一种收折结构,包括分别固定在两对折杆(A)端头的第一连接头(1)与第二连接头(2)。第一连接头(1)和第二连接头(2)利用二者形成的耳片(11,21)枢接在一起。在第一连接头(1)和第二连接头(2)的各耳片(11,21)的下部形成抵顶面(14,24),以令第一连接头(1)与第二连接头(2)展开成180度。在第一连接头(1)与第二连接头(2)的枢接耳片(11,21)之间设有一自锁机构(3)。该自锁机构(3)包括滑块(31)、由滑块(31)带动的锁销(32)及拉动滑块(31)复位的复位弹簧(33)。锁销(32)位于滑块(31)的前端且可活动的卡制于第一连接头(1)与第二连接头(2)相互展开后各耳片(11,21)重叠的缺槽(13,23)中。该缺槽(13,23)形成在第一连接头(1)与第二连接头(2)各耳片(11,21)的下部。该收折结构可用于折叠桌脚、折叠桌面、折叠床等可收折杆件或中部收折部位。该收折结构结构简单、支撑牢固且适用范围广。

Description

一种收折结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种结构件的连接结构,更具体的说涉及一种可令两结构件展开与收拢的收折结构。
背景技术
收折结构的应用相当广泛,例如折叠桌、折叠床、躺椅等都会应用到,其通过相关的组合和收折,而达到缩小体积利于搬运,而展开组合后使用方便。而这些收折结构各式各样,较常见的收折结构是在收折部位处设置可活动连接的连接头,这样的收折结构的受力多为竖直方向,多只能应用于进行水平展开的物体上,如展开的桌面与床面等等;而对于一些需要竖直方向展开的物体,如若对收折结构不进行锁固,根本无法实现其展开的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具体自锁功能的收折结构,其操作方便,结构简单且应用范围广泛。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种收折结构,包括分别固定在两对折杆件端头的第一连接头与第二连接头,第一连接头与第二连接头利用二者形成的耳片枢接在一起,在第一连接头与第二连接头的各耳片的下部形成抵顶面,以令第一连接头与第二连接头展开成180度;在第一连接头与第二连接头的枢接耳片之间设有一自锁机构,该自锁机构包括滑块、由滑块带动的锁销及拉动滑块复位的复位弹簧,锁销是位于滑块的前端,其可活动的卡制于第一连接头与第二连接头相互展开后各耳片重叠的缺槽中,即第一连接头与第二连接头各耳片的下部形成有该缺槽。
所述耳片的上前端为弧形,
所述耳片近中上部设有枢孔。
所述耳片上的缺槽位于枢孔圆心的延长线上。
所述的滑块形成有一内腔,复位弹簧位于滑块的内腔内。
所述滑块的两外侧壁上设有长形槽。
所述的长形槽通过一枢轴与耳片上的枢孔枢接。
采用上述结构后,本发明的收折结构通过在两连接头间连接设置一自锁机构使连接头之间实现自锁,可使收折部件间在展开时连接牢靠,收折时亦方便快捷。本发明可用于折叠桌脚,折叠桌面,折叠床等可收折的杆件或者中部收折部位,其结构简单,支撑牢固,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1并配合图2至图9所示,本发明揭示了一种用于连接两可对折与可展开的杆件收折结构,其包括第一连接头1、第二连接头2及自锁机构3。
第一连接头1与第二连接头2的后部分别固定于对折杆A的端头上,而各连接头前部向前及向上延伸有两耳片11,21,其中第二连接头2的的两耳片21是夹设于第一连接头1的两耳片11之间。
其中,第一连接头1前部向前及向上延伸有两耳片11,耳片11的上前端为弧形,近中上部设有枢孔12,枢孔下面形成缺槽13,枢孔12的缺槽13位于同一竖直水平线上,即缺槽13是位于枢孔12圆心的延长线上,耳片11的下部形成抵顶面14,以令两连接头展开成180度。
第二连接头2结构与第一连接头1类似,耳片21的上前端为弧形,近中上部设有枢孔22,枢孔下面形成缺槽23,枢孔22与缺槽23位于同一竖直水平线上,耳片21的下部亦形成抵顶面24。第二连接头2的的两耳片21是夹设于第一连接头1的两耳片11之间,两连接头通过一枢轴4穿设于枢孔12与枢孔22后连接。
