Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un système de production de gaz de houille de houille maigre ce par quoi il est possible de produire un gaz de houille dont le composant principal est du gaz de synthèse (H2 et CO). Dans ce but, la présente invention comprend : une unité d'alimentation (1) pour guider et faire avancer de la houille maigre qui a été introduite dans une trémie (11) ; un four rotatif (2) qui comprend un corps principal rotatif (21) et qui fait tourner le corps principal (21) et soumet la houille maigre, laquelle a été introduite par l'intermédiaire de l'unité d'alimentation (1) dans le corps principal (21), à une décomposition thermique de façon à la décharger sous la forme de gaz de synthèse et de produit de carbonisation ; une première unité de séparation (3) qui est reliée au four rotatif (2) et qui récupère le produit de carbonisation en permettant au produit de carbonisation de s'écouler dans un moyen d'élimination de produit de carbonisation (33) sous le poids du produit de carbonisation lui-même et induit le gaz de synthèse seul à émerger ; une seconde unité de séparation (4) qui est reliée à la première unité de séparation (3) et qui piège tout goudron contenu dans le gaz de synthèse par l'intermédiaire d'un épurateur de refroidissement et récupère celui-ci au moyen d'un moyen d'élimination de goudron (42) et induit le gaz de synthèse à haute pureté seul à émerger ; et un réservoir de maintien (5) qui est relié à la seconde unité de séparation (4) et contient le gaz de synthèse à haute pureté. Le gaz de synthèse stocké dans le réservoir de maintien (5) peut être directement utilisé comme matière brute pour une génération d'électricité et pour produire de l'huile de synthèse, du DME, du méthanol et de l'hydrogène à haute pureté.
