Description

LED广告灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种广告灯, 尤其是涉及一种 LED广告灯。 背景技术
现有技术中, LED广告灯用于为各种广告招牌或特定区域提供照明, 由 于 LED广告灯不具有供使用者调整其摆设角度的结构设计, 因此当 LED广 告灯需要被改变摆设角度或是照明范围时,则必须再将 LED广告灯拆卸下来 并且改变其安装位置, 才能够达成使用者的目的。
此外, 由于一般 LED广告灯仅具有固定的发光角度, 故于 LED广告灯 的照明范围内, LED广告灯能够照射到远处的光量较小, 而照射到近处的光 量较大, 造成光线分布明显不均。
基于以上说明, 现有的 LED广告灯亟待改进。 发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明的目的之一在于提供一种可调整摆设 角度的 LED广告灯。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种使远处照明亮度与近处照明亮度相当的 LED广告灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种 LED广告灯,包括: 一壳体;
一电路模块, 设于该壳体中;
一 LED模块, 包括多个 LED灯珠, 且该些 LED灯珠设置于该电路模块 上;
一多角度聚光手段, 设置于该些 LED灯珠上方, 以聚集该些 LED灯珠 所输出的光线; 其中, 该多角度聚光手段用以使至少二个 LED灯珠的光线, 分别朝向不同的方向聚集输出;
一支架; 以及
一角度调节板组, 固定于该壳体, 且位于该壳体与该支架之间; 其中, 该角度调节板组与该支架间具有一限位关系, 以使该壳体与该支架形成一特 定角度。
较佳地,该角度调节板组包括一第一角度调节板以及一第二角度调节板, 且该支架具有一第一连接臂以及一第二连接臂; 其中, 该第一连接臂与该第 二连接臂分别枢接于该第一角度调节板以及该第二角度调节板。

于本较佳实施例中, 广告灯主体 11的外壳即为 LED广告灯的壳体, 且 LED模块包括多个 LED灯组 111, 而电路模块包括相对应于多个 LED灯组 111 的多个电路板 (图中未标示) 以及对应于多个电路板且供多个电路板设 置于其上的陶瓷板体(图中未标示),且每一 LED灯组 111所包括的若干 LED 灯珠皆设置于每一电路板上; 其中,广告灯主体 11内还设置有一多角度聚光 手段, 其设置于该些 LED灯珠的上方, 以聚集该些 LED灯珠所输出的光线, 并使至少二个 LED灯珠的光线, 分别朝向不同的方向聚集输出。
较佳者,多角度聚光手段包括相对应于多个 LED灯组 111的多个聚光镜 片 1111, 且每一聚光镜片 1111上具有相对应于若干 LED灯珠的多个聚光镜 1112; 其中, 每一 LED灯珠皆设置于电路板与聚光镜片 1111之间, 且位于 相对应的聚光镜 1112的下方, 以令每一聚光镜 1112能够聚集相对应的 LED 灯珠所输出的光线。 特别说明的是, 于本发明 LED广告灯 11中, 至少二个 分别对应于不同 LED灯组 111中的聚光镜 1112的光线聚集方向朝向不同的 方向。
当然, 上述仅为一实施例, 此当亦可由本技术领域的普通技术人员依据 实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计; 举例来说, 可变更设计为, 以单 一整片型电路板取代多个电路板(本实施例的电路板数量为四个),抑或是变 更设计为, 以单一整片型聚光镜片取代多个聚光镜片 (本实施例的聚光镜片 数量为四个)。
此外, 于本较佳实施例中, 聚光镜片 1111的底部还设置有多个 LED灯 收纳腔 1113, 以分别容置任一 LED灯珠; 其中, LED灯收纳腔 1113的顶部 设置有一聚光方向调节部 11131, 且聚光方向调节部 11131的曲率半径小于 LED灯收纳腔 1113的中部或下部的曲率半径。
又, 于本较佳实施例中, 同一个 LED灯组 111中的所有聚光镜 1112的 光线聚集方向相同, 且任一 LED灯组 111中的所有聚光镜 1112设置于同一 平面。此外,任一聚光镜 1112朝向外侧方向的角度依据从外到内的顺序而依 次变小, 如图 7中夹角 小于夹角 。 当然, 上述仅为一实施例, 并不以此 局限本发明的应用范畴。
基于上述说明,本实施例中的 LED广告灯 11在聚光镜片 1111的聚光镜 1112的作用下, 每一 LED灯组 111的光线聚集方向能够分别以不同的角度 向外射出, 如此可于 LED广告灯 11的照明范围内, 使 LED广告灯 11照射 在远处的灯光量大于 LED广告灯 11照射在近处的灯光量, 进而使远处的照 明亮度相同于近处的照明亮度。

其中,本实施例的 LED广告灯 2大致类似于本发明第一较佳实施例中所 述者, 在此即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前述第一较佳实施例不同之 处在于, 支架 22更包括第一定位板 225以及第二定位板 226, 且第一定位板 225以及第二定位板 226分别固定于第一连接臂 221以及第二连接臂 222; 其中, 第一连接臂 221位于第一定位板 225与第一角度调节板 231之间, 而 第二连接臂 222位于第二定位板 226与第二角度调节板 232之间。 又, 多个 凸出部 224并非是设置于第一连接臂 221与第二连接臂 222上, 而是设置于 第一定位板 225以及第二定位板 226上。
