USSD模块用于接收回呼请求, 判断回呼请求的被叫方是否为 OCS用 户, 获取回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方中为 OCS用户方的位置信息, 用于将回 呼请求以及位置信息发送给回呼模块; 回呼模块用于获取主叫方 /被叫方的呼叫时长, 通知漫游号码获取模块 获取用户的漫游号码 , 下发呼叫主叫方 /被叫方所需的信息给 MSC, 调整先 呼叫方的计费时长, 通知 OCS模块对主叫方 /被叫方进行扣费; 漫游号码获取模块用于在收到回呼模块的通知后才艮据用户的位置信息 获取用户的漫游号码并发送给回呼模块; 漫游号码获取模块与所述回呼模块间采用内部消息交互; 回呼中心与所述 OCS模块之间采用标准的 Diameter信用控制协议传递 消息。 才艮据本发明的另一个方面 , 提供了一种回呼业务实现方法。 才艮据本发明的回呼业务实现方法,在回呼中心收到主叫方和被叫方均为 OCS用户的回呼请求时 , 执行如下步骤: 步骤一: 获取其中一方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以漫游号码呼叫该先呼 方, 得到应答后执行步骤二; 步骤二:获取另一方的呼叫时长及漫游号码,以漫游号码呼叫该后呼方 , 得到应答后执行步骤三; 步骤三: 关联先呼方和后呼方, 回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方开始通话; 步骤四: 通话结束后调整先呼方的计费时长, 并通知 OCS模块对双方 进行扣费。 回呼中心收到回呼请求后, 首先判断回呼请求的被叫方是否为 OCS用 户, 若是, 则获取主叫方和被叫方的位置信息后执行步骤一; 否则, 执行如 下步骤: 步骤 A: 获取主叫方的位置信息; 步骤 B: 确定先呼方, 若先呼方为主叫方, 则执行步骤 C; 若先呼方为 被叫方, 则执行步骤 D; 步骤 C: 才艮据位置信息获取先呼方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以漫游号码 呼叫先呼方, 得到应答后以后呼方的真实号码呼叫后呼方, 得到应答后关联 先呼方和后呼方, 回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方开始通话; 通话结束后调整先 呼方的计费时长, 通知 OCS模块对先呼方进行扣费, 同时保存后呼方的计费 报告; 步骤 D: 以真实号码呼叫先呼方 , 得到应答后才艮据位置信息获取后呼方 的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以漫游号码呼叫后呼方, 得到应答后关联先呼方和 后呼方 , 回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方开始通话; 通话结束后调整先呼方的计 费时长, 保存先呼方的计费报告, 同时通知 OCS模块对后呼方进行扣费。 回呼中心通过如下方法获取先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫时长: 回呼中心发送请求消息给 OCS模块, 请求 OCS模块返回先呼方 /后呼 方的呼叫时长, 请求消息中携带有先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫类型、 计费号码、 位 置信息以及业务键值; OCS模块通过鉴权后返回先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫时长。 回呼中心通过如下方法以漫游号码呼叫先呼方 /后呼方: 步骤 a: 回呼中心下发先呼方 /后呼方的漫游号码、 心洮时间间隔以及¾¾ 程标志给 MSC, 心洮时间间隔为先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫时长; 步骤 b: 回呼中心与所述 MSC建立连接; 步骤 c: MSC返回所述先呼方 /后呼方的应答事件。 上述步骤一中,呼叫的主叫号码为后呼方的真实号码或者为回呼中心设 置的号码; 上述步骤二中, 呼叫的主叫号码为回呼业务的先呼方的真实号码 或者为回呼中心设置的号码。 在主叫方和被叫方通话过程中, MSC 以心洮时间间隔为周期上 4艮主叫 方和被叫方的计费报告给回呼中心, 计费报告携带有流程标志, 呼叫中心根 据流程标志为相应方向 OCS模块申请呼叫时长。 