Description

잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기
본 발명은 내용물을 일정량씩 배출 사용할 수 있게 한 에어리스 배출펌프가 결합된 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 화장품 용기 내의 내용물을 사용함에 따라 그 내용물의 잔량을 육안으로 빠르고 정확하게 확인할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 용기 내에 수용된 내용물을 적당량 씩 배출 사용할 수 있도록 하는 수단 중의 하나로 화장품 용기 별도의 에어리스 배출펌프(Airless outlet pump)를 장착하여 사용하게 된다.
상기의 에어리스 배출펌프는 용기 내에 수용된 내용물을 소량 배출시켜 사용할 수 있도록 설계되어 있어 기능성 화장품 등이 수용된 용기에 많이 적용되고 있는 추세이다.
이에 따라 상기의 에어리스 배출펌프를 작동시켜 내용물을 배출 사용할 때, 용기의 내부에 삽입된 디스크가 위쪽으로 이동하면서 용기에 수용된 내용물이 항상 배출펌프의 하측과 디스크의 상측에 가득 들어차 있는 상태를 유지하게 되는 것이고, 상기와 같이 용기 내의 내용물을 위로 밀어 올려주는 디스크의 특성상 디스크가 유동하는 용기의 내면이 매끄러워야 하고 디스크의 외경에 대하여 균일한 내경을 갖고 있어야 하는 것이다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 에어리스 배출펌프가 장착된 화장품 용기는 용기의 외표면에 화장품의 품명이나 제조사 또는 다양한 색상이나 디자인의 표현을 통해 미려한 심미감을 얻고자 그 용기 전체를 불투명의 소재로 제작하게 되므로 그 내용물의 잔량을 확인할 수 없는 문제점을 갖고 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 내용물의 잔량을 확인하지 못하게 됨에 따라 잔량의 완전소모시 새로운 화장품을 미처 구매하지 못하여 화장을 할 수 없는 폐단이 발생하게 되는 것이고, 상기와 같은 에어리스 배출펌프가 장착된 기능성 화장품 용기는 대부분 작고 가벼운 형태를 갖고 있으므로 내용물의 잔량 확인을 위해 이를 흔들어보거나 무게를 가늠해 보더라도 이를 정확히 알 수 없어 내용물의 소진에 따라 종종 당황스러운 상황을 겪게 되는 것이다.
이에 따라 공개실용신안 제20-2008-001831호(공개일자 2008년06월16일)와 같이, 투명의 유리재 또는 합성수지재로 성형된 투명용기를 통해 내용물의 잔량을 용이하게 식별할 수 있도록 하면서도 인쇄된 눈금을 통해 일회 사용량을 정확히 측정할 수 있도록 한 잔량 확인이 가능한 화장품 용기가 안출된 바 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 잔량 확인이 가능한 화장품 용기는 유리 또는 합성수지에 의한 투명용기로만 이루어져 있으므로 자외선에 의해 변질 및 변색이 쉽게 발생하는 화장품의 특성을 고려하지 못함에 따라 화장품의 내용물이 쉽게 변질되거나 변색되는 문제점을 갖고 있는 것이다.
즉, 투명용기로 인해 내용물에 대한 잔량 확인은 쉽고 정확하게 확인될 수 있으나 대부분의 화장품은 사용기간이 긴 편에 속하므로 내부의 내용물이 자외선에 쉽게 노출되면서 사용기한 및 유동기간이 지나치게 짧아지는 문제점을 갖게 되어 지극히 비경제적인 것이다.
또한, 상기와 같이 투명의 용기로 인해 잔량 확인의 용이함을 갖고 있는 반면 내부의 내용물이 외부로 그대로 드러나면서도 배출펌프 및 하측의 디스크 역시 외부로 그대로 드러나 보이므로 고급스럽고 미려한 외장을 연출하지 못하게 되는 것이고, 투명의 용기에 제품명이나 회사 또는 다양한 정보 등을 인쇄하는 경우 이들을 소비자가 정확하게 인지할 수 없어 제품에 대한 차별성이 뚜렷하지 못한 문제점을 내포하고 있는 것이다.
