Abstract
一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具,包括工作头(1)、钳柄(2)及调节结构(3),工作头(1)是由钳头(1-1)通过盖板(1-2)和定位轴(1-3)连接构成,钳头(1-1)上装有可更换的口模(1-4),钳柄(2)包括左钳柄(2-1)和右钳柄(2-2),钳柄(2)上装有棘轮式止退机构(4),棘轮式止退机构(4)包括:安装在右钳柄(2-2)上部钳柄(2-2a)的棘板(4-2)及安装在左钳柄(2-1)上的棘轮(4-1);右钳柄(2-2)包括上部钳柄(2-2a)和通过旋转轴(6)与其活动连接的下部钳柄(2-2b),在右钳柄(2-2)上安装有钳柄角度调整机构(5)。本夹紧工具工作时,只需扳动手柄即可轻松改变钳柄角度,夹紧操作不仅非常省力、还提高了安装施工的效率,而且钳柄(2)设计成一定的角度,通过钳柄角度调整机构(5),避免在工作时双手碰触的现象。
Description
可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具 技术领域
本发明属于五金工具领域, 特别是涉及一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工 具。
背景技术
公知的 PVC管、 PEX管及铝塑复合管被广泛用作供水、 供油和供气的 输送管道, 在安装此类管道时必须使用专用的夹紧钳才能安装牢固。 众所 周知, 尽管目前巿场上出现了可用于多种规格管道夹紧的工具, 其仅适用 于小规格管道夹紧操作, 当用于大规格管道的夹紧连接时, 不仅非常费力, 浪费作业时间, 降低施工效率, 而且给施工人员带来诸多不便。 因此, 设 计一种结构合理、 操作简单且用于大规格管道连接且省力的夹紧工具已成 为五金业急需解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、 可提高施工作业效 率且便于操作、 省力的可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具。
为解决上述技术问题所釆取的技术方案是: 一种可变换钳柄角度的夹 紧工具, 包括工作头、 钳柄及连接工作头和钳柄的调节机构, 所述工作头 是由钳头通过盖板和定位轴连接构成, 在钳头上装有可更换的口模, 所述 钳柄包括左钳柄和右钳柄, 所述钳柄上装有棘轮式止退机构, 所述棘轮式 止退机构包括: 安装在右钳柄上部钳柄的棘板及安装在左钳柄上的棘轮; 所述右钳柄包括上部钳柄和通过旋转轴与其活动连接的下部钳柄, 在所述
右钳柄上安装有钳柄角度调整机构。
其中, 所述钳柄角度调整机构包括: 滑块组件、 导向销轴、 压缩弹簧 和用于右钳柄主导角度调整的定位销轴, 所述滑块组件由主滑块、 钢丝绳 和扳把滑块组成, 滑块组件设置于右钳柄下部钳柄的 U型槽内, 通过导向 销轴与下部钳柄活动连接, 所述定位销轴安装在右钳柄上部钳柄上, 所述 压缩弹簧套装在钢丝绳中, 压缩弹簧一端与主滑块连接, 另一端抵于弹簧 托板上。
所述主滑块和扳把滑块呈右钳柄随型形状并安装于右钳柄内, 主滑块 和扳把滑块上制有用于其在导向销轴作用下滑动的导向槽, 扳把滑块外端 下部制有适宜人手扳动的调节手柄, 主滑块上部制有便于调整右钳柄角度 的凹槽。
所述右钳柄上部钳柄的下端制成防止钳柄张开过大角度的挡弯部。 所述右钳柄下部钳柄的侧面制有避免导向销轴产生作用力的圆弧四 槽。
所述右钳柄下部钳柄制有向外折弯部。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是: 由于本发明釆用上述技术方案, 即 通过钳柄上的棘轮式止退机构和钳柄角度调整机构, 可实现钳柄张开及闭 合角度的调整操作。 本夹紧工具工作时, 只需扳动手柄即可轻松改变钳柄 角度, 夹紧操作不仅非常省力、 提高了安装施工的效率, 而且钳柄设计成 一定的角度, 通过钳柄角度调节机构, 避免了在工作时双手碰触的现象。 附图说明