若 OCS返回的呼叫时长为相应方的最后一个呼叫时长, 则回呼中心将 呼叫时长下发给所述 MSC 的同时还启动一个定时器, 定时器到时后回呼中 心主动结束通话。 本发明提供的技术方案, 结构筒单, 效率高, 能够合理计费和正确显示 号码, 不需要 PPS配合, 利于推广应用, 具有较大的实用价值。 本发明可广 泛的用于世界各个国家地区的 Call Back业务中, 适用于采用 OCS的智能网 业务以及传统智能网业务中。 本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的说明书中阐述, 并且, 部分地从说 明书中变得显而易见, 或者通过实施本发明而了解。 本发明的目的和其他优 点可通过在所写的说明书、 权利要求书、 以及附图中所特别指出的结构来实 现和获得。 附图说明 附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 并且构成说明书的一部分, 与本 发明的实施例一起用于解释本发明 , 并不构成对本发明的限制。 在附图中: 图 1是才艮据本发明实施例的实现回呼业务的系统的结构框图; 图 2 是 居本发明实施例的回呼业务实现方法的整体流程图; 图 3 是才艮据本发明的实施例的信令流程图。 具体实施方式 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组 合。 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明 , 应当理解 , 此处所描述 的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 根据本发明实施例 , 首先提供了一种回呼业务实现系统。 图 1 是才艮据本发明实施例的实现回呼业务的系统的结构框图, 如图 1 所示, 该系统包括回呼中心、 MSC以及 OCS模块, 其中, 回呼中心用于接收回呼请求, 获取呼叫时长以及漫游号码; 用于以漫游 号码呼叫回呼请求的主叫方和 /或被叫方, 关联主叫方和被叫方, 调整先呼方 的计费时长,通知 OCS模块对主叫方 /被叫方进行扣费; 回呼中心包括 USSD 模块、 回呼模块以及漫游号码获取模块, 其中, USSD模块用于接收回呼请 求, 判断回呼请求的被叫方是否为 OCS用户, 获取回呼请求的主叫方和被叫 方中为 OCS用户方的位置信息,用于将回呼请求以及位置信息发送给回呼模 块; 回呼模块用于获取主叫方 /被叫方的呼叫时长, 通知漫游号码获取模块获 取用户的漫游号码, 下发呼叫主叫方 /被叫方所需的信息给 MSC, 调整先呼 叫方的计费时长, 通知 OCS模块对主叫方 /被叫方进行扣费; 漫游号码获取 模块用于在收到回呼模块的通知后才艮据用户的位置信息获取用户的漫游号码 并发送给回呼模块;漫游号码获取模块与所述回呼模块间采用内部消息交互;
MSC 用于呼叫所述主叫方和被叫方, 用于周期性上 4艮主叫方和被叫方 的计费报告。 OCS模块用于为主叫方 /被叫方分配呼叫时长, 用于对回呼业务的主叫 方 /被叫方进行扣费; 回呼中心与 OCS模块之间采用标准的 Diameter信用控 制 (DCC ) 协议传递消息。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种回呼业务实现系统。 图 2 是才艮据本发明实施例的回呼业务实现方法的整体流程图, 如图 2 所示, 该方法具体包括以下步骤 (步骤 201 -步骤 219 ): 步骤 201: 回呼中心接收到呼叫请求; 步骤 202: 判断回呼请求的被叫方是 OCS用户,若是,则执行步骤 203; 否则, 执行步骤 210; 步骤 203: 获取双方位置信息; 步骤 204: 以其中一方为先呼方, 获取先呼方的呼叫时长和漫游号码; 主叫方和被叫方 p那一方为先呼方, 在回呼中心中可以配置; 步骤 205 : 以漫游号码为被叫号码呼叫先呼方, 得到应答后执行步骤
206; 以漫游号码呼叫是为了避免 PPS的被叫流程; 本次呼叫的主叫号码为后呼方的真实号码或者为回呼中心设置的号码; 步骤 206: 获取另外一方 (后呼方) 的呼叫时长和漫游号码; 步骤 207: 以漫游号码为被叫号码呼叫后呼方, 得到应答后执行步骤
