优选地, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为从第二通信设备的 余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话 资费之前, 向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换成功信息;
所述第一通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为根据付费切换成功信息, 从 第一通信设备余额中扣除第一通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效点之 前产生的通话资费, 并向第一通信设备反馈提示信息, 提醒用户本次通话 中, 付费切换生效点后产生的通话费用从第二通信设备余额中扣除。
优选地, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为当第二通信设备不 满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件时, 向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付 费切换失败信息。
本发明实施例所提供的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法和系统, 在第一 通信设备与第二通信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额不足, 采用第 二通信设备的计费装置从第二通信设备余额中代扣第一设备在本次通话过 程中的产生的通话资费的方式, 有效地避免了因第一通信设备余额不足而 导致通话终止现象的发生, 提高了用户使用通信设备的体验效果。 附图说明

参见图 1 , 提出本发明实施例的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法一实施 例, 包括:
步驟 S101、 在第一通信设备与第二通信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信 设备余额不足时, 第一通信设备的计费装置向第二通信设备的计费装置发 送付费切换请求;
步驟 S102、 第二通信设备的计费装置根据付费切换请求, 判断第二通 信设备是否满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件;
步驟 S103、 当第二通信设备满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件时, 第 二通信设备的计费装置从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次 通话中产生的通话资费。
上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 第一通信设备的计费装 置为: 第一通信设备所归属的 MSC ( Mobile Switching Center, 移动交换中 心), 或者是第一通信设备所归属的 SSP ( Service Switching Point, 业务交 换点)。 同理, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置为: 第二通信设备所归属的 MSC, 或者是第二通信设备所归属的 SSP。
上述实施例中, 第一通信设备的余额是否不足, 是通过监控第一通信 设备的余额在本次通话中可用通话时长, 当可用通话时长小于或等于预设 的通话时长阈值, 则表明余额不足。
另外, 上述实施例中, 第二通信设备能够代替第一通信设备付费的条 件是: 第二通信设备的余额值大于或等于预设的余额阈值。
上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例, 在第一通信设备与第二通 信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额不足, 采用第二通信设备的计费 装置从第二通信设备余额中代扣第一设备在本次通话过程中的产生的通话 资费的方式, 有效地避免了因第一通信设备余额不足而导致通话终止现象 的发生, 提高了用户使用通信设备的体验效果。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 第二通信设备 的计费装置在收到第二通信设备反馈的用户确认信息前提下, 实现从第二 通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的通话资费。 即第 二通信设备的计费装置在确认第二通信设备满足代替第一通信设备付费的 条件后, 便向第二通信设备发送用户是否同意付费切换的询问信息, 第二 通信设备将该询问信息显示给用户, 用户可以通过按键的方式选择同意或 不同意。 然后第二通信设备将用户反馈的同意或不同意意见发送第二通信 设备的计费装置。 第二通信设备的计费装置在收到用户反馈的同意信息, 才执行从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的通 话资费的操作。
其中, 第二通信设备的计费装置向第二通信设备发送用户是否同意付 费切换的询问信息可以采用语音询问的方式。
上述实施例中, 若第二通信设备的计费装置收到用户反馈的不同意信 息, 或者在设定时间内没有收到用户反馈的信息, 则向第一通信设备的计 费装置反馈付费切换失败信息。 第一通信设备的计费装置收到付费切换失 败信息后则按照原有的扣费流程处理, 即当第一通信设备余额用尽时, 通 过语音提示的方式通知用户余额不足, 并终止本次通话。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 付费切换请求 携带有以下信息: 第一通信设备的电话号码、 第二通信设备的电话号码、 第一通信设备的通话资费费率和付费切换生效时间点。 其中所述付费切换 生效时间点精确到秒。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 第二通信设备 的计费装置从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备产生的通话资费具 体为: 第二通信设备的计费装置自所述付费切换生效时间点开始, 根据第 一通信设备的通话资费费率, 从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备 在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费。 