La invención tiene por objeto el registro de un dispositivo de fijación ornamental aplicable especialmente sobre superficies planas, que comprende un cuerpo principal que presenta al menos una lámina ornamental y una lámina metálica unidas entre si por una de sus caras, estando vinculado dicho cuerpo principal de forma liberable a unos medios magnéticos de sujeción dispuestos sobre una superficie a decorar, habiéndose provisto unos medios de soporte fijados a la superficie a decorar, a la altura de los extremos del cuerpo principal, de manera que dicho cuerpo principal permanece bloqueado en su posición.

DISPOSITIVO DE FIJACION ORNAMENTAL
MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención tiene por objeto el registro de un dispositivo de fijación ornamental que incorpora notables innovaciones y ventajas.
Más concretamente, la invención se refiere a un dispositivo de fijación ornamental aplicable especialmente sobre superficies planas, que comprende un cuerpo principal vinculado a dicha superficie mediante de unos medios magnéticos.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En el sector de la decoración son conocidos los elementos ornamentales utilizados para conferir a estancias y espacios un aspecto visual mejorado. Estos elementos conocidos se aplican en general sobre paredes o techos de estancias o habitaciones que no requieren de una protección especial, pero su configuración no está pensada para un uso en lavabos o cocinas, donde las condiciones ambientales son más agresivas y se requiere de una frecuente limpieza con agua y detergentes; además tampoco se emplean sobre suelos por su fragilidad.
Por ello, los lavabos o cocinas se decoran con elementos resistentes a la humedad y que permiten una aplicación de detergentes para una limpieza eficaz. Estos elementos suelen ser azulejos y baldosas que se caracterizan por la dificultad de instalación, ya que requieren la ejecución de obras para su instalación con los perjuicios que conlleva. Además cuando el usuario desea modificar la decoración de la estancia ha de llevar a cabo obras para extraer los elementos antiguos y para proceder a la instalación de los nuevos.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se ha desarrollado con el fin de proporcionar un dispositivo de fijación ornamental que resuelva los inconvenientes anteriormente mencionados, aportando, además, otras ventajas adicionales que serán evidentes a partir de la descripción que se acompaña a continuación.
Es por lo tanto un objeto de la presente invención proporcionar un dispositivo de fijación ornamental aplicable especialmente sobre superficies planas, que se caracteriza por comprender un cuerpo principal que presenta al menos una lámina ornamental y una lámina metálica unidas entre si por una de sus caras, estando vinculado dicho cuerpo principal de forma liberable a unos medios magnéticos de sujeción dispuestos sobre una superficie a decorar, habiéndose provisto unos medios de soporte fijados a la superficie a decorar, a la altura de los extremos del cuerpo principal, de manera que dicho cuerpo principal permanece bloqueado en su posición.
Gracias a estas características se consigue un dispositivo de fijación ornamental fácil y rápidamente instalable que no requiere de obras para su instalación o sustitución. Además su configuración le permite su uso en cualquier estancia o habitación, ya sea sobre superficies horizontales como verticales con una gran versatilidad de montaje, y por otro lado también es posible la limpieza con detergentes para obtener una higiene óptima .
De forma ventajosa dicha lámina ornamental está hecha de vidrio laminado, corian o mármol y por su parte dicha lámina metálica está hecha de un material férrico, que permite la atracción de los medios magnéticos.
Según una característica de la invención, dicha lámina metálica presenta en sus extremos unos apéndices laminares y perpendiculares al cuerpo principal, de manera que se incrementa la superficie de contacto entre el cuerpo principal y dichos medios de soporte.
De forma preferente, dichos medios magnéticos presentan una pluralidad de elementos magnéticos aptos para ser fijados a la superficie a decorar, estando vinculado cada uno de dichos elementos magnéticos a sendas placas de fijación mediante un vástago fileteado. Presentando dichas placas de fijación al menos un orificio capaz de alojar un elemento de tornillería.
Los medios de soporte presentan al menos un zócalo fijado a la superficie a decorar con una pluralidad de elementos de tornillería. Dicho zócalo presenta en su cara frontal un elemento embellecedor encajado a presión.
Según una característica adicional de la invención, dicho cuerpo principal puede presentar una pluralidad de orificios configurados para permitir el paso de los extremos finales de las conducciones de servicio. Además dicho cuerpo principal también está configurado para permitir el paso de las conducciones de servicio entre el mismo cuerpo principal y la superficie a decorar .
Otras características y ventajas del dispositivo de fijación ornamental objeto de la presente invención resultarán evidentes a partir de la descripción de una realización preferida, pero no exclusiva, que se ilustra a modo de ejemplo no limitativo en los dibujos que se acompañan, en los cuales:

DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE
Tal como se muestra en las figuras adjuntas, se aprecia una realización preferida de un dispositivo de fijación ornamental, de acuerdo con la presente invención.
En la figura 1 aparecen una serie de detalles ampliados de la sección transversal del dispositivo de fijación para una mejor comprensión de la invención.
Como se puede apreciar en la figura 1, el dispositivo de fijación ornamental comprende un cuerpo principal 1 que presenta una lámina ornamental 2 y una lámina metálica 3 unidas entre sí por una de sus caras de forma permanente de manera que constituyen una unidad. De forma preferente la lámina ornamental 2 está hecha de vidrio laminado, que podrá decorarse en función de las necesidades ornamentales, aunque será posible sustituir el vidrio laminado por corian, mármol o cualquier material similar.
Dicho cuerpo principal 1 está vinculado de forma liberable a unos medios magnéticos de sujeción dispuestos sobre una superficie a decorar. Es por ello que la lámina metálica 3 está hecha de un material férrico compatible con los medios magnéticos, de forma que el cuerpo principal 1 puede liberarse fácilmente. Gracias a esta característica será posible sustituir el cuerpo principal 1 sin necesidad de hacer obras en la estancia o habitación, pudiendo actualizar rápidamente el aspecto.
Como se puede apreciar con más detalle en la figura 3, los medios magnéticos presentan una pluralidad de elementos magnéticos 4 aptos para ser fijados a la superficie a decorar, estando vinculado cada uno de dichos elementos magnéticos 4 a sendas placas de fijación 5 mediante un vástago fileteado 7 a modo de guía. Gracias a que estos vástagos fileteados 7 son regulables se puede mantener un contacto permanente entre el cuerpo principal 1 y los elementos magnéticos 4, independientemente de las irregularidades que tenga la superficie a decorar. También es posible colocar un casquillo y un resorte elástico 6 axialmente a dicho vástago fileteado 7, para evitar que dichos elementos magnéticos 4 giren libremente. Siguiendo en la figura 3, dichas placas de fijación 5 presentan unos orificios capaces de alojar unos elementos de tornillería que se introduce en la superficie a decorar .
Volviendo a la figura 1, para evitar una liberación accidental del cuerpo principal 1 de su posición vinculada a los medios magnéticos, se han previsto unos medios de soporte fijados a la superficie a decorar, a la altura de los extremos del cuerpo principal 1, de manera que dicho cuerpo principal 1 permanece bloqueado en su posición. Dichos medios de soporte presentan un zócalo 8 fijado a la superficie a decorar con una pluralidad de elementos de tornillería, pudiendo presentar cada zócalo 8 en su cara frontal un elemento embellecedor 9 encajado a presión. Cabe señalar que dichos zócalos 8 se instalan tanto en los extremos verticales como horizontales del cuerpo principal 1, puesto que dependiendo de las dimensiones o el relieve de la superficie a decorar no será posible cubrir toda la superficie con un solo cuerpo principal 1, sino varios. Adicionalmente y para corregir posible descuadres durante el montaje, puede regularse la distancia de dichos zócalos 8 respecto a la superficie a decorar.
Como se aprecia en la figura 1, el cuerpo principal 1 hace contacto con cada zócalo 8. El zócalo 8 situado en la parte inferior del cuerpo principal 1 está sobredimensionado respecto al zócalo 8 de la parte superior, puesto que ha de soportar una mayor proporción del peso total del cuerpo principal 1.
Las imperfecciones en la superficie a decorar pueden hacer que el cuerpo principal 1 se desplace excesivamente respecto a los zócalos 8. Para asegurar que el cuerpo principal 1 siempre mantenga el contacto óptimo con los zócalos 8, dicha lámina metálica 3 presenta en sus extremos unos apéndices 10 laminares y perpendiculares al cuerpo principal, de manera que se incrementa la superficie de contacto entre el cuerpo principal 1 y dichos zócalos 8.
Ventajosamente dicho cuerpo principal puede presentar una pluralidad de orificios (no representados) configurados para permitir el paso de los extremos finales de las conducciones de servicio. Asi será posible elegir con total libertad la disposición de elementos como grifos o inodoros; el instalador podrá configurar libremente una red de servicios dispuesta en el espacio interior formado por el cuerpo principal 1 y la superficie a decorar, con lo cual no serán visibles las conducciones de los servicios y se consigue un aspecto visual óptimo.
En la figura 2 se ilustra una vista en perspectiva de una aplicación del dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la invención .
Los detalles, las formas, las dimensiones y demás elementos accesorios, asi como los materiales empleados en la fabricación del dispositivo de fijación ornamental de la invención podrán ser convenientemente sustituidos por otros que sean técnicamente equivalentes y no se aparten de la esencialidad de la invención ni del ámbito definido por las reivindicaciones que se incluyen a continuación .

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental aplicable especialmente sobre superficies planas, caracterizado por el hecho de que comprende un cuerpo principal que presenta al menos una lámina ornamental y una lámina metálica unidas entre si por una de sus caras, estando vinculado dicho cuerpo principal de forma liberable a unos medios magnéticos de sujeción dispuestos sobre una superficie a decorar, habiéndose provisto unos medios de soporte fijados a la superficie a decorar, a la altura de los extremos del cuerpo principal, de manera que dicho cuerpo principal permanece bloqueado en su posición.
2. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicha lámina ornamental está hecha de vidrio laminado, corian o mármol.
3. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicha lámina metálica está hecha de un material férrico.

Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicha lámina metálica presenta en sus extremos unos apéndices laminares y perpendiculares al cuerpo principal, de manera que se incrementa la superficie de contacto entre el cuerpo principal y dichos medios de soporte.

Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que dichos medios magnéticos presentan una pluralidad de elementos magnéticos aptos para ser fijados a la superficie a decorar, estando vinculado cada uno de dichos elementos magnéticos a sendas placas de fijación mediante un vástago fileteado.
6. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado por el hecho de que dichas placas de fijación presentan al menos un orificio capaz de alojar un elemento de tornilleria .
7. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que dichos medios de soporte presentan al menos un zócalo fijado a la superficie a decorar con una pluralidad de elementos de tornilleria.
8. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho zócalo presenta en su cara frontal un elemento embellecedor encajado a presión.
9. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho cuerpo principal presenta una pluralidad de orificios configurados para permitir el paso de los extremos finales de las conducciones de servicio.
10. Dispositivo de fijación ornamental según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho que dicho cuerpo principal está configurado para permitir el paso de las conducciones de servicio entre el mismo cuerpo principal y la superficie a decorar.
