一种多功能分水器
技术领域
本发明设于管道灌溉配件领域,特别是涉及一种多功能复合分水器。
背景技术
分水器是常用的管道元件,主要用于从主管道中分出支流,通过其他管道将水输送到不同的地方。如果水中有杂质就需要利用过滤器过滤杂质,这是保证用水水质和防止分水器管路被堵塞的办法,在农业灌溉中经常要使用到分水器,分水器接驳很多软管,将水直接输送到植物需要的地方,但在植物的不同生长阶段就需要不同的水量,对水的营养成份也有不同的要求,特别是在小田作物混种的情况下不同的植物需要的水量就不一样,为了调节分水器出来的水就不得不再安装多个流量调节器,而为了过滤水中的不适合物质就要再增加过滤器,这样就加大了工程成本及使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、造价低廉而又功能全面的分水器。
为了实现上述发明目的,采用的技术方案如下。
一种多功能分水器,包括主管道以及设在主管道上的多个分水口,所述分水口上设置有过滤装置和水量调节装置。本发明通过在分水口上设置有过滤装置和水量调节装置,使得整体的分水器综合了过滤器、流量调节器的功能。
上述技术方案中,所述水量调节装置包括节流瓣和流量调节杆,所述流量调节杆通过安装在主管道上,并能沿着分水口的轴线旋转,流量调节杆和节流瓣通过活动螺纹连接,该活动螺纹使得流量调节杆的旋转带动节流瓣上下运动,所述节流瓣与分水口对接处设有圆锥面,节流瓣的上下运动使得其圆锥面与分水口所形成的水流空间的大小发生变化。
所述主管道包括主体和主体盖,主体和主体盖通过螺纹连接。
所述多个分水口呈圆周分布在主体上。
所述分水口采用凸形结构,即其内部分水通道为上窄下宽,且宽窄通道的过渡处设有锥面与节流瓣的圆锥面对应。
所述过滤装置采用过滤网,该过滤网套在分水口通道较窄的上端。
所述分水口的通道内部与节流瓣的外表面设有相对应的确保节流瓣上下运动的限位槽和限位块。
所述节流瓣和流量调节杆与主管道之间分别设置有密封圈。
本发明通过在主管道上出水口,形成基本的分水器,然后在出水口的前或后位置增加过滤装置,同时在出水口的位置设计水量调节装置,每个出水口均设有相应装置,且均能独立调节,这样就使得分水器具备了过滤和流量控制功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明的结构如附图1、2所示,包括由主体盖1和主体2构成的主管道,主体盖1和主体2采用螺纹连接,且彼此之间通过密封圈3实现密封,主体2上设置有多个分水口,分水口部位设置了过滤网4,使得水在流出前经过了一道过滤工序,分水口在出水部位设置了水量调节装置,由节流瓣5、节流瓣密封圈圈6、节流孔盖7、流量调节杆8、调节杆密封圈9组成。
本发明的部件为全塑结构,通过在作为主管道的管体或圆形状的过水、储水体周边布置出水口,形成基本的分水器,然后在出水口的前或后位置增设过滤装置,同时在出水口的位置设置水量调节装置,每个出水口均设有相应装置,均能独立调节,这样分水器就具备了过滤流量控制功能了。
本发明的工作过程如附图3、4所示:水从主体2下部的进水口进入后经过过滤网4,该过滤网4插在主体2出水口的相应位置上,旋开主体盖1就可以拆换,水通过设置在主体2、节流瓣5上的水流通道A再流出出口,所述主体2内部设有确保节流瓣5上下运动的限位槽11,所述流量调节杆8被节流孔盖7限位固定在主体2上只能做旋转运动,节流瓣5和节流调节杆8是通过活动螺纹10连接的,节流瓣5被主体2上的限位槽限制只能做轴向运动,所以当流量调节杆8旋转时会将节流瓣5沿轴向推拉运动,节流瓣5上的锥面结构52和主体2上相应位置的锥面结构对水的流量起到调节作用,当节流瓣5不断上升直达节流瓣密封圈6和主体2相应位置接触并压紧后水流通道就被截止。这样该产品就实现了分水,过滤,调节的作用了,更重要的是不同的出水口选择不同目数的过滤网以及流量调节杆处于不同位置时可以实现选择性的过滤和节流。
本发明具备以下特征:
1、分水器的分水口成圆周形分布。
2、每个出水口均带有独立的过滤网,可以根据需要选择和更换不同目数的过滤网,不同出水口还可以过滤目数不同。
3、每个出水口根据需要调节水流量。
4、每个出水口根据使用情况,打开或者关闭。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种多功能分水器,包括主管道以及设在主管道上的多个分水口,其特征在于所述分水口上设置有过滤装置和水量调节装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述水量调节装置包括节流瓣和流量调节杆,所述流量调节杆通过安装在主管道上,并能沿着分水口的轴线旋转,流量调节杆和节流瓣通过活动螺纹连接,该活动螺纹使得流量调节杆的旋转带动节流瓣上下运动,所述节流瓣与分水口对接处设有圆锥面,节流瓣的上下运动使得其圆锥面与分水口所形成的水流空间的大小发生变化。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述主管道包括主体和主体盖,主体和主体盖通过螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述多个分水口呈圆周分布在主体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述分水口采用凸形结构,即其内部分水通道为上窄下宽,且宽窄通道的过渡处设有锥面与节流瓣的圆锥面对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述过滤装置采用过滤网,该过滤网套在分水口通道较窄的上端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述分水口的通道内部与节流瓣的外表面设有相对应的确保节流瓣上下运动的限位槽和限位块。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能分水器,其特征在于所述节流瓣和流量调节杆与主管道之间分别设置有密封圈。