即第二通信设备的 计费装置, 在付费切换生效时间点之前, 只从第二通信设备的余额中扣除 第二通信设备在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点前产生的通话资费。 而在 付费切换生效时间点之后, 则从第二通信设备的余额中扣除第一通信设备 和第二通信设备两者在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资 费。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 在第二通信设 备的计费装置从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中付 费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费之前还包括如下处理: 第二通信设备 的计费装置向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换成功信息。 第一通信 设备的计费装置根据付费切换成功信息, 从第一通信设备余额中扣除第一 通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效点之前产生的通话资费, 并向第一 通信设备反馈提示信息, 以提醒用户本次通话中, 付费切换生效点后产生 的通话费用从第二通信设备余额中扣除。
上述实施例中, 第一通信设备的计费装置在从第一通信设备余额中扣 除第一通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效点之前产生的通话资费之后, 还生成第一通信设备的扣费清单, 以用户的后续查询。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 所述第二通信 设备的计费装置根据付费切换请求, 判断第二通信设备是否满足代替第一 通信设备付费的条件之后还包括:
当第二通信设备不满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件, 则第二通信设 备的计费装置向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换失败信息。 本实施例中, 第二通信设备的计费装置向第一通信设备的计费装置反 馈付费切换失败信息之后, 第一通信设备的计费装置则按照原有的扣费流 程处理, 即余额用尽时, 通过语音的方式通知用户余额不足, 并终止本次 通话。
本发明实施例的通信设备的通话扣费处理的方法中, 当第二通信设备 满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件, 也可以由第二通信设备的计费装置从 第二通信设备余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的全部通话资 费。 第一通信设备的计费装置将已从第一通信设备余额中扣除的本次通话 中产生的通话资费返回给第一通信设备。
另外, 本发明实施例的通信设备的通话扣费处理的方法实施例中, 第 一通信设备的计费装置和第二通信设备的计费装置可以是同一计费装置。 当第一通信设备的计费装置和第二通信设备的计费装置为同一计费装置 时, 则在第一通信设备与第二通信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额 不足, 则计费装置生成付费切换指令, 并根据付费切换指令判断第二通信 设备是否满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件; 若是, 则从第二通信设备的 余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的通话资费。 其中, 计费装置 所执行的 "判断第二通信设备是否满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件, 以 及从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的通话资 费的操作" 与上述实施例中第二通信设备的计费装置处理流程一致。
上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法实施例中, 第一通信设备和第二通 信设备可以是固定座机电话, 移动电话如手机、 小灵通, 也可以是具有通 话功能的电脑, 如具有通话功能的平板电脑等。 另外, 第一通信设备可以 是主叫用户, 也可以是被叫用户。 同理, 第二通信设备可以是主叫用户, 也可以是被叫用户。
本发明实施例的上述通信设备的通话扣费处理方法适用各种呼叫类 型, 如非漫游呼叫类型、 漫游呼叫类型。 参见图 2, 漫游呼叫类型和非漫游 呼叫类型分别包括本地呼叫类型和长途呼叫类型。 本地呼叫类型和长途呼 叫类型又分别包括网内呼叫和网间呼叫。 网内呼叫类型又包括局内呼叫类 型和局间呼叫类型。
由上可知, 采用本发明实施例提供的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法, 可以有效地避免因余额不足而导致通信设备通话终止现象的发生, 提高了 用户使用通信设备的体验效果, 保证了运营商没有欠费风险, 同时还提高 了运营商的盈利。
参见图 3 ,提出本发明实施例的通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100—实 施例, 其包括: 第一通信设备的计费装置 110和第二通信设备的计费装置 120。 其中, 第一通信设备的计费装置 110, 用于在第一通信设备与第二通 信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额不足, 向第二通信设备的计费装 置 120发送付费切换请求;
第二通信设备的计费装置 120, 用于根据付费切换请求, 判断第二通信 设备是否满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件; 以及当第二通信设备满足代 替第一通信设备付费的条件, 则从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设 备在本次通话中产生的通话资费。
