 현재 인체의 다양한 근육발달을 위한 여러 종류의 근력운동기구가 많이 보급되어 있지만, 복부의 발달을 위한 기구는 소수에 한정되어 있고, 그 운동 효과도 미미한 수준이 많다. 복부은 횡방향으로 수축과 이완을 하는 횡복근의 발달 여하에 따라 복부의 근력이 좌우되는데, 많은 수의 복부운동기구는 허리를 접었다 펴는 방식의 채용으로 간접적 방식으로 횡복근을 자극하는 한계가 있는 상황이다.
손수레를 끌 때, 손수레의 하중이 복부에 실림으로 인해서 횡복근이 직접적인 하중운동을 함으로써, 복근운동에 매우 긍정적인 효과를 가져온다.
본 발명은 사람이 수레를 끌 때, 척추의 부담 없이, 복횡근에 수레의 하중이 실림에 의해서, 복횡근 운동효과를 일으키는 방식을 구현한다.

또한, 쇼바를 이용하여, 복부로 쇼바를 미는 행동에 의해 복근의 운동이 될 수 있도록 하며, 스프링을 이용하여, 스프링을 복부로 압축하는 과정을 통해 복근운동을 일으키며, 사이클운동기에 활용되는 마그네틱 및 마찰식 휠을 활용하여 복부로 휠을 회전시키는 방식을 통해 복근의 운동을 할 수 있도록 한다
본 발명에 의한 방식으로 복부운동을 할 경우, 운동 중 사용자의 척추에 가해지는 위험성이 크게 감소하고, 바닥이나 기구 위에 누워야 하는 일반적인 방식에 비해서, 접근의 편의성이 높다.

본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명은 수평축(1)과 배받이(7), 무게물체(5)를 주요 요소로 구성된다. 본 발명의 실시 예를 설명하면, 사용자가 배받이(7)를 복부로 밀면 수평축(1)이 앞 방향으로 밀려가게 되고, 수평축에 접합된 연결선(2)은 도르레(2)를 축으로 하여 무게물체(5)를 끌어올리게 작동된다.
사용자의 횡복근은 무게물체 중량만큼의 압력을 지지해야 하는 과정을 거침으로써 해당하는 정도의 근력운동 효과를 가질 수 있다.
도 2는 또 다른 실시 예로서 수평축(1)을 생략하고 배받이를 복부에 감싸고 연결선을 직접 끌어당김으로써 도 1에서 설명한 바와 동일한 운동효과를 가져올 수 있음을 표시한 것이다.
도 3은 쇼바를 이용한 복근운동기의 실시 예를 나타낸 사시도로서, 사용자가 복부로 배받이(7)를 밀 때, 쇼바의 로드(8-1)가 실린더(8)에 밀려들어가는 충격행정에 의해 복부 쪽으로 압력이 발생하게 되고 그 압력에 의해 복근에 운동효과를 발생하게 한다.
도 4는 충격반발행정쇼바(9)를 이용한 복근운동기의 실시 예를 나타낸 사시도로서, 사용자가 복부와 허리를 감싸는 배등받이(10)를 장착하고, 배등받이를 밀면 충격행정에 의해 복근운동이 되고, 배등받이를 등부분으로 당기면 반발행정의 압력에 의해 허리운동가 발생하게 된다.
도 5는 일반적으로 사이클 운동기구에 사용되는 마그네틱 저항휠 및 마찰식 저항휠(12)을 활용한 복근운동기의 실시 예로서, 사용자가 복부로 배받이를 밀면, 크랭크축(11)에 의해 마그네틱 저항휠이나 마찰식 저항휠(12)이 회전하는 원리에 의해 복근에 압력이 가해지고 복근운동이 발생하게 된다.
도 6은 스프링(13)을 이용한 복근운동기의 실시 예를 나타낸 사시도로서, 사용자가 복부로 수평축(1)을 밀면 스프링(13)의 반발력에 의해 복부에 압력이 가해지고 복근에 운동효과를 발생하게 한다.
무게추 방식, 쇼바이용 방식, 사이클운동기용 저항휠 방식, 스프링 방식 모두 사용장소와 사용자의 특성에 의해 각각의 유용성이 있다.
복부비만 인구의 증가가 사회적 문제로 대두되는 만큼 , 헬스 다이어트 산업의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다

Claims (1)

  1. 배받이, 연결선, 도르레, 무게물체를 주요 요소로 구성되어져서, 사용자가 복부로 배받이를 밀면 수평축이 밀려가고 수평축과 연결된 무게물체가 들어 올려짐으로써 복근에 근력운동 효과가 발생하고,
    복부로 배받이를 당기면 배받이와 연결된 무게물체가 들어올려짐으로써 복근에 근력운동 효과가 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
    충격행정쇼바나 충격반발행저쇼바를 장착하여 복부로 쇼바의 로드를 밀때, 밀고 땅길 때 복부에 운동효과 및 복부와 허리에 운동효과를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
    사이클 운동기구에 사용되는 마그네틱 또는 마찰식 저항휠을 활용한 경우에는, 크랭크축을 복부로 밀 때, 복부에 작용하는 압력을 이용하여 복부에 운동효과를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
    스프링을 사용한 경우에는 수평축을 복부로 밀 때, 수평축에 장치된 스프링의 반발 압력에 의해 복부에 운동효과를 발생 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복근운동기구.