208; 本次呼叫的主叫号码为先呼方的真实号码或者为回呼中心设置的号码; 步骤 208: 关联先呼方和后呼方,回呼业务的主叫方和被叫方开始通话; 步骤 209: 通话结束后, 调整先呼方的计费时长后通知 OCS模块对回 呼业务的主叫方和被叫方进行扣费, 本次回呼结束。 比如, 先呼方的应答时间为 tl , 后呼方的应答时间为 t2, 则 t2-tl时间 为先呼方的等待时间 , 调整时将先呼方的计费时间调整为计费 4艮告中的计费 时长减去等待时间。 本发明中, 调整方法可以根据需要设置, 从而实现灵活、 准确合理的对先呼叫方的计费, 下同。 步骤 210: 获取主叫方的位置信息; 步骤 211 : 确定先呼方并判断先呼方是否为主叫方, 若是, 则执行步骤 212; 否则, 执行步骤 216; 步骤 212: 获取先呼方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以漫游号码为被叫号码 呼叫先呼方 , 得到应答后执行步骤 213; 步骤 213: 以另一方 (后呼方) 的真实号码为被叫号码呼叫后呼方, 得 到应答后执行步骤 214; 步骤 214; 关联先呼方和后呼方,回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方开始通话; 步骤 215: 通话结束后调整先呼方的计费时长, 通知 OCS模块对先呼 方进行扣费, 同时保存后呼方的计费 4艮告, 本次回呼结束; 步骤 216: 以先呼方的真实号码为被叫号码呼叫先呼方, 得到应答后执 行步骤 217; 步骤 217: 获取后呼方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以漫游号码为被叫号码 呼叫后呼方, 得到应答后执行步骤 218; 步骤 218: 关联先呼方和后呼方, 所述回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方开始 通话; 步骤 219:通话结束后调整先呼方的计费时长,保存先呼方的计费 4艮告, 同时通知 OCS模块对后呼方进行扣费 , 本次回呼结束。 如图 3所示 , 是根据本发明的实施例的信令流程图; 在本实施例中 , 假 设回呼请求的主叫方 A和被叫方 B均为 OCS用户, 且 A为先呼方, B为后 呼方, 结合图 1 , 具体包括如下步骤 (步骤 301 -步骤 327 ): 步骤 301 : USSD模块将回呼请求及 A、 B的位置消息以内部消息发送 给回呼模块; 步骤 302:回呼模块以内部消息方式通知漫游号码获取模块获取 A的漫 游号码; 步骤 303: 漫游号码获取模块以内部消息方式返回 A的漫游号码; 步骤 304: 回呼模块发送 CCR(INITIAL)给 OCS模块, 请求 OCS返回 A的呼叫时长;
CCR(INITIAL)请求中的呼叫类型为主叫呼叫、 计费号码为 A的真实号 码、 位置信息为 A的位置信息, 业务键值为回呼业务。 步骤 305: OCS 模块处理后返回 CCA(INITIAL)给回呼模块 ,
CCA(INITIAL)携带有 A的呼叫时长; 步骤 306: 回呼模块下发 ICA给 MSC呼叫 A, ICA的被叫号码为 A的 漫游号码、 主叫号码为 B的真实号码或者回呼中心配置的号码, 若主叫号码 是 B的真实号码, 则 A的来电显示显示 B的真实号码; 若主叫号码是配置 号码, 则 A的来电显示显示配置号码; 步骤 307: 回呼模块向 MSC发送 RRBE, 注册被叫事件; 步骤 308: 回呼模块下发 AC给 MSC, AC的心跳时间间隔为 A 的呼叫 时长 , ¾ u程标只为 1 , 标志该 AC为主叫 ¾ u程的 AC; 步骤 309: 回呼模块下发 Continue给 MSC; 步骤 310: MSC处理后返回 ERB(T— answer), 上 4艮 A的应答事件; 步骤 311 : 回呼模块以内部消息方式通知漫游号码获取模块获取 B的漫 游号码; 步骤 312: 漫游号码获取模块以内部消息方式返回 B的漫游号码; 步骤 313: 回呼模块发送 CCR(INITIAL)给 OCS模块,请求 OCS返回 B 的呼叫时长;
