L'axe rotatif comporte, dans sa direction axiale, un trou de coulisse correspondant à la rainure circulaire, ainsi qu'un mécanisme de verrou et un mécanisme de positionnement pour verrouiller l'état de fonctionnement de celui-ci; un tube de commande de blocage, prévu dans le mécanisme de verrou, peut être inséré entre deux manchons d'extrémité d'axe, à l'extrémité arrière du couvercle, le tube de commande de blocage étant relié à l'axe rotatif par emboîtement sur celui-ci, ledit tube de commande de blocage contenant une tige coulissante pouvant coulisser vers la droite ou vers la gauche; les deux extrémités de la tige coulissante sont pourvues chacune d'une plaque de blocage comportant un trou de blocage, la plaque de blocage étant insérée dans le trou de coulisse; un trou de bouton, prévu au milieu du tube de commande de blocage, comporte un bouton à enfoncer s'insérant dans celui-ci et qui est couplé à une pièce à enfoncer; un déplacement vers la gauche du bouton à enfoncer entraîne le dégagement de la cheville d'insertion par rapport au trou de blocage; un déplacement vers la droite du bouton à enfoncer entraîne l'accrochage du trou de blocage sur la rainure circulaire, de sorte que la cheville d'insertion est mise en position bloquée; et une protubérance de positionnement, prévue sur le bouton à enfoncer, coopère avec une fente de positionnement gauche ou droite, sur le trou de bouton, pour bloquer en position l'état du mécanisme de verrou.
