Abstract
El sistema se basa en bombear el purín procedente de las convencionales balsas de almacenamiento de las instalaciones o granjas de porcino, hacia un separador de sólidos-líquidos, obteniéndose por una parte sólido que puede utilizarse como abono fertilizante, y una fase liquida que es sometida a un proceso de floculación, donde los lodos obtenidos en este proceso se hacen pasar por un filtro-prensa y el liquido es llevado a un equipo de electrocoagulación, donde se produce la electrolisis del agua, dentro del mismo equipo se produce la separación de fangos flotantes, fangos precipitados y el agua clarificada. Esta agua es apta para riego ya que contiene su fertilizante natural incluido, los fangos flotantes son llevados al filtro prensa, y el agua clarificada que no se utilice para riego es llevada a un deposito para su mejor tratamiento en la fase posterior. El fluido se somete a un proceso de electro-oxidación, filtraje y finalmente a un proceso de ósmosis para separar las sales y resto de impurezas respecto del agua y así obtener un líquido totalmente limpio.

SISTEMA DE TRATAMIENTO DE PURINES MEDIANTE ELECTROCOAGULACION Y ELECTRQXIDACIQN
D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCION
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de eliminación de purines con aprovechamiento del agua resultante, cuya evidente finalidad es la de realizar un tratamiento de los purines generados en las granjas de porcinos y conseguir la eliminación de las impurezas, para convertir el purín original en un abono o fertilizante para las tierras y poder aprovechar el agua resultante, mediante equipos apropiados, para riego, limpieza y vertido.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, los purines son la mezcla de heces, orines y del agua de lavado de los boxes o cochiqueras que se utilizan en granjas de porcinos, siendo obligatoria la existencia de una balsa de purines, hasta la que son canalizados éstos desde los diferentes puntos en los que se generan, de manera que la capacidad de la balsa será la adecuada en función del número de animales de la granja, para efectuar un vaciado periódico suficientemente distanciado en el tiempo.
En el tratamiento y eliminación de purines se consigue obtener abonos mediante los que se rocían los campos con la colaboración de una cisterna arrastrada por un tractor, lo que obliga a disponer de gran cantidad de suelo para dosificar convenientemente el purín, obligando además a que
dicho suelo esté disponible en el momento en el que hay que hacer el vaciado de la balsa.

El sistema que se preconiza se basa en un proceso de tratamiento de purines, iniciándose el tratamiento con el bombeo de los purines desde la correspondiente balsa de almacenamiento de la propia granja, constantemente en agitación mediante un agitador para mantener el purín homogeneizado conduciéndolo hasta un separador filtro prensa de sólidos-líquidos, obteniéndose un sólido con un 25-35% de humedad y un efluente con partículas entre 0,5-0,2 mm, según tamiz, el sólido obtenido entorno al 10% es utilizado como componente en la fabricación de compost y abonos solidos, enviándose a una zona de almacenaje de sólidos, efectuándose finalmente con esos sólidos una fase de secado en caso de que fuera preciso, pudiéndose realizar dicho secado de forma natural al aire libre o mediante aire forzado (método aerobico).
Por su parte, el purín líquido obtenido en el separador, es sometido a un proceso físico-quimico de coagulación-floculación - mediante un equipo de flotación DAF , donde por medio de micro burbujas de aire disuelto se hacen flotar los flóculos obtenidos a la superficie del tanque siendo retirados los lodos formados mediante un sistema de rasquetas móviles. En dicho proceso de coagulación-floculación - se inyecta a la entrada del equipo DAF el coagulante sintético en un mezclador purin/coagulante para la mezcla continua y homogénea del purín con el coagulante. Dicho coagulante no modifica ni PH, ni el contenido en cloruros del resultado final.
El efluente debidamente coagulado pasa al reactor de floculación donde se dosifica el floculante (copolimero cationico de acrilamida en
dispersión acuosa) tipo cationico de baja ionicidad y con peso molecular alto. En este reactor es agitado lentamente a bajas revoluciones para la formación de los floculos y conducido al tanque de flotación por aire disuelto, donde se obtiene un clarificado y un lodo, este lodo es trasvasado a un filtro prensa para su deshidratacion, siendo mezclados con los sólidos obtenidos en el proceso de separación sólido-líquido.
