Abstract

本发明公开了一种双悬边喇叭,包括框体、音圈、音膜、上悬边及下悬边,该框体设置有收容空间,该音圈设置于该收容空间内,该音圈内中空部的底端依次往顶端方向设有第一磁体、第一华司及第二磁体,该第一磁体底端设置有卡持于框体底部的圆铁,该音膜覆盖于该音圈顶部,该上悬边设置于该框体的顶端并连接该音膜,该下悬边设置于该框体的底端并连接该音圈。本发明的双悬边喇叭通过上悬边以及下悬边的设计,令上悬边及下悬边运动时产生上下推挽制衡,分散音圈往复运动的偏心,令音圈作更垂直不偏移的往返运动,从而获得完美音质;同时促使音圈振动的平稳性加强,从而可提高输出功率及降低产品的不良率。

双悬边喇叭
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种喇叭,尤其是涉及一种双悬边喇叭。
背景技术
较佳的悬边需具备良好的支撑性、适当的顺从性、较佳的吸震能力及回复性三点。因良好的支撑性可令音圈保持直线之往复运动而能使覆盖于音圈的音膜得以平稳地握持;适当的顺从性才不致悬边太硬而牵制音圈的往复运动或导致悬边变形;吸震能力与回复性则影响中、低音域的失真。
现有的喇叭结构如图5所示,悬边40’粘接于音膜30’上,所述音膜30’覆盖于音圈20’上,悬边40’位于音膜30’及框体10’上以支持所述音膜30’之周边,并且遮断音膜30’前后之空气流动,利于音圈20’作前后运动。
但是,悬边40’透过音膜30’间接性与音圈20’握持,无法保持良好的支撑性,音圈20’无法作最佳平稳的垂直切割运动;因悬边40’稳定性低,而牵制音圈20’的垂直运动,而且其吸震能力与回复性差,因此,当功率大时易产生偏摆而使音质失真,并且造成输出功率受限,进而增加产品的不良率。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对上述背景技术存在的缺陷提供一种可加强音圈振动的平稳性、降低生产不良率及输出功率增加的双悬边喇叭。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开了一种双悬边喇叭,其包括框体、音圈、音膜、上悬边及下悬边,所述框体设置有收容空间,所述音圈设置于所述收容空间内,所述音圈内中空部的底端依次往顶端方向设有第一磁体、第一华司及第二磁体,所述第一磁体底端设置有卡持于框体底部的圆铁,所述音膜覆盖于所述音圈顶部,所述上悬边设置于所述框体的顶端并连接所述音膜, 所述下悬边设置于所述框体的底端并连接所述音圈。
进一步地,所述上悬边之断面为向上凸起之凸面,所述下悬边之断面为向下凸起之凹面。
进一步地,所述音圈为跑道形状薄片。
进一步地,所述收容空间底部两侧分别于所述框体内设置有卡持槽,所述第一华司两侧设置有第二华司,所述第二华司卡持于所述卡持槽内,所述下悬边卡设于所述第二华司及所述圆铁间。
进一步地,所述第二华司设置有凸唇部及抵接部,所述圆铁与所述抵接部相对设置,所述第一华司与所述第二华司的凸唇部间设置有空隙,所述音圈置于所述空隙间。
综上所述,本实用新型双悬边喇叭通过上悬边及所述下悬边的设计,令上悬边及下悬边运动时产生上下推挽制衡的功效,分散所述音圈往复运动之偏心,令所述音圈作更垂直不偏移之往返动作,从而获得完美之出音品质;同时促使音圈振动的平稳性加强,从而可提高输出功率及降低产品的不良率。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本实用新型的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型双悬边喇叭包括框体10、音圈20、音膜30、上悬边41及下悬边42。所述框体10为长方体状,所述框体10设置有跑道形状的收容空间11,所述收容空间11底部两侧分别于所述框体10内设置有卡持槽12。
所述音圈20为跑道形状薄片,所述音圈20设置于所述收容空间11内。所述音圈20内中空部的底端依次往顶端方向设有长方体状的第一磁体50、第一华司60及第二磁体70,所述第一磁体50底端设置有卡持于框体10底部的圆铁80;所述第一华司60设置于第一磁体50上方,所述第一华司60两侧设置有两横截面呈倒L形的第二华司90,所述第二华司90卡持于所述卡持槽12内,所述第二华司90设置有凸唇部91及抵接部92,所述圆铁80与所述抵接部92相对设置,所述第一华司60与所述第二华司90的凸唇部91间设置有空隙13,所述音圈20置于所述空隙13间;所述第二磁体70设置于所述第一华司60上方。
所述音膜30覆盖于所述音圈20顶部。所述上悬边41设置于所述框体10的顶端并连接所述音膜30,所述上悬边41之断面为向上凸起之凸面411。所述下悬边42设置于所述框体10的底端并连接所述音圈20底部,所述下悬边42卡设于所述抵接部92及所述圆铁80之间,所述下悬边42之断面为向下凸起之凹面421。
综上所述,本实用新型双悬边喇叭通过上悬边41之凸面411及所述下悬边42之凹面421形成反向对置的半弧状设计,令上悬边41及下悬边42运动时产生上下推挽制衡的功效,分散所述音圈20往复运动之偏心,令所述音圈20作更垂直不偏移之往返动作,从而获得完美之出音品质;所述上悬边41及下悬边42的设置促使音圈20振动的平稳性加强,从而可提高输出功率及降低产品的不良率。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的一种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种双悬边喇叭,包括框体(10)、音圈(20)、音膜(30)、上悬边(41)及下悬边(42),其特征在于:所述框体(10)设置有收容空间(11),所述音圈(20)设置于所述收容空间(11)内,所述音圈(20)内中空部的底端依次往顶端方向设有第一磁体(50)、第一华司(60)及第二磁体(70),所述第一磁体(50)底端设置有卡持于框体(10)底部的圆铁(80),所述音膜(30)覆盖于所述音圈(20)顶部,所述上悬边(41)设置于所述框体(10)的顶端并连接所述音膜(30),所述下悬边(42)设置于所述框体(20)的底端并连接所述音圈(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双悬边喇叭,其特征在于:所述上悬边(41)之断面为向上凸起之凸面(411),所述下悬边(42)之断面为向下凸起之凹面(421)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双悬边喇叭,其特征在于:所述音圈(20)为跑道形状薄片。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双悬边喇叭,其特征在于:所述收容空间(11)底部两侧分别于所述框体(10)内设置有卡持槽(12),所述第一华司(60)两侧设置有第二华司(90),所述第二华司(90)卡持于所述卡持槽(12)内,所述下悬边(42)卡设于所述第二华司(90)及所述圆铁(80)间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双悬边喇叭,其特征在于:所述第二华司(90)设置有凸唇部(91)及抵接部(92),所述圆铁(80)与所述抵接部(92)相对设置,所述第一华司(60)与所述第二华司(90)的凸唇部(91)间设置有空隙(13),所述音圈(20)置于所述空隙(13)间。