是以, 当其前方结合有一片平面玻璃 210的广告灯主体 21 (于本实施例 中, 至少包括一前壳体 211、 一后壳体 212与一框体 213 ) 被调整时, 支架 22保持固定不动,而第一角度调节板 231以及第二角度调节板 232则分别且 同时地以第一连接臂 221以及第二连接臂 222的转轴 223为轴心进行转动, 直到广告灯主体 21被调整至适当的摆设角度, 同时, 任一凸出部 224会卡 嵌于定位孔 234中的一适当者, 以令广告灯主体 21保持固定于该适当的摆 设角度。 因此, 本发明 LED广告灯 2能够被调整摆设角度, 且操作上非常简 单、 方便快捷。
同样地, 上述仅为一实施例, 此当亦可由本技术领域的普通技术人员依 据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计; 举例来说, 可变更设计为, 将 定位孔 234设置于第一定位板 225以及第二定位板 226上, 而将凸出部 224 设置于第一角度调节板 231以及第二角度调节板 232上, 如此亦可达到使广 告灯主体 21 限位的功效; 再举例来说, 可变更设计为, 第一定位板 225 以 及第二定位板 226中仅一者设置凸出部 224, 而第一角度调节板 231以及第 二角度调节板 232中的相对应者 (亦仅为第一角度调节板 231以及第二角度 调节板 232中的一者)设置有定位孔 234, 如此亦可达到使广告灯主体 21限 位的功效; 再举例来说, 凸出部 224的数量及其分布状态和定位孔 234的数 量及其分布状态亦皆可因实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计。
当然, 上述各种第一定位板 225与上述各种第一角度调节板 231, 可组 成本发明所述的一角度调节板组, 且上述各种第二定位板 226与上述各种第 二角度调节板 232, 可组成本发明所述的另一角度调节板组。
再者, 本较佳实施例与前述第一较佳实施例不同之处还在于, 电路模块 仅包括单一电路板 24以及供单一电路板 24设置于其上的单一金属板体 (图 中未标示), 且所有 LED灯组所包括的所有 LED灯珠 2115皆设置于单一电 路板 24上。又, 多角度聚光手段包括对应于该些 LED灯珠 2115且各自独立 的多个聚光镜 2112以及用以固定所有聚光镜 2112的聚光镜固定板 2114。特 别说明的是,至少二个分别对应于不同 LED灯珠 2125的聚光镜 2112的光线 聚集方向朝向不同的方向。
再者, 本较佳实施例与前述第一较佳实施例不同之处还在于, LED广告 灯 2更包括一散热模块 25, 且散热模块 25包括散热风扇 251以及多个散热 鳍片 252; 其中, 该多个散热鳍片 252设置于散热风扇 251与电路模块之间, 如此设计是用以将该些 LED灯珠 2115输出光线时所产生的热能向外排出。
基于上述说明, 本实施例中的 LED广告灯 2亦可在聚光镜 2112的作用 下, 使每一 LED灯组 211的光线聚集方向能够分别以不同的角度向外射出, 如此可于 LED广告灯 2的照明范围内, 使 LED广告灯 2照射在远处的灯光 量大于 LED广告灯 2照射在近处的灯光量,进而使远处的照明亮度相同于近 处的照明亮度。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种 LED广告灯, 包括:
一壳体;
一电路模块, 设于该壳体中;
一 LED模块, 包括多个 LED灯珠, 且该些 LED灯珠设置于该电路模块 上;
一多角度聚光手段, 设置于该些 LED灯珠上方, 以聚集该些 LED灯珠 所输出的光线; 其中, 该多角度聚光手段用以使至少二个 LED灯珠的光线, 分别朝向不同的方向聚集输出;
一支架; 以及
一角度调节板组, 固定于该壳体, 且位于该壳体与该支架之间; 其中, 该角度调节板组与该支架间具有一限位关系, 以使该壳体与该支架形成一特 定角度。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该角度调节板组包括一第一 角度调节板以及一第二角度调节板, 且该支架具有一第一连接臂以及一第二 连接臂; 其中, 该第一连接臂与该第二连接臂分别枢接于该第一角度调节板 以及该第二角度调节板。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该第一连接臂以及该第一角 度调节板中的一者具有至少一凸出部, 且该第一连接臂以及该第一角度调节 板中的另一者具有至少一定位孔, 供该至少一凸出部卡嵌于该至少一定位孔 内, 以使该广告灯主体与该支架形成该特定角度; 抑或是该支架更包括固定 于该第一连接臂的一定位板, 且该第一连接臂位于该定位板与该第一角度调 节板之间,其中该定位板以及该第一角度调节板中的一者具有至少一凸出部, 且该定位板以及该第一角度调节板中的另一者具有至少一定位孔, 供该至少 一凸出部卡嵌于该至少一定位孔内, 以使该广告灯主体与该支架形成该特定 角度。