其中, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例中, 第一通信设 备的计费装置 110 为: 第一通信设备所归属的 MSC ( Mobile Switching Center , 移动交换中心), 或者是第一通信设备所归属的 SSP ( Service Switching Point, 业务交换点)。 同理, 第二通信设备的计费装置 120为: 第一通信设备所归属的 MSC, 或者是第一通信设备所归属的 SSP。
上述实施例中, 第一通信设备的余额是否不足, 是通过第一通信设备 的计费装置 110监控第一通信设备的余额在本次通话中可用通话时长, 当 可用通话时长小于或等于预设的通话时长阈值, 则表明余额不足。 上述方法实施例中, 第二通信设备能够代替第一通信设备付费的条件 是: 第二通信设备的余额值大于或等于预设的余额阈值。
上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例, 在第一通信设备与第 二通信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额不足, 采用第二通信设备的 计费装置 120从第二通信设备余额中代扣第一设备在本次通话过程中的产 生的通话资费的方式, 有效地避免了因第一通信设备余额不足而导致通话 终止现象的发生, 提高了用户使用通信设备的体验效果。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例中, 第二通信 设备的计费装置 120,具体用于在收到第二通信设备反馈的用户确认信息前 提下, 实现从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生 的通话资费的操作。 即第二通信设备的计费装置 120在确认第二通信设备 满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件后, 便向第二通信设备发送用户是否同 意付费切换的询问信息, 第二通信设备将该询问信息显示给用户, 用户可 以通过按键的方式选择同意或不同意。 然后第二通信设备将用户反馈的同 意或不同意意见发送第二通信设备的计费装置 120。第二通信设备的计费装 置 120在收到用户反馈的同意信息, 才执行从第二通信设备的余额中代扣 第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的通话资费的操作。
其中, 第二通信设备的计费装置 120向第二通信设备发送用户是否同 意付费切换的询问信息可以采用语音询问的方式。
上述实施例中, 若第二通信设备的计费装置 120收到用户反馈的不同 意信息, 或者在设定时间内没有收到用户反馈的信息, 则向第一通信设备 的计费装置 110反馈付费切换失败信息。 第一通信设备的计费装置 110收 到付费切换失败信息后则按照原有的扣费流程处理, 即当第一通信设备余 额用尽时, 通过语音提示的方式通知用户余额不足, 并终止本次通话。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例中, 付费切换 请求携带有以下信息: 第一通信设备的电话号码、 第二通信设备的电话号 码、 第一通信设备的通话资费费率和付费切换生效时间点。 其中付费切换 生效时间点精确到秒。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例中, 第二通信 设备的计费装置 120, 具体还用于自付费切换生效时间点开始,根据第一通 信设备的通话资费费率, 从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本 次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费。 即第二通信设备的计费 装置 120, 在付费切换生效时间点之前, 只从第二通信设备的余额中扣除第 二通信设备在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点前产生的通话资费。 而在付 费切换生效时间点之后, 则从第二通信设备的余额中扣除第一通信设备和 第二通信设备两者在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例中, 第二通信 设备的计费装置 120,还用于从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在 本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费之前, 向第一通信设备 的计费装置 110反馈付费切换成功信息。
第一通信设备的计费装置 110, 还用于根据付费切换成功信息, 从第一 通信设备余额中扣除第一通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效点之前产 生的通话资费, 并向第一通信设备反馈提示信息, 以提醒用户本次通话中, 付费切换生效点后产生的通话费用从第二通信设备余额中扣除。
上述实施例中, 第一通信设备的计费装置 110在从第一通信设备余额 中扣除第一通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效点之前产生的通话资费 之后, 还生成第一通信设备的扣费清单, 以用户的后续查询。
优选地, 上述通信设备的通话扣费处理系统 100 实施例中, 第二通信 设备的计费装置 120,还用于当第二通信设备不满足代替第一通信设备付费 的条件, 向第一通信设备的计费装置 110反馈付费切换失败信息。 本实施例中, 第二通信设备的计费装置 120向第一通信设备的计费装 置 110反馈付费切换失败信息之后, 第一通信设备的计费装置 110则按照 原有的扣费流程处理, 即余额用尽时, 通过语音的方式通知用户余额不足, 并终止本次通话。
本发明实施例的通信设备的通话扣费处理的系统 100 中, 当第二通信 设备满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件, 也可以由第二通信设备的计费装 置 120从第二通信设备余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中产生的全部 通话资费。 第一通信设备的计费装置 110将已从第一通信设备余额中扣除 的本次通话中产生的通话资费返回给第一通信设备。

权利要求书
1、 一种通信设备的通话扣费处理方法, 其中, 包括步驟:
