Abstract

햅틱전자보드 기반의 시각장애인용 학습정보 제공 시스템 및 방법에 개시된다. 시각장애인용 학습정보 제공 시스템은 강의 및 저작 프로그램과 연동된 학습정보 서버; 학습정보 서버로부터 유무선 네트워크(LAN, WLAN)를 통해 저시력인용 학습정보를 수신받고, 화면 확대 및 축소 기능을 제공하는 저시력인용 뷰어 프로그램이 설치되는 제1 정보 출력 장치(PC); 및 고유의 장치 ID를 사용하여 근거리 무선 네트워크(ZigBee, 또는 Bluetooth)를 통해 학습정보 서버로 접속하고, 학습정보 서버로부터 햅틱전자보드로 수신된 전맹인용 학습정보를 촉각정보로 변환하여 전맹인에게 촉각 정보를 전달하는 제2 정보 출력 장치(햅틱전자보드)를 포함한다. 학습정보 서버는 강의 및 저작 프로그램에 의해 저작된 학습정보를 촉각 정보 자동 변환 기술을 사용하여 시각 장애의 정도가 상이한 시각장애인에게 전달한다.