El efluente obtenido en el tanque DAF se hace pasar por un equipo de electrocoagulación, comprendiendo este equipo tres partes bien diferenciadas, una correspondiente a lo que se denomina cabezal, formado por un ánodo y un cátodo, otra correspondiente a un sistema de separación de fangos, y otra correspondiente a un sistema de dosificación de floculante, de manera que entre el ánodo y el cátodo del equipo de electrocoagulación se hace pasar el efluente produciéndose a su paso la electrólisis del mismo siendo ésta recogida en la parte inferior del equipo mediante un embudo cónico.
El agua tratada fluye hacia el sistema de separación de fangos, donde se almacena en un depósito de agua tratada y se realiza la separación entre fangos flotantes, fangos precipitados y agua clarificada, siendo los fangos flotantes retirados por rebose y conducidos al filtro prensa existente anteriormente, mientras que los fangos precipitados son vaciados, mediante una válvula automática instalada en el fondo del depósito y el agua tratada, se extrae automáticamente mediante un control de nivel electrónico.
Mediante el tratamiento electroquímico, en el que mediante una corriente eléctrica que atraviesa el fluido a tratar y con la colaboración de un ánodo de sacrificio, se generan compuestos químicos que separan o reducen o eliminan muy notablemente los sólidos, DQO ,nitrógeno, fosforo, metales pesados, etc ..
En este punto de tratamiento del purín, se obtiene agua apta para limpieza o uso como fertilizante liquido, con los siguientes valores:
- Reducción ±90% del nitrógeno total.
- Reducción del fósforo, superior al 99%.
- Reducción de metales pesados, superior al 99%.
- Eliminación de virus, bacterias, parásitos, ecoli, legionela, etc. - Eliminación de pesticidas y fitosanitarios.
- Eliminación de materia orgánica, olor, color, sólidos.
Este fluido es sometido a un siguiente proceso de electro- oxidación, aumentándose el pH con sosa cáustica.
En el citado proceso de electro-oxidación, el amonio que conlleva el agua se convierte en amoniaco, produciéndose oxidación por parte de los correspondientes ánodos catalíticos, y cuya oxidación se consigue en base a peróxido de hidrógeno, ozono, hipocloritos e hidróxidos.
Tras la oxidación, el nitrógeno amoniacal es convertido en nitrógeno gas y la materia orgánica soluble con desprendimiento de CO2, siendo el líquido enviado a un filtro de zeolita y carbón activo, en el que se produce la limpieza del color, pasando el líquido a ser incoloro.
Por último, dicho líquido sin color es sometido a un proceso de osmosis inversa, obteniéndose por una parte las sales y el resto de impurezas que lleva al líquido, y por otra parte se obtiene agua totalmente limpia, y en donde el análisis resultante de ésta da como resultado lo siguiente:
- Sólidos en suspensión 9 mg/1
- Materiales sedimentables 10 ml/1
- Sólidos gruesos ausentes
- DQO 82,0 mg/1
- Conductividad 1.500 μ8/αη a 20°C
- Color ausente
- Cromo III ausente
- Cromo IV ausente
- Níquel ausente
- Plomo ausente
- Cobre 0,28 mg/1
- Zinc 2,5 mg/1
- Sulfates 182 mg/1
- Fósforo total > 2 mg/1
- Nitrógeno amoniacal 20 mg/1
- Nitrógeno nítrico 15 mg/1
- Aceites y grasas ausentes
- Detergentes ausentes
Dicha agua obtenida es un líquido trasparente, inodoro y apto para cualquier uso.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de
realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un único dibujo en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
En la figura única mostrada en la hoja de planos referida, se representa el esquema correspondiente a un diagrama de bloques de las distintas fases del proceso de tratamiento y eliminación de purines objeto de la invención.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como se puede ver en la figura referida, desde la correspondiente balsa de purines con que al efecto debe contar la instalación o granja de animales porcinos, los purines son bombeados a un separador o filtro prensa (1) de sólido y líquido, obteniendo por una parte sólido que es enviado a un depósito de almacenamiento (2) de sólidos. Estos sólidos (2) almacenados en el depósito correspondiente, pueden ser utilizados, tras su secado bien al aire libre o mediante procesos artificiales, para abonos y fertilizantes de tierras mientras que el líquido es enviado a un tanque de flotación - floculación (3), donde tiene lugar un proceso de floculación, con la adicción del floculante respectivo a través del correspondiente dosificador (8). La acción de este floculante hace que se genere una precipitación de lodos en suspensión, siendo estos separados del líquido y llevados al filtro prensa para que sean prensados, y los lodos llevados a la zona de almacenaje de los mismos.
