Abstract
본 발명은 아미카르바존의 원료로 사용되는 화학식(I)을 갖는 아미노-트리아졸리논의 제조방법으로서, 화학식(II)의 아실하이드라지드를 화학식(III) 또는 (IV)의 카르바메이트화제와 반응시켜 화학식(V)의 히드라진 카르복실산을 얻은 단계; 및 얻어진 화학식(V)의 히드라진카르복실산을 염기 촉매의 존재 하에 하이드라진 수화물(hydrate)과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노-트리아졸리논의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래의 반응물로서 사용되었던 포스겐의 누출을 대비한 안전 장구 및 안전시설에 대한 시설이 없더라도, 아미노-트리아졸리논을 안정적으로 생산할 수 있게 될 것이다. 이로써 사탕수수, 옥수수 등의 밭작물용 제초제로 사용이 되는 아미카르바존의 제조원가를 감소시켜서 가격경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이며, 더 나아가 다른 제초제와의 원가경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이다.