본 발명은 전기한 바와 같은 문제점을 개선한 것으로서, 에어리스 배출펌프가 결합된 불투명의 내부용기에 투명의 외부용기를 이중으로 결합 형성하되, 상기 외부용기의 내면에는 삽입홈을 형성하고, 상기 삽입홈에는 내부용기 내측의 디스크와 연결된 잔량표시지가 삽입되게 구성함에 따라,
내용물의 배출 사용에 따라 디스크가 상승하면 디스크와 함께 잔량표시지가 하강하며 내용물에 대한 잔량을 투명의 외부용기를 통해 정확하고 빠르게 인지할 수 있도록 한 특징의 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기를 제공함에 본 발명의 목적이 있는 것이다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 선단에 에어리스 배출펌프가 결합되고 내부에는 내용물이 주입되며 하부 내측으로는 디스크가 삽입되어 이루어진 불투명의 내부용기와, 내면에 수직의 삽입홈이 형성되고 상기 삽입홈에는 전기한 디스크의 하측과 연결된 별도의 잔량표시지가 삽입되게 한 투명의 외부용기를 각기 구비하되,
전기한 내부용기의 외면에 상기의 외부용기를 밀착 결합하여, 내부용기의 내용물이 소진됨에 따라 디스크가 상승하면 외부용기를 통해 보여지는 잔량표시지에 의해 내부용기의 내용물에 대한 잔량을 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 구성하여 된 것이다.
본 발명은, 불투명의 내부용기로 인해 내용물에 대한 변질이나 변색 등을 예방할 수 있으면서도, 내부용기 외면에 대하여 다양한 인쇄부를 형성함에 따라 제품에 대한 특징 및 고유성을 제공 및 연출할 수 있는 것이고, 내부용기의 인쇄부는 투명의 외부용기를 통해 투시되므로 더욱 고급스러운 심미감을 연출할 수 있는 것이며, 외부용기를 통해 육안으로 투시되는 잔량표시지를 통해 내용물의 잔량을 정확하고도 손쉽게 인지 및 확인할 수 있으므로 사용상의 편리함이 가일층 향상되는 것이다

본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니 되며, 발명자는 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 전체 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 분리 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 전체 단면도이다.
도시와 같이 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는 에어리스 배출펌프(11)가 결합된 내부용기(10)와, 상기 내부용기(10)의 외측으로 결합되는 외부용기(20)로 이루어져 있는 것으로서, 상기의 내부용기(10)는 충전되는 내용물(12)에 대한 변색이나 변질을 방지하기 위해 불투명재로 이루어져 있는 것으로 필요에 따라서는 자외선 차단물질을 혼합하여 성형할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기와 같은 내부용기(10)의 내측으로는 별도의 디스크(13)가 삽입되는 것으로서, 개방된 내부용기(10)의 하단을 이용하여 내용물(12)을 충입한 후 상기의 디스크(13)를 삽입시켜 내용물(12)에 밀착될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
또한, 상기의 외부용기(20)는 투명의 합성수지를 이용하여 사출 형성된 것으로, 바람직하게는 상측이 개방되어 있고 하단은 밀폐된 형태의 것이 이상적이고, 상기와 같은 외부용기(20)의 내면에는 수직의 삽입홈(21)이 형성되어 있는 것이다.
이에 따라 상기와 같은 내부용기(10)의 외측으로 투명의 외부용기(20)를 삽입하여 밀착 결합시키되, 전기한 디스크(13)의 저면에 연결된 잔량표시지(30)가 상기 외부용기(20)의 삽입홈(21) 내측으로 끼워지도록 하는 것이다.
이때의 잔량표시지(30)는 시인성이 우수한 컬러를 갖고 있어야 할 것이고, 꺽이지는 않으면서도 자유롭고 부드럽게 구부러지는 형태의 필름지가 이상적일 것이다.
이에 따라 도 4의 도시와 같이 내부용기(10) 내에 내용물(12)이 가득 들어차 있어 디스크(13)가 하강된 상태라면 잔량표시지(30)의 끝단은 외부용기(20)의 삽입홈(21) 내 상측단에 위치하게 될 것이고, 에어리스 배출펌프(11)를 통해 사용자가 내용물(12)을 사용함에 따라 점진적으로 내용물(12)이 소진되면 도 5의 도시와 같이 디스크(13)가 상승하게 될 것이고, 디스크(13)의 상승에 따라 상기의 잔량표시지(30) 역시 디스크(13)를 따라 내부용기(10)의 내부에서 상승하면서 외부용기(20)를 통해 투시되는 잔량표시지(30)의 끝단은 외부용기(20)의 삽입홈(21)으로부터 하강하게 되는 것이다.
