在以上的实施方式中, 设置在皮肤伤口 10两侧缝合结构之间的可伸缩的 缝合力调节装置可采用多个按扣的结构, 通过将不同的按扣扣合在一起, 即 可调节皮肤伤口 10两侧缝合结构之间的距离, 进而达到调节皮肤伤口 10缝 合力的目的。 作为优选的实施方式, 所述缝合力调节装置包括锁扣 2、 锁条 4 以及设置在锁扣 2上的锁紧件 3, 所述锁扣 2固定设置在基带 8上, 锁条 4穿 套于锁扣 2内, 锁紧件 3可将锁条 4锁紧或松动配合在锁扣 2内。 当需要调 节皮肤伤口 10的缝合力时, 可通过松动锁紧件 3, 即可使锁条 4在锁扣 2内 来回移动, 当移动到皮肤的受力适度时, 利用锁紧件 3将锁条 4锁紧在锁扣 2 内即可。 锁条 4可采用图 1与图 2中所示的棘条结构, 锁紧件 3为卡接在棘 条相邻棘齿之间的棘爪, 当棘爪向上提起, 即可使棘条在锁扣 2 内来回移动 调节对皮肤伤口 10的缝合力, 缝合力调节好后, 棘爪下行插接到相邻两棘齿 之间即可; 锁条 4也可以采用图 3与图 4中所示的平面条形结构, 锁紧件 3 为设置在锁扣 2 内的滚珠, 当往锁扣 2的一侧松动滚珠时, 即可使平面条形 的锁条 4在锁扣 2内来回移动调节对皮肤伤口 10的缝合力,缝合力调节好后, 利用滚珠压紧该锁条 4即可。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 皮肤伤口缝合器, 包括设置在皮肤伤口 (10) 两侧的缝合结构, 在皮 肤伤口 (10) 两侧的缝合结构之间设置有可伸缩的缝合力调节装置, 其特征 是: 在皮肤伤口 (10) 两侧的缝合结构之间设置有测量缝合力大小的测力装 置, 所述测力装置一端设置在皮肤伤口 (10) —侧的缝合结构上, 测力装置 另一端设置在皮肤伤口 (10) 另一侧的缝合结构上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的皮肤伤口缝合器, 其特征是: 所述测力装置为可 伸缩的量尺, 在量尺上设置有显示缝合力大小的力度标识 (5)。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的皮肤伤口缝合器, 其特征是: 所述量尺包括左尺 (6) 与右尺 (7 ), 在右尺 (7) 内设置有插接孔 (9), 所述左尺 (6) 滑动配 合在插接孔 (9) 内, 力度标识 (5) 设置在左尺 (6) 上。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的皮肤伤口缝合器, 其特征是: 所述插接孔 (9) 为盲孔, 在盲孔底部与左尺 (6) 活动端之间设置有弹性元件 (11 ), 所述力 度标识 (5 ) 为设置在左尺 (6) 上的刻度线。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的皮肤伤口缝合器, 其特征是: 所述量尺为具有盘 形体 (12) 与卷尺 (13 ) 的盘形卷尺, 卷尺 (13 ) 盘绕在盘形体 (12) 内, 盘形体 (12) 设置在皮肤伤口 (10) —侧的缝合结构上, 卷尺 (13 ) 的端头 延伸出盘形体 (12) 并设置在皮肤伤口 (10) 另一侧的缝合结构上, 力度标 识 (5) 设置在卷尺 (13 ) 上。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项权利要求所述的皮肤伤口缝合器, 其 特征是: 所述设置在皮肤伤口 (10) 两侧的缝合结构包括支持带 (1 ) 以及设 置在支持带 (1 ) 上表面的基带 (8), 缝合力调节装置以及测力装置的两端均 设置在皮肤伤口 (10) 两侧的基带 (8) 上。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的皮肤伤口缝合器, 其特征是: 所述缝合力调节装 置包括锁扣 (2 )、 锁条 (4) 以及设置在锁扣 (2 ) 上的锁紧件 (3 ), 所述锁 扣 (2) 固定设置在基带 (8)上, 锁条 (4) 穿套于锁扣 (2) 内, 锁紧件(3) 可将锁条 (4) 锁紧或松动配合在锁扣 (2) 内。
