Abstract

아세트산 - 아인산 또는 아세트산 - 삼염화인 축합체 50 내지 60 중량부, NaOH, KOH, K2CO3 및 Na2CO3 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 알칼리성 중화제 15 내지 20 중량부를 120 내지 140 ℃ 온도에서 1 내지 2시간 동안 교반, 반응시켜 제조하며 1 중량% 수용액의 pH가 6 내지 8인 본 발명의 열 기계장치 및 배관 내부의 스케일제거용 및 방청용 화합물 및 그것을 함유한 조성물에 의해 기존 화학세관제 보다 적은량으로도 우수한 스케일제거 효과를 발휘하며 CO2 배출저감, 독성 유해물질 대체 등 2차 환경오염을 방지하는 중성 물질로 사용 및 취급이 용이함은 물론 사용 후에도 배관 등 금속 재질의 표면에 손상을 입히지 않음으로써 장비 수명을 연장시켜 경제적 손실을 방지할 수 있다.