그러므로, 사용자는 잔량표시지(30)가 보여지는 높이가 결국 내용물(12)의 잔량으로 인식하게 되는 것이고, 이는 실제 내부용기(10)의 내용물 잔량과 동일한 수준을 유지하게 될 것이므로 보다 구체적이고 정확한 잔량 확인이 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
특히, 상기 내부용기(10)의 하단은 개방되어 있고 개방된 하단은 외부용기(20)의 바닥면보다 상측에 위치하도록 함에 따라 외부용기(20)의 삽입홈(21) 하단이 내부용기(10)에 의해 가려지지 않도록 함에 따라 삽입홈(21)의 하단을 이용하여 잔량표시지(30)가 이동할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
여기서, 상기 내부용기(10)의 하단과 외부용기(20)의 바닥면이 일치하도록 결합한 상태에서 내부용기(10)의 하부 일측에 잔량표시지(30)가 삽입될 수 있도록 한 별도의 통공을 형성하여도 무방할 것이다.
이에 따라 상기와 같이 화장품 용기 내의 내용물을 사용함에 따라 디스크(13)가 상승하면 이와 연동하여 외부로부터 투시되는 잔량표시지(30)가 점점 짧아지면서 내용물(12)의 잔량을 빠르고 신속하게 인지 및 확인할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기와 같은 본 발명의 화장품 용기는 내부용기(10)가 불투명이므로 자외선으로부터 내용물에 대한 보호가 이루어질 수 있는 것이고, 투명의 외부용기(20)는 잔량표시지(30)를 보호하는 동시에 또렷하게 투시하여 확인할 수 있는 것이며, 내부용기(10)의 외면에 대하여 다양한 인쇄를 통해 제품의 특징이나 제조사 등의 정보를 인쇄하게 되면 이들 인쇄부가 외부용기(20)를 통해 투시되면서도 더욱 고급스러운 심미감을 연출하게 되는 것이다.
여기서, 본 발명의 화장품 용기에 대한 다른 실시예로서 도 6의 도시와 같이 상기 잔량표시지(30)는 내부용기(10)와 동일한 색상으로 투시되게 구성하는 대신, 상기 잔량표시지(30)와 대응하는 내부용기(10)의 외면에는 내부용기(10) 및 잔량표시지(30)와 대비되는 색상으로 인쇄하여 된 이종색상부(14)를 형성함에 따라 내부용기(10)에 내용물(12)이 가득 들어차 있는 경우에는 잔량표시지(30)에 의해 내부용기(10)의 이종색상부(14)가 은폐되어 있어 이를 확인하지 못하다가 내용물을 점진적으로 소진함에 따라 디스크(13)가 상승하고 잔량표시지(30)의 노출 단부가 하강하면 점차 상기의 이종색상부(14)가 노출될 것이므로 이종색상부(14)의 노출량에 따라 내용물(12)의 잔량을 확인할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이에, 본 발명의 화장품 용기는 내용물에 대한 변질을 방지하면서도 더욱 고급스럽고 미려한 심미감을 연출하는 동시에 내용물의 잔량에 대한 정확하고 빠른 인지와 확인이 가능하여 사용상의 편리함이 매우 뛰어난 것이다.
특히, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는 도 7의 도시와 같이 외부용기(20)의 삽입홈(21) 내에 별도의 투명관(40)을 삽입 형성하고 상기의 투명관(40) 내측으로 잔량표시지(30)가 삽입되도록 구성할 수도 있는 것인데, 이와 같은 경우 상기의 외부용기(20)과 투명관(40)을 서로 다른 색상의 투명소재로 성형하여 이종의 컬러가 표현되게 한 외장을 연출할 수 있는 것이고, 상기 투명관(40)을 통해 잔량표시지(30)가 안전하게 보호될 수 있도록 함에 따라 더욱 안정감 있는 사용상태를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기와 같은 투명관(40)은 평단면상 원형 또는 삼각이나 사각의 단면으로 구성할 수 있는 것이고, 이와 같은 투명관(40)에 대한 다양한 단면 형상은 외부용기(20)를 통해 투시되는 투명관(40)의 외형으로 인한 고급스럽고 미려한 심미감을 연출하는데 더욱 효과적일 것이다.