El efluente obtenido es conducido a un equipo de electrocoagulación (4) en el que se establece un cabezal formado por un ánodo y un cátodo, un sistema de separación de fangos, y un sistema de dosificación de coagulante, teniendo lugar una electrólisis del agua. Esta
electrólisis de los metales y las partes solidas en suspensión produce unos lodos que están en suspensión y que son llevados al filtro prensa, (1), donde se realiza precisamente el prensado y el secado de los lodos obtenidos en el proceso de electro coagulación siendo esos lodos mezclados con los sólidos obtenidos en el proceso de separación sólido-líquido.
El líquido obtenido del proceso de electrólisis es recogido en la parte inferior de dicho bloque o equipo de electrocoagulación (4) el agua tratada se hace pasar a un depósito (5) los fangos precipitados de la maquina de electrocoagulación son purgados, esta agua puede utilizarse como fertilizante, puesto que resulta un componente totalmente higienizado, sin olor, y con una reducción muy importante de materia orgánica.
Por último, el fluido resultante o agua tratada de la manera anteriormente descrita, se hace pasar a través de una etapa de electro- oxidación (6), aumentando el pH, para obtener la oxidación del amonio para su conversión en amoniaco, de manera tal que después de esa oxidación el nitrógeno amoniacal se convierte en nitrógeno gas y la materia orgánica soluble con desprendimiento de CO2, siendo el líquido enviado finalmente a una fase de filtrado (7) de zeolita-carbón activo, para producir la limpieza del color del líquido, para posteriormente ser sometido a una fase de osmosis inversa (9) para separar las sales y el resto de impurezas del líquido, respecto del agua totalmente limpia.
Claims
R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
Ia.- Sistema de tratamiento de purines mediante electrocoagulación y electroxidacion, que partiendo de compuesto de purines almacenados en las correspondientes balsas establecidas al efecto en las instalaciones o granjas de porcinos, se caracteriza porque desde dicha balsa el purín es bombeado a un separador sólidos-líquidos o filtro prensa (1), en el que los sólidos que son enviados a un recipiente de almacenaje (2) para secado de los mismos al aire libre o de forma artificial para obtener abonos fertilizantes para las tierras, mientras que los líquidos son enviados a un tanque de flotación-fio culación (3), tanque en el que se generan uno lodos que son enviados al filtro-prensa (1), a partir del cual son mezclados con los sólidos procedentes del depósito de almacenaje (2), mientras que la materia líquida se hace pasar por un equipo de electrocoagulación (4) para la separación de los fangos flotantes, de los fangos precipitados y el agua clarificada que se hace pasar a un depósito (5), siendo los fangos flotantes trasvasados por decantación y traspasados al filtro prensa (1), mientras que los fangos precipitados son purgados, y el agua tratada pasa a un proceso en donde se añade sosa caustica para aumentar el pH, para pasar a una etapa de electro-oxidación (6) y producirse la oxidación mediante fuertes oxidantes, de manera que el nitrógeno amoniacal obtenido en la oxidación es convertido en nitrógeno gas y la materia orgánica soluble con desprendimiento de CO2, siendo el líquido resultante enviado a un filtro de zeolita y carbón activo (7), para finalmente someterlo a un proceso de osmosis inversa (9) para separación de las sales e impurezas respecto del agua tratada y limpia.
