Abstract

본 명세서에서는 3D 서비스 처리 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 여기서, 본 발명에 따른 3D 서비스 장치의 일 예는, 3D 서비스를 포함한 방송 신호를 수신하는 수신부; 방송 신호로부터 3D 서비스에 관한 SI 정보를 추출하고 디코딩하는 SI 처리부; 3D 뷰 데이터와 뎁쓰 데이터를 디코딩하는 제1 처리부; 제1 처리부의 디코딩된 신호를 입력으로 상기 디코딩된 SI 정보에 기초하여 임의의 시점의 가상 뷰를 생성하는 제2 처리부; 및 제2 처리부에서 생성된 임의의 시점의 가상 뷰에 기초하여 3D 서비스 데이터를 생성하여 출력하는 아웃풋 포맷터;를 포함한다.
