在本实施例中手握扳手, 用拇指和食指同时捏住蜗杆下拽, 此时弹簧 被压缩,使得所述蜗杆的螺旋齿齿顶完全脱离与位于活动扳头下部顶 端平头部分齿牙的啮合,活动扳头可以在所述固定扳头通透窗口水平 方向 (横向) 内自由滑动, 松开所述蜗杆, 由于螺旋齿的角度设计合 理, 在弹簧的张力作用下, 所述螺旋齿会自动与位于所述活动扳头下 部顶端齿牙相互啮合, 当所述活动扳头远离所述固定扳头夹持面时, 用拇指向靠近固定扳头夹持面方向轻推扳头,此时弹簧被自动压缩下 行, 在无需旋转蜗杆的情况下, 所述活动扳头便可向所述固定扳头夹 持面方向快速移动, 需要旋转工件时, 当所述固定扳头夹持面与所述 活动扳头夹持面与工件接触后, 用拇指和食指稍加旋转蜗杆进行微 调, 所述的两个夹持面便可以迅速锁紧工件表面, 从而达到迅速调节 夹持面开合的目的,同时由于所述活动扳头端部的三个齿牙高出其余 齿牙,所以当用拇指和食指同时捏住蜗杆下拽时活动扳头由于高齿牙 的阻挡不会脱出扳体。

Claims

权利 要 求 书
1.快速活扳手, 所述活扳手由扳体、 活动扳头、 蜗杆、 销轴、 弹 簧、 支撑销、 键型楔块、 限位销组成, 扳体的前端有固定扳头, 扳体 的后端有手柄, 固定扳头上有夹持面, 固定扳头下方有一凹槽, 所述 凹槽内上部为相互平行的两个面, 凹槽下部呈圆弧面, 在所述圆弧面 的中间部分向下有豁口与一矩形通孔相通, 活动扳头由上、 中、 下三 个部分组成, 上部有夹持面, 中部的厚度小于所述固定扳头凹槽内相 互平行两个面之间的距离, 下部两侧对称呈圆弧面, 其弧面间的最大 距离小于所述固定扳头凹槽底部圆弧面的直径,所述活动扳头下部顶 端设有齿牙, 该齿牙顶部呈平头并与蜗杆的螺旋齿相互啮合, 其特征 在于, 位于所述固定扳头凹槽下方设有键型孔, 键型孔从远离固定扳 头夹持面的扳体表面贯穿所述矩形通孔延伸至邻近所述固定扳头夹 持面的下方, 形成一键型通孔和一键型盲孔, 分别位于所述矩形通孔 的两侧, 键型孔的中心线与所述固定扳头夹持面垂直, 两个弹簧孔贯 穿所述凹槽下部, 分别延伸至键型通孔和键型盲孔另一面的下部, 将 弹簧一端透过凹槽下部分别插入弹簧孔内,将两个支撑销的较细一端 同样透过凹槽下部分别插入弹簧的中心孔内,把蜗杆放置在所述矩形 通孔中间, 从扳体外侧将销轴一端插入键型通孔, 同时下压所述键型 通孔内的支撑销顶端, 使销轴位于所述支撑销顶端之上, 销轴穿过蜗 杆的中心孔, 同时下压键型盲孔内的支撑销顶端, 直至所述销轴位于 所述支撑销顶端之上并与键型盲孔底面接触,之后将键型楔块从扳体 外侧嵌入所述键型孔内, 阻止销轴从扳体脱落, 沿弹簧张力相反方向 下压蜗杆,将活动扳头的夹持面面对固定扳头的夹持面并将其下部推 入所述固定扳头的凹槽中, 位于所述活动扳头中部一侧设有凹槽, 与 其相配合, 在远离固定扳头夹持面的凹槽一侧设有限位通孔, 将限位 销固定在所述限位通孔内,阻止活动扳头沿远离固定扳头夹持面方向 滑脱。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的快速活扳手, 其特征在于, 所述蜗杆螺 旋齿齿牙面相交延伸线呈锐角, 锐角顶端呈平面并滚花处理。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的快速活扳手, 其特征在于, 所述弹簧的 长度小于远离所述凹槽一侧的弹簧孔深度。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的快速活扳手, 其特征在于, 所述支撑销 呈圆柱形, 且一端呈弧形凹面。
5.快速活扳手,包括与扳手手柄连为一体的固定扳头和由蜗杆转 动驱动的活动扳头, 活动扳头上设有可与蜗杆螺旋齿牙相啮合的齿 牙, 所述扳手在固定扳头下侧设置有通透窗口, 通透窗口水平两侧的 侧壁上设有支撑孔,支撑孔中设置的销轴将所述蜗杆支撑在通透窗口 中; 其特征在于, 所述通透窗口两侧支撑孔的孔径是销轴可径向上下 移动的长孔径,所述通透窗口水平两侧支撑孔的下侧面分别设有弹簧 定位孔, 弹簧定位孔中设置有弹簧, 弹簧将所述销轴托起促使蜗杆齿 牙与活动扳头的齿牙啮合;所述活动扳头齿牙在夹持面侧的顶端至少 有一个齿牙的高度高于其后其它齿牙的高度,所述弹簧下压后的长度 至少保证蜗杆齿牙径向移位的长度不超出活动扳头最高齿牙高度。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的快速活扳手, 其特征在于, 所述弹簧压 下的长度是保证蜗杆齿牙径向移位的长度是活动扳头最高齿牙高度 的二分之一至五分之四。
7.根据权利要求 5所述的快速活扳手, 其特征在于, 所述活动扳 头齿牙在夹持面侧的顶端有两个齿牙的高度高于其后其它齿牙的高 度, 所述其它齿牙的高度一致, 所述其它齿牙是顶端两个齿牙高度的 五分之四。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的快速活扳手, 其特征在于, 所述弹簧上设有 支撑销, 弹簧推动支撑销顶在销轴上。
