Description

一种屋瓦或墙体构件及其制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种屋瓦或墙体构件及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种编织而成的屋瓦或墙体构件及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前在公园、度假村或旅游景点等场所使用的装饰瓦大多是琉璃瓦或者金属瓦,这样的瓦显得庄重、威严,但是这样的瓦也有其缺点,如重量大,不容易安装,而且价格比较贵,而且没有自然的乡村气息。
如中国实用新型专利申请号为200820212577.9的专利公开了一种仿真金属茅草瓦,其由薄金属片制成,包括实瓦片部分和毛须部分及安装孔,其总体形状为长方形的瓦状,实瓦片部分位于长方形瓦状的上部,毛须部分位于长方形瓦状的下部,毛须部分为条状,安装孔位于实瓦片部分的中上位置。该发明仿真金属茅草瓦防漏效果差、浪费金属材料、以及不便于安装且成本比较高。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种成本低、隔热和防漏效果好的屋瓦或墙体构件及其制作方法,以解决现有技术中成本高及防漏效果差等问题。
技术解决方案
解决本发明的技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种屋瓦或墙体构件,所述屋瓦或墙体构件是由至少一根编条编织成的,所述屋瓦或墙体构件包括由编条编织成的实体部和须部,所述实体部包括上表面层和下表面层,所述上表面层和下表面层的中间设置有一层与所述上表面层和下表面层粘结的具有隔热、透气、防冲击、防雷电和防漏作用的功能膜层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述编条的材质为合成树脂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述功能膜层为聚乙烯或者聚氯乙烯材料。
以及,本发明还提供了一种屋瓦或墙体构件的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
将至少一根材质为合成树脂的编条编织成一片状的型材,型材的上下表面层将有编条延伸,使得合成树脂型材形成有实体部与须部;
在实体部的里面粘合上一层功能膜层,然后将型材相对应折合固定,从而形成了仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件。
作为本发明制作方法的进一步改进,所述功能膜层与上下表面层的粘合方法可以通过覆膜,热压或者胶水粘结在一起。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具备以下优点:本发明的屋瓦或墙体构件由于具有功能膜层,这种屋瓦或墙体构件具有防雨、防腐效果,其颜色可以模仿成茅草颜色,如稻草黄和草绿,它色泽美观、重量轻、不腐烂、不生虫、成本低、经久耐用、以及便于安装,是仿天然植物屋顶最理想的装饰材料;另外,本发明屋瓦或墙体构件符合绿色环保的要求,可适用在任何天气和地方,给人以大自然、仿璞归真的感觉。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
植物瓦, 植物墙或者植物类屋顶遮盖物是人类最高使用的屋顶与屋墙建筑材料,本发明提供了一种具有仿植物外观装饰作用同时有实用功能的仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件。
如图1至图3所示,该仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件10是由合成树脂编织而成的。编织方式有多种,可以横向编织,可以纵向编织,还可以斜向编织。该仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件的结构主要包括三层,其中上下表面层是由多根材质为合成树脂的编条11编织成的,中间层是设置在上下表面层之间的功能膜层12,其功能是隔热、防水、保温、透气等。该功能膜层为聚乙烯(PE)或者聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料。该中间层与上下表面层的粘合方法可以通过覆膜,热压或者用胶水的方式粘结。使用编织方式生产的仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件10外形更具有弹性,其长度和宽度可以随建筑的条件制作,更省材料,施工快,自重轻,成本低,以及防水效果好等优点。
该仿真植物屋瓦或墙体构件10的具体编制方法如下:将至少一根仿植物外观的材质为合成树脂的编条11编织成一片状的型材,型材的上下表面层将有编条11延伸,使得合成树脂片状型材形成有实体部与须部,在实体部的里面设置上一层面积略小于实体部的功能膜层12,然后将型材相对应折合固定,从而形成了这种仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件10。
本发明的屋瓦或墙体构件10将该屋瓦或墙体构件安装到屋顶的横梁或纵梁上或屋身墙体的横柱或纵柱上。
本发明的屋瓦或墙体构件具有防雨、防腐效果,其颜色可以模仿成茅草颜色,如稻草黄和草绿,它色泽美观、重量轻、不腐烂、不生虫、成本低、经久耐用、以及便于安装,是仿天然植物屋顶最理想的装饰材料。本发明符合绿色环保的要求,可适用在任何天气和地方,给人以大自然、仿璞归真的感觉。

  1. 一种屋瓦或墙体构件,所述屋瓦或墙体构件是由至少一根编条编织成的,所述屋瓦或墙体构件包括由编条编织成的实体部和须部,所述实体部包括上表面层和下表面层,其特征在于:所述上表面层和下表面层的中间设置有一层与所述上表面层和下表面层粘结的具有隔热、透气、防冲击、防雷电和防漏作用的功能膜层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的屋瓦或墙体构件,其特征在于:所述编条的材质为合成树脂。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的屋瓦或墙体构件,其特征在于:所述功能膜层为聚乙烯或者聚氯乙烯材料。
  4. 一种屋瓦或墙体构件的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
    将至少一根材质为合成树脂的编条编织成一片状的型材,型材的上下表面层将有编条延伸,使得合成树脂型材形成有实体部与须部;
    在实体部的里面粘合上一层功能膜层,然后将型材相对应折合固定,从而形成了仿植物屋瓦或墙体构件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的屋瓦或墙体构件的制作方法,其特征在于:所述功能膜层与上下表面层的粘合方法可以通过覆膜,热压或者胶水粘结在一起。