在第一通信设备与第二通信设备通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额 不足时, 第一通信设备的计费装置向第二通信设备的计费装置发送付费 切换请求;
第二通信设备的计费装置根据付费切换请求, 判断第二通信设备是 否满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件;
若是, 第二通信设备的计费装置从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一 通信设备在本次通话中产生的通话资费。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法, 其中, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置在收到第二通信设备反馈的用户确认 信息前提下, 实现从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本次通 话中产生的通话资费。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法,其中, 所述付费切换请求携带有以下信息: 第一通信设备的电话号码、 第 二通信设备的电话号码、 第一通信设备的通话资费费率和付费切换生效 时间点。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法, 其中, 所 述第二通信设备的计费装置从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备 产生的通话资费为:
所述第二通信设备的计费装置自所述付费切换生效时间点开始, 根 据所述第一通信设备的通话资费费率, 从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第 一通信设备在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法, 其中, 在 第二通信设备的计费装置从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在 本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费之前, 该方法还包括: 第二通信设备的计费装置向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换 成功信息;
第一通信设备的计费装置根据付费切换成功信息, 从第一通信设备 余额中扣除第一通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效点之前产生的通 话资费, 并向第一通信设备反馈提示信息, 提醒用户本次通话中, 付费 切换生效点后产生的通话费用从第二通信设备余额中扣除。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理方法, 其中, 所 述第二通信设备的计费装置根据付费切换请求, 判断第二通信设备是否 满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件之后, 该方法还包括:
当第二通信设备不满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件时, 第二通信 设备的计费装置向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换失败信息。
7、 一种通信设备的通话扣费处理系统, 其中, 包括:
第一通信设备的计费装置, 设置为在第一通信设备与第二通信设备 通话过程中, 当第一通信设备余额不足, 向第二通信设备的计费装置发 送付费切换请求;
第二通信设备的计费装置, 设置为根据付费切换请求, 判断第二通 信设备是否满足代替第一通信设备付费的条件; 以及当第二通信设备满 足代替第一通信设备付费的条件时, 从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一 通信设备在本次通话中产生的通话资费。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理系统, 其中, 所 述第二通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为在收到第二通信设备反馈的用户 确认信息前提下, 实现从第二通信设备的余额中代扣第一通信设备在本 次通话中产生的通话资费。
9、根据权利要求 7或 8所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理系统,其中, 所述付费切换请求携带有以下信息: 第一通信设备的电话号码、 第二通 信设备的电话号码、 第一通信设备的通话资费费率和付费切换生效时间 点。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理系统, 其中, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为自所述付费切换生效时间点开 始, 根据所述第一通信设备的通话资费费率, 从第二通信设备的余额中 代扣第一通信设备在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资 费。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理系统, 其中, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为从第二通信设备的余额中代扣 第一通信设备在本次通话中付费切换生效时间点后产生的通话资费之 前, 向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换成功信息;
所述第一通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为根据付费切换成功信息, 从第一通信设备余额中扣除第一通信设备在本次通话中, 付费切换生效 点之前产生的通话资费, 并向第一通信设备反馈提示信息, 提醒用户本 次通话中, 付费切换生效点后产生的通话费用从第二通信设备余额中扣 除。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的通信设备的通话扣费处理系统, 其中, 所述第二通信设备的计费装置, 还设置为当第二通信设备不满足代替第 一通信设备付费的条件时, 向第一通信设备的计费装置反馈付费切换失 败信息。