请参阅图 1 -图 4, 可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 包括工作头 1、 钳柄 2 及连接工作头和钳柄的调节机构 3,所述工作头是由钳头 1-1通过盖板 1 -2 和定位轴 1 -3连接构成, 在钳头上装有可更换的口模 1 -4, 所述钳柄 2包 括左钳柄 2-1和右钳柄 2-2。 所述钳柄上装有棘轮式止退机构 4和钳柄角 度调整机构 5, 所述右钳柄 2-2包括上部钳柄 2-2 a和通过旋转轴 6与其活 动连接的下部钳柄 2-2 b。 所述棘轮式止退机构 4包括: 安装在右钳柄上部 钳柄 2-2a上的棘板 4-2及安装在左钳柄上的棘轮 4-1。在所述右钳柄上安 装有钳柄角度调整机构 5。 所述钳柄角度调整机构包括: 滑块组件、 导向 销轴 5-2、压缩弹簧 5- 3和用于右钳柄主导角度调整的定位销轴 5-4, 所述

本发明的工作原理为:
请参阅图 2、 图 3和图 4, 当夹紧工具处于初始打开状态时 (图 2 ), 由于钳柄 2张开的角度过大, 如果没有角度调整机构, 手握钳柄需要施加 很大的力才能使钳柄闭合,此时推动调节手柄 5-l b,将扳把滑块 5-5拉下, 在钢丝绳 5-6的带动下, 使主滑块 5-1脱离和定位销轴 5-4的侧面接触, 定位销轴正好落在右钳柄和主滑块的 ffl槽处, 即可旋转右钳柄使其开口角 度减小 (图 3 )。 此时, 即可轻松对旋转角度后的钳柄施加作用力, 通过棘 轮步进作用, 将钳柄闭合。 当钳柄闭合至两手要碰触时 (图 4, Α位置), 向外转动右钳柄, 此时在压缩弹簧 5- 3的作用下, 主滑块向上弹起, 定位 销轴和主滑块侧面接触, 又使钳柄张开了一定的角度 (图 4, B位置), 再
继续施加作用力, 紧固件 8在夹紧作用力下, 使管接头 1 0和管材 9紧密 合, 即可完成一次连接工作。 本夹紧工具操作简单, 省时省力, 提高了 装施工的效率。
Claims
1. 一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 包括工作头、 钳柄及连接工作头 和钳柄的调节机构, 所述工作头是由钳头通过盖板和定位轴连接构成, 在 钳头上装有可更换的口模, 所述钳柄包括左钳柄和右钳柄, 其特征在于: 所述钳柄上装有棘轮式止退机构, 所述棘轮式止退机构包括: 安装在右钳 柄上部钳柄的棘板及安装在左钳柄上的棘轮; 所述右钳柄包括上部钳柄和 通过旋转轴与其活动连接的下部钳柄, 在所述右钳柄上还安装有钳柄角度 调整机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 其特征在于: 所述钳柄角度调整机构包括: 滑块组件、 导向销轴、 压缩弹簧和用于右钳 柄主导角度调整的定位销轴, 所述滑块组件由主滑块、 钢丝绳和扳把滑块 组成, 滑块组件设置于右钳柄下部钳柄的 u型槽内, 通过导向销轴与下部 钳柄活动连接, 所述定位销轴安装在右钳柄上部钳柄上, 所述压缩弹簧套 装在钢丝绳中, 一端与主滑块连接, 另一端抵于弹簧托板上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 其特征在 于: 所述主滑块和扳把滑块呈右钳柄随型形状并安装于右钳柄内, 主滑块 和扳把滑块上制有用于其在导向销轴作用下滑动的导向槽, 扳把滑块外端 下部制有适宜人手扳动的调节手柄, 主滑块上部制有便于调整右钳柄角度 的凹槽。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 其特征在 于: 所述右钳柄上部钳柄的下端制成防止钳柄张开过大角度的挡弯部。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 其特征在 于:所述右钳柄下部钳柄的侧面制有避免导向销轴产生作用力的圆弧 ffl槽。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种可变换钳柄角度的夹紧工具, 其特征在 于: 所述右钳柄下部钳柄制有向外折弯部。
