隔板 2与盒体 1底部的内表面的夹角为钝角, 即隔板 2是斜插进盒体 1内 的, 而且隔板 2是向斜形口 3那一边倾斜的, 即隔板 2的倾斜方向与斜形口 3 下方的斜板 104 的方向一致, 从而限定了拿取的方向, 方便了工人伸手进入盒 体 1内部, 拿取零件。
盒体 1顶部的两侧缘 10上设有相对的凹槽 6, 所述凹槽 6位于楔形孔 4与 盒体 1末端之间。

盒体 1的背面上端还设有挂钩 7。整个零件盒就可以一批一批的挂在架子上, 盒体 1的背面的底端还设有滑轮 8,所述滑轮 8的最底端高于盒体 1底部外 侧的平面 2mm; 所述盒体 1的正面还设有标签板 9, 所述标签板 9与盒体 1正 面外侧的平面的夹角为锐角, 具体为, 标签板 9与盒体 1正面的斜形口 3下方 的斜板 104的夹角为锐角。 标签板 9上可以贴上活动标签, 方便零件的分类, 标签板 9的角度设计符合工人的视线, 方便了工人的观察, 能够提高工作效率。 因此, 当零件盒水平放置的时候, 滑轮 8不会与地面接触, 滑轮 8不具有载重 功能, 零件盒可以安稳地放置在地面上, 如图 10所示, 当提拉标签板 9的时候, 零件盒倾斜, 滑轮 8与地面接触, 使零件盒滑动起来。 本实施例的斜口零件盒由塑料制成。

由于顶盖 5可以收容在盒体 1底部, 也所以把多个本实施例的零件盒叠起 来, 统一管理。
盒体 1背面的挂钩 7可以使大量的零件盒统一的悬空地挂在架子上, 既节 省工厂空间, 又能方便堆放并管理。
盒体 1也可以放置在抽屉架内, 盒体 1背面底端的滑轮 8可以使盒体 1的 抽取方便。 为了使用上的方便, 在抽屉架的顶部设置挡板, 所述挡板的位置恰 好位于拉钩 521的运行线路上, 当盒体 1水平地从抽屉架内拖出时, 凸块 52的 拉钩 521会卡在挡板上, 使顶盖 5沿折痕翻开, 凸块 52嵌入凹槽 6内, 使得零 件盒的前端部分伸出抽屉架并悬空, 实现半自动翻盖功能。
