Abstract

Le système est basé sur le pompage du purin issu des réservoirs de stockage classiques des installations ou exploitations porcines, vers un séparateur de solides-liquides, un solide étant ainsi obtenu d'une part, lequel peut être utilisé comme engrais fertilisant, et d'autre part, une phase liquide qui est soumise à un procédé de floculation, les boues obtenues dans ledit procédé étant amenées à passer par un filtre-presse et le liquide étant acheminé vers un équipement d'électrocoagulation, dans lequel se produit l'électrolyse de l'eau, à l'intérieur dudit équipement se produisant la séparation de boues flottantes, de boues précipitées et de l'eau clarifiée. Cette eau est appropriée pour l'irrigation étant donné qu'elle contient son fertilisant naturel inclus, les boues flottantes sont acheminées vers le filtre-presse, et l'eau clarifiée qui n'est pas utilisée pour l'irrigation est acheminée vers un réservoir pour un meilleur traitement dans la phase ultérieure. Le fluide est soumis à un procédé d'électro-oxydation, filtrage et enfin à un procédé d'osmose pour séparer les sels et le reste d'impuretés par rapport à l'eau et obtenir ainsi un liquide totalement propre.