第一连接头1与第二连接头2套设于一起后,其中部还设有一自锁机构3,该自锁机构3包括包括滑块31、由滑块带动的锁销32及拉动滑块复位的复位弹簧33。其中,滑块31形成有一内腔,复位弹簧33位于滑块的内腔内;而滑块的两外侧壁上形成有长形槽34,两连接头套设时,其枢轴4也穿设于滑块的长形槽31中,从而自锁机构3也枢设于两接头之间;滑块的底端还设有一封盖35,复位弹簧33抵靠于滑块内的枢轴穿设处与底部之间;锁销32是位于滑块前端所设的枢孔321中,其可活动的卡置于第一连接头1与第二连接头2相互展开后各耳片重叠的缺槽中,即第一连接头与第二连接头各耳片下部的缺槽13、缺槽23。
当要展开将收折结构,使其形成支撑时,参考图1至图4所示,将将两对折杆A展开至平行,第一连接头1与第二连接头2连接,而位于中部的锁销32卡置于第一连接头1与第二连接头2相互展开后各耳片重叠的缺槽13、23中,此时,自锁机构3中,滑块31的前端固定在重叠缺槽中,而枢轴4就位于长形槽34的中下部,使得复位弹簧33顶靠于枢轴4,在滑块31的内腔中呈绷紧状态。从而使两连接头之间达到了自锁状态,对于该连接处也起到一定的支撑作用。
当要将收折结构收起时,参考图5至图7,收折两对折杆A时,按压滑块31,使锁销脱离两重叠缺槽的卡置作用,两连接头脱离连接状态,此时,位于滑块31上方的锁销32脱离两耳片的重叠缺槽,位于其中一个缺槽上,两连接头相对活动时,由于耳片是上前端为弧形,锁销32可沿着耳片滑动(如图7)。锁销32的活动也带动两耳片,进而带动了枢轴4活动,枢轴4在滑块31的长形槽34中的位置向上移动(如图5),此时,复位弹簧33由原来的紧绷状态渐渐朝松弛的常态变化,滑块31的锁紧状态渐渐减弱,两连接头之间的连接关系减小,两对折杆A可逐步对折。
直至两对折杆A呈全收折状态时,如图8至图10所示,此时,两连接头逐渐的交叉对折,枢轴4已向上活动至长形槽34的上方,呈松弛状态的复位弹簧33对连接头已没有锁固作用。
本发明的收折结构,通过在两连接头间连接设置一自锁机构使连接头之间实现自锁,可使收折部件间在展开时连接牢靠,收折时亦方便快捷。如图11,图12、图13所示,本发明可用于折叠桌脚,折叠桌面,折叠床等可收折的杆件或者中部收折部位,其结构简单,支撑牢固,适用范围广。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (7)

1、一种收折结构,包括分别固定在两对折杆件端头的第一连接头与第二连接头,第一连接头与第二连接头利用二者形成的耳片枢接在一起,在第一连接头与第二连接头的各耳片的下部形成抵顶面,以令第一连接头与第二连接头展开成180度;其特征在于:在第一连接头与第二连接头的枢接耳片之间设有一自锁机构,该自锁机构包括滑块、由滑块带动的锁销及拉动滑块复位的复位弹簧,锁销是位于滑块的前端,其可活动的卡制于第一连接头与第二连接头相互展开后各耳片重叠的缺槽中,即第一连接头与第二连接头各耳片的下部形成有该缺槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种收折结构,其特征在于:所述耳片的上前端为弧形。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种收折结构,其特征在于:所述耳片近中上部设有枢孔。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种收折结构,其特征在于:所述耳片上的缺槽位于枢孔圆心的延长线上。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种收折结构,其特征在于:所述的滑块形成有一内腔,复位弹簧位于滑块的内腔内。
6、如权利要求1所述的一种收折结构,其特征在于:所述滑块的两外侧壁上设有长形槽。
7、如权利要求6所述的一种收折结构,其特征在于:所述的长形槽通过一枢轴与耳片上的枢孔枢接。
