Abstract

L'invention comprend un équipement d'utilisateur (UE) et un procédé pour détecter une configuration de minimisation d'acquisition de données mobiles (MDT) journalisée. Le procédé comprend : l'étape a : l'UE détecte si le réseau mobile terrestre public (PLMN) actuel enregistré satisfait à une des conditions suivantes : le PLMN actuel enregistré et le PLMN de la MDT est le même, ou le PLMN actuel enregistré est compris dans le PLMN équivalent (EPLMN) et, dans l'affirmative, l'étape b est réalisée ; l'étape b : l'UE recueille et/ou rend compte de la mesure de MDT journalisée. L'adoption du plan peut prendre en charge le recueil et/ou le compte-rendu de la mesure de MDT journalisée dans les cas de partage de réseaux ou de PLMN équivalent, ce qui permet aux opérateurs d'obtenir un rapport de mesure d'utilisateur dans un PLMN équivalent. Le plan sert à optimiser les réseaux pour les opérateurs et à améliorer la valeur d'application de la MDT journalisée.