특히, 본 발명의 화장품 용기를 구성함에 있어, 내부용기(10)의 하단 일측에 별도의 간섭방지구(15)를 결합 형성함에 따라 상기의 잔량표시지(30)가 더욱 부드럽고 자연스럽게 이동될 수 있는 것인데, 이는 내부용기(10)의 하단 모서리에 잔량표시지(30)가 간섭되거나 모서리에 의한 꺽임이 발생하면서 잔량표시지(30)가 원활하게 이동하지 못하는 문제점을 해소하기 위한 것이다.
즉, 도 8의 도시와 같이 내부용기(10)의 하단으로부터 잔량표시지(30)를 향하는 일측에는 핀 결합구조 도는 안치구조 등을 이용하여 롤러 또는 볼과 같은 간섭방지구(15)를 회전 가능 상태로 결합 형성하고, 상기의 잔량표시지(30)는 전기한 간섭방지구(15)를 경유하여 내측의 디스크(13)와 연결되도록 구성하면 되는 것이다.
이에 따라 내부용기(10)의 내용물을 사용함에 따라 디스크(14)가 상승하게 되면 잔량표시지(30)는 디스크(14)를 따라 이동하게 될 것이고, 이동하는 과정에서 내부용기(10)의 하단으로부터 꺽임 상태가 되는 잔량표시지(30)는 회전 가능한 상태인 간섭방지구(15)와 접촉하게 되면서, 디스크(13)의 상승에 따라 잔량표시지(30)에 작용하는 이동력은 상기 간섭방지구(15)를 회전시키는 힘으로 작용하게 되므로 결국 상기의 잔량표시지(30)는 간섭방지구(15)의 회전에 따라 부드럽고 자연스럽게 이동될 수 있는 것이다.
이에, 상기의 잔량표시지(30)는 디스크(13)의 상승력에 전혀 방해가 되지 않으면서도 내부용기(10)와의 직접적인 접촉을 회피할 수 있으므로 더욱 효율적인 사용이 가능한 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일실시예에 불과할 뿐이고 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형 예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 선단에 에어리스 배출펌프(11)가 결합되고 내부에는 내용물(12)이 주입되며 하부 내측으로는 디스크(13)가 삽입되어 이루어진 불투명의 내부용기(10)와, 내면에 수직의 삽입홈(21)이 형성되고 상기 삽입홈(21)에는 전기한 디스크(13)의 하측과 연결된 별도의 잔량표시지(30)가 삽입되게 한 투명의 외부용기(20)를 각기 구비하되,
    전기한 내부용기(10)의 외면에 상기의 외부용기(20)를 밀착 결합하여, 내부용기(10)의 내용물(12)이 소진됨에 따라 디스크(13)가 상승하면 외부용기(20)를 통해 보여지는 잔량표시지(30)의 높이에 의해 내부용기(10)의 내용물(12)에 대한 잔량을 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    내부용기(10)의 하단은 개방되게 구성하여 전기한 잔량표시지(30)가 개방된 내부용기(10)의 하단을 통해 디스크(13)와 연결되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    잔량표시지(30)의 노출 외면은 내부용기(10)와 동일한 색상을 갖도록 구성하고, 상기 잔량표시지(30)와 대응하는 위치의 내부용기(10) 외면에는 잔량표시지(30)와는 다른 색상의 이종색상부(14)를 인쇄 형성함에 따라 내용물의 배출에 따라 잔량표시지(30)의 끝단이 하강하면 이종색상부(14)가 노출되면서 잔량에 대한 확인이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    외부용기(20)의 삽입홈(21)에는 별도의 투명관(40)을 삽입 형성하고, 상기 투명관(40)의 내측으로 잔량표시지(30)가 삽입되어 외부로부터 잔량표시지(30)가 투시되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    내부용기(10)의 하단 일측에는 회전 가능한 간섭방지구(15)를 결합 형성하여, 디스크(13)의 상승에 의해 이동하는 잔량표시지(30)가 내부용기(10) 하단과의 간섭없이 간섭방지구(15)의 회전에 의해 부드럽게 이동되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    간섭방지구(15)는, 내부용기(10)의 하단에 회전 가능하게 결합된 롤러 또는 볼 중 어느 하나의 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 잔량 표시수단을 갖는 에어리스 화장품 용기.
