Abstract
Selon l'invention, une centrale (PP) à combustible fossile peut fournir une réponse dynamique améliorée par arrêt de condensat et éventuellement par chauffe indirecte. La centrale (PP), qui utilise un cycle de vapeur d'eau, comprend six préchauffeurs de condensat (21-26) disposés en série pour effectuer le préchauffage par échange de chaleur avec de la vapeur extraite des turbines à vapeur (7-10). Des conduites d'extraction de vapeur (23'-26') comportent une soupape à action rapide (23"-26") pouvant arrêter l'écoulement de la vapeur d'extraction, de sorte que la vapeur supplémentaire s'écoulant par les turbines assure un accroissement de charge important allant jusqu'à 10% dans un court laps de temps de 10 secondes. Dans le cas d'une centrale (PP) à charbon, celle-ci (PP) comprend un silo d'alimentation (45) à charbon pulvérisé assurant une accélération rapide de la vitesse d'alimentation de la chaudière (1) en charbon et du taux d'allumage. Cela permet de maintenir l'accroissement de charge sur une période plus longue.