CCR(INITIAL)请求中的呼叫类型为被叫呼叫、 计费号码为 B的真实号 码、 位置信息为 B的位置信息, 业务键值为回呼业务; 步骤 314 : OCS 模块处理后返回 CCA(INITIAL)给回呼模块, CCA(INITIAL)携带有 B的呼叫时长; 步骤 315: 回呼模块下发 ICA给 MSC呼叫 B, ICA的被叫号码为 B的 漫游号码、 主叫号码为 A的真实号码或者回呼中心配置的号码, 若主叫号码 是 A的真实号码, 则 B的来电显示显示 A的真实号码; 若主叫号码是配置 号码, 则 B的来电显示显示配置号码; 步骤 316: 回呼模块向 MSC发送 RRBE, 再次注册被叫事件; 步骤 317: 回呼模块下发 AC给 MSC , AC的心跳时间间隔为 B的呼叫 时长, 流程标识为 2, 标志该 AC为被叫流程的 AC; 步骤 318: 回呼模块再次下发 Continue给 MSC; 步骤 319: MSC处理后返回 ERB(T— answer), 上 4艮 B的应答事件; 步骤 320: 回呼模块关联 A和 B , A、 B开始通话; 本实施例中, ^!设八、 B间的通话在一个呼叫时长中结束, 在其他实施 例中, 若 A、 B 间的通话在一个呼叫时长时间内还没有结束, 在 MSC会在 A/B的呼叫时长用完时上报一个 ACR给回呼模块,请求呼叫时长, 回呼模块 接收到后发送 CCR(INITIAL)给 OCS模块, 请求 OCS返回 A/B的呼叫时长; OCS返回后回呼模块再次下发 AC给 MSC。 步骤 321 : 通话结束, MSC返回 ACR, 上 4艮 A的通话 4艮告; 步骤 322: 回呼模块调整 A的计费时长; 步骤 323: 回呼模块发送 CCR(FINAL)给 OCS模块; 步骤 324: OCS模块收到对 A进行扣费后返回 CCA ( FINAL ) 给回呼 模块; 步骤 325: MSC返回 ACR, 上 4艮 A的通话 4艮告; 步骤 326: 回呼模块发送 CCR(FINAL)给 OCS模块; 步骤 327: OCS模块收到对 B进行扣费 , 返回 CCA ( FINAL ) 给回呼 模块。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^^申和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

1. 一种回呼业务实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括回呼中心以及在 线计费系统 OCS模块, 所述
回呼中心用于接收回呼请求, 获取呼叫时长以及漫游号码; 用于 以漫游号码呼叫所述回呼请求的主叫方和 /或被叫方 , 关联所述主叫方 和被叫方, 调整先呼方的计费时长, 通知所述 OCS模块对所述主叫方
/被叫方进行扣费;
OCS 模块用于为所述主叫方 /被叫方分配呼叫时长, 用于对回呼 业务的主叫方 /被叫方进行扣费。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的回呼业务实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包 括移动交换中心 MSC , 所述 MSC用于呼叫所述主叫方和被叫方 , 用 于周期性上 4艮所述主叫方和被叫方的计费 4艮告。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的回呼业务实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述回呼中心 包括非结构化补充业务 USSD模块、回呼模块以及漫游号码获取模块, 其巾,
所述 USSD模块用于接收回呼请求,判断回呼请求的被叫方是否 为 OCS用户 , 获取所述回呼请求的主叫方和被叫方中为 OCS用户方 的位置信息,用于将所述回呼请求以及位置信息发送给所述回呼模块; 所述回呼模块用于获取所述主叫方 /被叫方的呼叫时长,通知所述 漫游号码获取模块获取用户的漫游号码 , 下发呼叫所述主叫方 /被叫方 所需的信息给 MSC, 调整先呼叫方的计费时长, 通知所述 OCS模块 对所述主叫方 /被叫方进行扣费;
所述漫游号码获取模块用于在收到所述回呼模块的通知后才艮据 用户的位置信息获取用户的漫游号码并发送给所述回呼模块;
所述漫游号码获取模块与所述回呼模块间采用内部消息交互; 所述回呼中心与所述 OCS模块之间采用标准的 Diameter信用控 制协议传递消息。 一种回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 回呼中心收到主叫方和被叫方 均为 OCS用户的回呼请求时, 执行如下步骤:
步骤一: 获取其中一方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以所述漫游号码 呼叫该先呼方, 得到应答后执行步骤二;
步骤二: 获取另一方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以所述漫游号码呼 叫该后呼方, 得到应答后执行步骤三;
步骤三: 关联所述先呼方和后呼方, 所述回呼请求的主叫方和被 叫方开始通话;
步骤四: 通话结束后调整所述先呼方的计费时长, 并通知 OCS 模块对所述双方进行扣费。 如权利要求 4所述的回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述回呼中心 收到回呼请求后 , 首先判断所述回呼请求的被叫方是否为 OCS用户 , 若是, 则获取所述主叫方和被叫方的位置信息后执行步骤一; 否则, 执行如下步骤:
步骤 A: 获取所述主叫方的位置信息;
步骤 B: 确定先呼方, 若先呼方为主叫方, 则执行步骤 C; 若先 呼方为被叫方, 则执行步骤 D;
步骤 C: 才艮据所述位置信息获取先呼方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以所述漫游号码呼叫所述先呼方, 得到应答后以所述后呼方的真实号 码呼叫所述后呼方, 得到应答后关联所述先呼方和后呼方, 所述回呼 请求的主叫方和被叫方开始通话;通话结束后调整先呼方的计费时长, 通知 OCS模块对所述先呼方进行扣费 , 同时保存所述后呼方的计费 4艮 告.
步骤 D: 以真实号码呼叫所述先呼方 , 得到应答后 居所述位置 信息获取所述后呼方的呼叫时长及漫游号码, 以所述漫游号码呼叫所 述后呼方, 得到应答后关联所述先呼方和后呼方, 所述回呼请求的主 叫方和被叫方开始通话; 通话结束后调整先呼方的计费时长, 保存所 述先呼方的计费 4艮告, 同时通知 OCS模块对所述后呼方进行扣费。
6. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述回呼 中心通过如下方法获取所述先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫时长:
所述回呼中心发送请求消息给所述 OCS模块 , 请求所述 OCS模 块返回所述先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫时长, 所述请求消息中携带有所述先 呼方 /后呼方的呼叫类型、 计费号码、 位置信息以及业务键值; 所述
OCS模块通过鉴权后返回所述先呼方 /后呼方的呼叫时长。
7. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述回呼 中心通过如下方法以漫游号码呼叫所述先呼方 /后呼方:
步骤 a: 所述回呼中心下发所述先呼方 /后呼方的漫游号码、 心兆 时间间隔以及流程标志给 MSC,所述心跳时间间 P 为所述先呼方 /后呼 方的呼叫时长;
步骤 b: 所述回呼中心与所述 MSC建立连接;
步骤 c: 所述 MSC返回所述先呼方 /后呼方的应答事件。
8. 如权利要求 4所述的回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤一中, 所述呼叫的主叫号码为所述后呼方的真实号码或者为所述回呼中心设 置的号码; 所述步骤二中 , 所述呼叫的主叫号码为所述回呼业务的先 呼方的真实号码或者为回呼中心设置的号码。
9. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 在所述主 叫方和被叫方通话过程中 ,所述 MSC以所述心跳时间间隔为周期上 4艮 所述主叫方和被叫方的计费 4艮告给所述回呼中心, 所述计费 4艮告携带 有流程标志, 所述呼叫中心根据所述流程标志为相应方向所述 OCS模 块申请呼叫时长。
10. 如权利要求 6所述的回呼业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 若所述 OCS返 回的呼叫时长为相应方的最后一个呼叫时长, 则所述回呼中心夺所述 呼叫时长下发给所述 MSC的同时还启动一个定时器,定时器到时后所 述回呼中心主动结束通话。