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该至少一凸出部为柱体, 且 该柱体垂直于该第一连接臂、 该第一角度调节板或该定位板。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该第一连接臂以及该第一角 度调节板中的一者设置有一转轴, 且该第一连接臂以及该第一角度调节板中 的另一者设置有一轴孔; 其中, 该转轴穿设于该轴孔以使该第一连接臂枢接 于该第一角度调节板。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该至少一凸出部是以该转轴 或该轴孔为一圆心而分布于该圆心的周围。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该至少一定位孔是以该轴孔 或该转轴为一圆心而分布于该圆心的周围。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该支架为 U形支架, 且该第 一连接臂以及该第二连接臂分别位于该 U形支架的两侧。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该 LED模块包括多个 LED 灯组, 且每一该 LED灯组包括该多个 LED灯珠中的至少部分 LED灯珠; 其 中, 该电路模块包括多个电路板, 以分别使每一该 LED灯组所包括的 LED 灯珠皆设置于每一该电路板上, 抑或是该电路模块包括单一电路板, 以供所 有该 LED灯珠皆设置于该单一电路板上。
10、如权利要求 9所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该多角度聚光手段包括至少 一聚光镜片, 且每一该聚光镜片具有多个聚光镜, 以使设置于每一该电路板 上的任一该 LED灯珠皆分别位于相对应的该聚光镜的下方;抑或是该多角度 聚光手段包括多个聚光镜以及至少一聚光镜固定板, 该至少一聚光镜固定板 用以固定该多个聚光镜,且该单一电路板上的该多个 LED灯珠皆分别位于相 对应的该聚光镜的下方。
11、如权利要求 10所述的 LED广告灯, 其中至少二个位于相同 LED灯 组上方的该聚光镜的光线聚集方向朝向相同的方向。
12、如权利要求 10所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该多个 LED灯组中的任一 者上方的所有该聚光镜设置于同一平面。
13、 如权利要求 10所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该多个聚光镜中的至少一 者朝向外侧方向的角度依据从外到内的顺序而依次变小。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该至少一聚光镜片的底部 设置有多个 LED灯收纳腔, 以容置该多个 LED灯珠; 其中, 该多个 LED灯 收纳腔中的至少一者的顶部设置有一聚光方向调节部, 且该聚光方向调节部 的曲率半径小于该 LED灯收纳腔的中部或下部的曲率半径。
15、如权利要求 9所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该电路模块更包括多个陶瓷 板体, 且该多个电路板分别形成于该多个陶瓷板体上; 抑或是该电路模块更 包括单一金属板体, 且该单一电路板形成于该单一金属板体上。
16、 如权利要求 1所述的 LED广告灯, 更包括一散热模块, 且该散热模 块设置于该电路模块的邻近处。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该散热模块包括一散热风 扇以及多个散热鳍片, 且该多个散热鳍片设置于该散热风扇与该电路模块之 间。
18、 一种 LED广告灯, 包括:
一广告灯主体, 具有一 LED模块;
一电路模块, 设置于该广告灯主体中, 以驱动该 LED模块输出光线; 一支架; 以及
一角度调节板组, 固定于该广告灯主体, 且位于该广告灯主体与该支架 之间;
其中, 该角度调节板组枢接于该支架, 且该支架以及该角度调节板组中 的一者具有至少一凸出部, 而该支架以及该角度调节板组中的另一者具有至 少一定位孔, 以于该至少一凸出部卡嵌于该至少一定位孔内时, 该广告灯主 体与该支架间形成一特定角度。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该角度调节板组包括一第 一角度调节板以及一第二角度调节板, 且该支架具有一第一连接臂以及一第 二连接臂; 其中, 该第一连接臂与该第二连接臂分别枢接于该第一角度调节 板以及该第二角度调节板。

至少一聚光镜片, 具有多个聚光镜, 以使任一该 LED灯珠皆分别位于相 对应的该聚光镜的下方; 其中, 该多个聚光镜分别用以聚集其所对应的该 LED灯珠所输出的光 线, 且至少二个分别位于不同 LED灯组上方的该聚光镜的光线聚集方向, 是 分别朝向不同的方向设置。
36、如权利要求 35所述的 LED广告灯, 其中至少二个位于相同 LED灯 组上方的该聚光镜的光线聚集方向朝向相同的方向。
37、如权利要求 35所述的 LED广告灯, 其中该些 LED灯组中的任一者 上方的所有该聚光镜设置于同一平面。
