费用管理模块进一步用于, 根据计费接口中得到的用户已使用的金额 判断是否接近消费限额, 如果不接近, 则继续通话; 如果接近, 则向用户 发送接近消费限额的提示信息, 并在达到预先设置的消费限额时通知呼叫 模块释放呼叫。
其中, 用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息, 包括限额周期、 消费限额 和计费方案。 其中, 限额周期, 包括周限额、 月限额和 N日限额(N 30 )。 用户可以随时切换月限额、周限额和 N日限额(N 30 ), 为了实现该功能, 需要系统数据库存储 31 日的数据。 由于一个月最多 31天, 所以需要存储 31 曰的, 如今天的日期是 1号, 在用户通话结束后将消费金额存在 1号的 数据中。 同时, 为了保证 XX号的数据是本限额周期内的已消费金额而不是 上个周期内的数据, 在用户进行通话时, 费用管理模块会先判断当天的数 据有没有被清零过,如果没有, 费用管理模块首先对 XX号的数据进行清零。
另外, 系统数据库存储用户的资料信息和业务处理所需的数据。 其中, 资料信息, 包括用户账号, 选择的提示语言类型, 用户密码, 用户状态, 用户选择的消费限额方案, 消费提示门限, 用户 31天的消费金额; 系统参 数: 包括放音路径, 接入码, 星期周期配置, 月周期配置。 另外, 业务处 理所需的数据包括系统参数、 限额消费套餐信息等, 例如系统参数, 包括 放音路径、 接入码、 星期周期配置、 月周期配置等; 限额消费套餐, 包括 限额类别、 限额套餐的计费方案号、 限制消费金额等。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例的实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的装置, 包括: 费用管理模块、 呼叫模块和计费接口。 其中, 费用管理模块又包括 定时处理子模块、 以及提示子模块。
定制了限额消费业务的用户向应用服务器发送业务使用请求, 费用管 理模块查询系统数据库, 判断用户是否已达到消费限额, 如果用户达到消 费限额, 通过费用管理模块中的提示子模块向用户终端发送提示信息, 如 果用户没有达到消费限额, 通过呼叫模块接续被叫, 同时通过计费接口向 计费系统发送划价请求, 费用管理模块的定时处理子模块对通话进行监控, 在通话过程中用户达到消费限额时, 通过费用管理模块的提示子模块向用 户终端发送提示信息, 并释放呼叫。
综上所述, 依照本发明的实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法和装置, 可以配置任意多的限额方案, 用户可以选择不同的限额方案, 不同的限额 方案的限额周期、 消费额度和计费方案可配置。 限额周期包括 N日限额(N 30 ), 周限额和月限额, 其中 N 日限额是指限制用户最近的连续 N 日的 最大消费额度。 这样大大提高了限额消费配置的灵活性, 可以满足用户的 各种不同限额需求。 同时系统可以设置一个门限值, 用户到达该门限值时 提醒用户通话费用已经接近消费限额, 用户通话费用到达限额时提醒用户, 禁止用户进行呼叫。
以上是为了使本领域普通技术人员理解本发明, 而对本发明所进行的 详细描述, 但可以想到, 在不脱离本发明的权利要求所涵盖的范围内还可 以做出其它的变化和修改, 这些变化和修改均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括下列 步骤:
步骤 A: 应用服务器在收到交换侧转发的对限额消费用户的呼叫后, 根据所述用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息判断是否接续被叫;
步骤 B: 应用服务器在将所述用户接续到被叫后, 对通话进行监控, 在所述用户达到预先设置的消费限额时释放呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述步骤 A中, 根据所述用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息判断是 否接续被叫, 包括下列步骤:
步骤 A1 : 应用服务器查询所述限额消费用户的相关信息, 并查询所述 用户在限额周期内已经使用的金额;
步骤 A2: 根据所述用户已使用的金额判断是否达到消费限额, 如果达 到, 则释放呼叫; 否则, 执行步骤^
3、 如权利要求 2所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述步骤 A2中, 在未达到消费限额时, 该方法进一步包括:
判断所述用户已使用的金额是否接近消费限额, 如果不接近, 则接续 被叫, 并执行步骤 B; 如果接近, 则向所述用户发送接近消费限额的提示 信息, 接续被叫, 并执行步骤 B。
4、 如权利要求 2所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述步骤 B的通话过程中, 在所述用户达到预先设置的消费限额之 前, 进一步包括下列步骤:
判断所述用户已使用的金额是否接近消费限额, 如果不接近, 则继续 通话; 如果接近, 则向所述用户发送接近消费限额的提示信息, 然后在达 到预先设置的消费限额时释放呼叫。
5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述判断用户已使用的金额是否接近消费限额, 包括下列步骤: 预先设置一个门限值 M, 令 N= 费限额-用户已使用的金额, 在 N 小于或等于门限值 M时, 判断所述用户已使用的金额接近消费限额。
6、如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息, 包括限额周期、 消 费限额和计费方案。
7、 一种实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的装置, 其特征在于, 包括费用 管理模块和呼叫模块, 其中,
所述费用管理模块, 用于在收到交换侧转发的对限额消费用户的呼叫 后, 根据所述用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息判断是否通知呼叫模块接 续被叫; 并在所述呼叫模块将用户接续到被叫后, 对通话进行监控, 在所 述用户达到预先设置的消费限额时通知所述呼叫模块释放呼叫;
所述呼叫模块, 用于根据所述费用管理模块的接续通知消息将用户接 续到被叫, 或者根据所述费用管理模块的释放通知消息释放呼叫。
8、 如权利要求 7所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的装置, 其特征在 于, 所述费用管理模块进一步用于, 查询所述用户在限额周期内已经使用 的金额, 在用户已使用的金额达到消费限额时, 通知呼叫模块释放呼叫, 在未达到时, 通知呼叫模块接续被叫。
9、 如权利要求 8所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的装置, 其特征在 于, 该装置还包括: 计费接口, 用于在所述呼叫模块接续到被叫后, 根据 所述费用管理模块中用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息定时向计费系统发 送划价请求, 并将计费系统返回的用户在当前通话过程中已使用的金额返 回给所述费用管理模块;
相应的, 所述费用管理模块进一步用于, 根据所述计费接口中得到的 用户已使用的金额判断是否接近消费限额, 如果不接近, 则继续通话; 如 果接近, 则向用户发送接近消费限额的提示信息, 并在达到预先设置的消 费限额时通知呼叫模块释放呼叫。
10、 如权利要求 7至 9任一项所述实现灵活周期内限额消费业务的装 置, 其特征在于, 所述用户预先选择的限额消费设置信息, 包括限额周期、 消费限额和计费方案。
